技术领域
本发明涉及切削装置,尤其是一种食物切削机。
背景技术
大部分厨房在处理苹果、马铃薯等食物时,需要对这些蔬果类食物进行削皮、切条/切丝等加工。目前,厨房使用的食物切削器多数为手摇式切削器。中国专利CN02214379.3公开了一种蔬菜水果削皮机,其机架垂直固定在底座上,导螺杆穿过机架上端;导螺杆的一端设有叉戟,另一端固定一摇把;在机架末端设置有切刀。上述蔬菜水果削皮机通过旋转摇把推进导螺杆,利用机架末端的刀片对叉戟上的水果削皮。采用手摇把手的方式驱动导螺杆存在工作效率低、耗费人力高等问题。尤其是在用于处理大量食材时,上述蔬菜水果削皮机的缺点更加明显。
为了克服上述问题,人们开发了电动式切削器。中国专利CN201420273425.5公开了一种电动切条机,其包括底座、固定于底座的主框架、定位杆件以及电驱动件;主框架设置有切条刀具;定位杆件与主框架螺纹连接,定位杆件能够相对于主框架移动;电驱动件设置于定位杆件的一端,用于驱动定位杆件旋转。上述电动切条机能够提高处理蔬果的效率,然而还存在以下问题:
(1)电动切条机的电驱动件设置于定位杆件末端以直接驱动定位杆件,存在驱动力小、工作效率低、整机体积庞大等问题。
(2)电动切条机工作时,电驱动件需要随着定位杆件一起前进,而定位杆件和主框架仅由一底座支撑。因此,在将蔬果装配至定位杆件和电动切条机进行切削工作时,用户需要用手或其他设备稳定电动切条机。该电动切条机存在重心不稳、平衡性差和操作复杂等问题。
(3)定位杆件与主框架采用螺纹连接,定位杆件需要通过反向旋转才能相对主框架后退至初始位置,因此,定位杆件的回退操作不方便。
(4)定位杆件相对于主框架前进时会使主框架产生晃动,而切片设置于主框架,容易导致电动切条机的切削效果不好。
(5)主框架限制了待加工蔬果的尺寸,并且由于整机结构稳定性差,无法适用于大尺寸的蔬果加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构巧妙、加工效率高的食物切削机,该食物切削机结构简单、驱动效果好、稳定性强、平衡性好且操作简单。
本发明包括一种食物切削机,包括底座、驱动装置、螺纹杆以及切削装置;驱动装置包括电机、传动机构和推进机构;传动机构包括主动齿轮和从动齿轮;主动齿轮和从动齿轮二者相互噬合;电机与主动齿轮相连接;螺纹杆从从动齿轮中穿过;从动齿轮上设置有凸起;螺纹杆上设置有凹槽;凸起与凹槽相啮合。
从动齿轮的轴套上设置凸起与螺纹杆上的凹槽相啮合,通过从动齿轮的旋转可以驱动螺纹杆旋转,而螺纹杆旋转时受到推进机构的驱动而向前或向后运动,因此,本发明的食物切削机的驱动装置能够实现同时驱动螺纹杆的旋转和前进/回退,使电机正向驱动即可使固定在螺纹杆的食物在旋转的同时也向前推进,有效地提高切削效率;使电机反向驱动即可实现螺纹杆的反向旋转和回退,操作方便。本发明的食物切削机将传动机构和推进机构分离,能够更加灵活地设计传动机构和推进机构的位置,提高了整机工作时的稳定性,并且减小了整机体积。
进一步地,凸起为条状凸起。从动齿轮上的凸起设置为条状凸起,能够增大从动齿轮与螺纹杆的接触面积,从而增强从动齿轮对螺纹杆的驱动作用力。
进一步地,条状凸起的长度至少大于螺纹杆上的两个螺距的长度。从动齿轮上的条状凸起的长度至少大于螺纹杆上的两个螺距的长度,可以保证从动齿轮的条状凸起与螺纹杆形成至少三个接触点,从而使从动齿轮与螺纹杆之间不会打滑,提高了驱动的稳定性。
进一步地,从动齿轮设置有轴套;轴套上设置有条状凸起;螺纹杆穿过轴套。在从动齿轮设置轴套,轴套的长度可大于从动齿轮的轴向长度,从而使延长了设置于轴套中的条状凸起的长度,增强了从动齿轮对螺纹杆的驱动作用力,改善了驱动效果。
进一步地,推进机构与螺纹杆采用可分离的连接方式。由于螺纹杆上设置有凹槽,因此在需要使螺纹杆回退时,使推进机构与螺纹杆分离,则可以使螺纹杆上的凹槽沿着从动齿轮上的凸起,手动将螺纹杆向后移动,从而使回退操作更加简便快捷。
进一步地,推进机构为螺纹槽;螺纹槽与螺纹杆相啮合。推进机构采用螺纹槽,例如半个螺母,不仅结构简单,而且便于控制推进机构与螺纹杆的分离与啮合。

进一步地,主动齿轮和从动齿轮均为锥齿轮。锥齿轮形成的传动机构具有承载负荷能力高、传动平稳、结构紧凑、节省空间、寿命长以及噪音小等优点。利用两个锥齿轮构成传动机构来改变传动方向,使电机可安装于螺纹杆下方,相对于现有技术中将电机安装于螺纹杆的一端以直接驱动螺纹杆的结构,本发明的食物切削机的传动装置不仅结构简单、传动效果好,而且能够减小整机体积、提高整机工作时的平稳性以及延长使用寿命。
进一步地,切削装置与底座可拆卸连接。切削装置与底座可拆卸连接,能够方便切削装置的更换。
进一步地,螺纹杆的一端设置有用于固定食物的固定架;固定架与螺纹杆可拆卸连接。固定架与螺纹杆可拆卸连接,例如采用螺丝固定等方式,能够使固定架的更换、拆卸和清洗都更加方便。
本发明的食物切削机具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的食物切削机的驱动装置结构简单且设计巧妙,能够实现同时驱动螺纹杆的旋转和前进/回退,使电机正向驱动即可使固定在螺纹杆的食物在旋转的同时也向前推进,有效地提高切削效率;使电机反向驱动即可实现螺纹杆的反向旋转和回退,操作方便。
(2)本发明的食物切削机通过将传动机构和驱动机构分离,从而能够灵活地设置二者的位置和结构,有效地减小整机体积、提高了整机工作时的平稳性并且延长了使用寿命。
(3)本发明的食物切削机能够适用于不同尺寸的食材加工,尤其是能够适用于大尺寸的蔬果加工。
(4)本发明的食物切削机功能丰富、操作简便、安全性高、加工食材效果好。

如图1和图2所示,一较佳实施例中,本发明的食物切削机包括底座1、驱动装置、螺纹杆3和切削装置4。驱动装置包括电机21、传动机构和推进机构24。传动机构包括主动齿轮22和从动齿轮23。主动齿轮22和从动齿轮23相互噬合。电机21与主动齿轮22相连接。螺纹杆3从从动齿轮中穿过。在从动齿轮的中心设置有凸起232。螺纹杆3上设置有凹槽。螺纹杆3上的凹槽31与从动齿轮的凸起232相啮合。因此,可通过电机21驱动主动齿轮22转动,主动齿轮22带动从动齿轮23转动。从动齿轮23的凸起232与螺纹杆3上的凹槽31相啮合,通过从动齿轮23的旋转可以驱动螺纹杆3旋转,而螺纹杆3旋转时受到推进机构24的驱动而向前或向后运动,因此,本发明的食物切削机的驱动装置能够实现同时驱动螺纹杆的旋转和前进/回退,使电机正向驱动即可使固定在螺纹杆的食物在旋转的同时也向前推进,有效地提高切削效率;使电机反向驱动即可实现螺纹杆的反向旋转和回退,操作方便。另外,本发明的食物切削机将传动机构和推进机构24分离,能够更加灵活地设计传动机构和推进机构24的位置,从而食物切削机在工作时不需要使传动机构跟随螺纹杆前进/回退,能够提高整机工作时的稳定性,减小整机体积,改善传动和驱动效果。与现有技术中将电机21安装于螺纹杆3的一端以直接驱动螺纹杆3的结构相比,本实施例的食物切削机的驱动装置不仅结构简单,而且能够减小整机体积以及改善传动效果。
优选地,电机21与主动齿轮22之间还可设置齿轮箱25以实现变速处理,从而改变螺纹杆3的旋转和推进/回退速度。
如图3至图5所示,主动齿轮22和从动齿轮23均为锥齿轮。锥齿轮形成的传动机构具有承载负荷能力高、传动平稳、结构紧凑、节省空间、寿命长以及噪音小等优点。利用两个锥齿轮构成传动机构来改变传动方向,使电机21可安装于螺纹杆3下方,减小了整机体积,提高了整机平稳性。
优选地,从动齿轮23的凸起232为条状凸起。采用条状凸起能够增大从动齿轮23与螺纹杆3的接触面积,从而增强从动齿轮23对螺纹杆3的驱动作用力,改善驱动效果。进一步地,条状凸起的长度至少大于螺纹杆3上的两个螺距的长度,以保证从动齿轮23的条状凸起与螺纹杆3形成至少三个接触点,从而使从动齿轮23与螺纹杆3之间不会打滑,提高了驱动的稳定性。
在另一优选的实施例中,从动齿轮23的中心设置有轴套231。条状凸起设置于轴套231的内壁。螺纹杆3穿过轴套231,且螺纹杆3的凹槽31与轴套231的条状凸起相啮合。在从动齿轮23中设置轴套231,而轴套231的长度可大于从动齿轮23的轴向长度,从而延长了设置于轴套231中的条状凸起的长度,增强了从动齿轮23对螺纹杆3的驱动作用力,改善了驱动效果。
图6为食物切削机的螺纹杆3和推进机构24的立体图。驱动装置的推进机构24与螺纹杆3采用可分离的连接方式。由于螺纹杆3上设置有凹槽31,因此在需要使螺纹杆3回退时,使推进机构24与螺纹杆3分离,则可以使螺纹杆3上的凹槽31沿着从动齿轮23上的凸起232,手动将螺纹杆3向后移动,从而使回退操作更加简便快捷。
优选地,推进机构24为螺纹槽。螺纹槽与螺纹杆3相啮合。螺纹槽设置于靠近从动齿轮23的位置。推进机构24可形成为半弧形,其朝向螺纹杆的一面形成有螺纹,例如半个螺母的形状。从动齿轮23的凸起232与螺纹杆3上的凹槽31相啮合,通过从动齿轮23的旋转可以驱动螺纹杆3旋转,而螺纹杆3旋转时受到螺纹槽的驱动而向前或向后运动。因此,本实施例的食物切削机的传动机构和推进机构24只需要在固定位置运动而不需要跟随螺纹杆3移动,就能够实现同时驱动螺纹杆3的旋转和前进/回退。使电机21正向驱动即可使固定在螺纹杆3的食物在旋转的同时也向前推进,有效地提高切削效率;使电机21反向驱动即可实现螺纹杆3的反向旋转和回退,操作方便。
如图6和图7所示,本实施例的食物切削机还包括用于控制螺纹槽与螺纹杆3的啮合与分离的锁定装置6。锁定装置6包括按钮61、弹簧(图中未示出)和连杆62。按钮61通过弹簧与连杆62相连接。连杆62与螺纹槽相连接。锁定装置采用弹簧按钮形式,按压按钮61即可实现螺纹槽与螺纹杆3的啮合与分离,操作简单方便。通过设置锁定装置6,使得仅在锁定装置6使推进机构24与螺纹杆3啮合时,螺纹杆3才能向前或向后运动,能够有效地提高食物切削机的安全性。
驱动装置和切削装置4分别设置于底座1的两侧。螺纹杆3与底座1平行。驱动装置利用两个锥齿轮实现传动方向的改变,使驱动装置能够与底座1连接,提高了食物切削机的整机稳定性。切削装置4和驱动装置分别与底座1的两端连接,能够减小食物切削机在工作时的晃动,提高整机的稳定性和平衡性,从而提高整机的承载能力。因此,本实施例的食物切削机能够不同尺寸的食材加工,尤其是能够适用于大尺寸的蔬果加工。
螺纹杆3的一端设置有用于固定食物的固定架5,另一端设置有螺纹杆旋钮32。固定架5与螺纹杆3可拆卸连接,例如采用螺丝固定等方式。因此,本实施例的食物切削机的固定架5的更换、拆卸和清洗都非常方便。固定架5设置有多个尖叉51,使食材能够更牢靠地固定于固定架5上。
切削装置4与底座1之间可形成可拆卸连接。切削装置4与底座1之间形成可拆卸连接有利于切削装置4的安装和拆卸。另外,当切削装置4损坏时,可仅更换切削装置4,降低配件更换成本。
切削装置4包括机架41和刀具。机架41与底座1相连接。刀具包括去皮组件。去皮组件包括去皮刀片421和弹性件。去皮刀片421和弹性件相连接。去皮刀片421设置于机架41上部的外侧。弹性件的回复力指向螺纹杆3的轴向。去皮刀片421设置于机架41上部的外侧,利用弹性件可以使去皮刀片421与螺纹杆3上的食材充分接触。因此,本实施例的食物切削机能够对不同尺寸的食材进行去皮,并且有效地改善了去皮效果。进一步地,去皮刀片421可采用微型刀片,则能够提高对食材的去皮精度。
切削装置4的刀具还包括切刀组件43。切刀组件43与螺纹杆3的轴向相互垂直,从而使切刀组件43能够与待加工的食材充分接触。切刀组件43包括有多个刀片,刀片类型包括切片刀、切丝刀等,从而可以实现对食材的不同切削处理。在切削装置4上设置有定位孔。
进一步地,在螺纹杆3轴向的方向上,使去皮组件比切刀组件43更靠近驱动装置,则可以对螺纹杆3上的食材先去皮再切削。
综上所述,本发明的食物工机结构巧妙且加工效率高,具有结构简单、驱动效果好、稳定性强、平衡性好、操作简单等优点。
虽然对本发明的描述是结合以上具体实施例进行的,但是,熟悉本技术领域的人员能够根据上述的内容进行许多替换、修改和变化、是显而易见的。因此,所有这样的替代、改进和变化都包括在附后的权利要求的精神和范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种食物切削机,包括底座(1)、驱动装置、螺纹杆(3)以及切削装置(4);其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括电机(21)、传动机构和推进机构(24);所述传动机构包括主动齿轮(22)和从动齿轮(23);所述主动齿轮(22)和从动齿轮(23)二者相互噬合;所述电机(21)与所述主动齿轮(22)相连接;所述螺纹杆(3)从所述从动齿轮(23)中穿过;所述从动齿轮(23)上设置有凸起(232);所述螺纹杆(3)上设置有凹槽(31);所述凸起(232)与所述凹槽(31)相啮合;
所述推进机构(24)与所述螺纹杆(3)采用可分离的连接方式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食物切削机,其特征在于,所述凸起(232)为条状凸起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的食物切削机,其特征在于,所述条状凸起的长度至少大于所述螺纹杆(3)上的两个螺距的长度。
4.根据权利要求2所述的食物切削机,其特征在于,所述从动齿轮(23)设置有轴套(231);所述轴套(231)上设置有条状凸起;所述螺纹杆(3)穿过所述轴套(231)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的食物切削机,其特征在于,所述推进机构(24)为螺纹槽;所述螺纹槽与所述螺纹杆(3)相啮合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的食物切削机,其特征在于,还包括用于控制所述螺纹槽与所述螺纹杆(3)的啮合与分离的锁定装置(6);所述锁定装置(6)包括按钮(61)、弹簧和连杆(62);所述连杆(62)与所述螺纹槽相连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的食物切削机,其特征在于,所述主动齿轮(22)和所述从动齿轮(23)均为锥齿轮。
8.根据权利要求1所述的食物切削机,其特征在于,所述切削装置(4)与所述底座(1)可拆卸连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的食物切削机,其特征在于,所述螺纹杆(3)的一端设置有用于固定食材的固定架(5);所述固定架(5)与所述螺纹杆(3)可拆卸连接。
