此外,限定电机的管理以使得,如果使用者突然压平踏板(因此,检测到的踏板或支柱的速度大于预设的阈值),则由于他/她需要快速制动(称为“恐慌制动”),所以电机不干涉,从而使得该装置保持在非激活配置中。因此,该装置的动作将是非常快速的。
如果踏板的压平反而较为平软(因此,检测到的踏板或支柱的速度小于预设的阈值),则电机干涉,使该装置从非激活配置转变为有限操作配置。因此,该装置的动作将不会太硬。
当使用者停止压平且开始释放踏板时,操作电机以使该装置回到非激活配置。
创造性地,根据本发明的模拟装置允许克服现有技术的缺点:减小电机上的通常由使用者非常突然地作用于踏板上的作用,同时,也在恐慌制动的情况下,当使用者突然作用于踏板而尝试立即制动时,由于电机不干涉,所以模拟装置的响应是快速的。
特别地,有利地,使用者在踏板上的作用在衬套上减小了,并从衬套开始该作用在轴承上、在传动元件上、在移动螺纹件上、最后在支撑组(不包括电机)上均减小了。
此外,有利地,在恐慌制动的情况下,弹性对比元件会在电机没有任何干涉的情况下立即产生对比作用,因此该装置的响应非常快速且硬性。
此外,有利地,由于电机从不会与使用者的压平作用相反地运行,所以该装置的可靠性较高且机动零件的磨损较低。
明显地,本领域中的技术人员可对上述模拟装置进行改变,以满足具体的需求,这些改变均落在在所附权利要求书中限定的保护范围内。

Claims (11)

1.用于车辆的电控制动设备的模拟装置(1),
其中,所述模拟装置(1)能与踏板组(10)连接,所述踏板组包括踏板(12)和支柱(14),所述支柱能与所述踏板一起移动并能通过使用者压平所述踏板而平移,
所述模拟装置(1)包括:
-对比本体(60),所述对比本体能与所述踏板组(10)的所述支柱(14)一起平移,并能沿着平移轴线(X)平移;
-移动组(40),所述移动组设置有主抵接壁(52);
-至少一个弹性对比元件(70),所述弹性对比元件位于所述主抵接壁(52)与所述对比本体(60)之间,以便能在所述主抵接壁与所述对比本体之间压缩;
-所述移动组的移动装置,所述移动装置适于被致动以实现所述移动组的平移,所述移动装置包括:
a)电机(90),所述电机具有的机动轴线(Z)相对于所述平移轴线(X)倾斜;
b)传动元件(94),所述传动元件能由所述电机(90)旋转地控制,所述传动元件具有的旋转轴线与所述平移轴线(X)重合;
c)移动螺纹件(96),所述移动螺纹件能附接至车辆壁,沿着所述平移轴线(X)延伸,所述传动元件(94)接合在所述移动螺纹件上;
所述传动元件适于作用于所述移动组(40)上,以实现所述移动组的平移,从而改变所述主抵接壁(52)的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模拟装置,其中,所述移动装置包括蜗杆(92),所述蜗杆具有的旋转轴线与所述电机(90)的所述机动轴线(Z)同轴,且所述蜗杆旋转地连接至所述电机,所述蜗杆与所述传动元件(94)接合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的模拟装置,其中,推力轴承(98)位于所述传动元件(94)与所述移动组(40)的抵接壁(56)之间。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的模拟装置,其中,所述移动螺纹件(96)具有梯形螺纹。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的模拟装置,其中,所述电机(90)和所述传动元件(94)位于所述移动组(40)上。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的模拟装置,所述模拟装置包括所述电机(90)的电子管理装置(100),所述电子管理装置包括所述电机(90)的电子控制和操作装置(102)、适于记录所述电控制动设备的多个运行参数的记录装置(104)、以及适于检测所述踏板组(10)的多个状态参数的检测装置(106)。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的模拟装置,其中,当使用者停止压平所述踏板时,所述移动装置适于使所述模拟装置进入非激活配置,在所述非激活配置中,用于所述弹性对比元件(70)的最大压缩的有用距离是最小的。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的模拟装置,其中,所述对比本体(60)包括肩部(66),所述肩部具有径向延伸部以便与所述移动组(40)的底座(50)形成抵接。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的模拟装置,所述模拟装置包括至少一个弹性复位元件(80),所述弹性复位元件固定地按压所述对比本体(60),使所述对比本体远离所述弹性对比元件(70)。
10.根据权利要求6所述的模拟装置,所述状态参数为压平所述踏板(12)或所述支柱(14)的位置或速度。
11.通过根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的模拟装置(1)向电控制动设备的踏板(12)施加对比作用的方法,
所述方法包括以下步骤:当使用者停止对所述踏板的压平作用时,致动所述移动装置,以实现非激活配置,在所述非激活配置中,所述弹性对比元件(70)的最大压缩的有用距离是最小的。
