Abstract

本发明提供了一种柔性线路半自动连接器,包括:上、下壳体、设置在上、下壳体一端的护套、上壳体上的连接板定位扣、下壳体上的柔性线路定位槽、连接板、导电臂、导电臂上的网尾以及上、下壳体卡扣,其特点是:在上下壳体一端分别设置有开口和导槽,明确指示了连接板和柔性线路从连接器的哪一端插入,以及柔性线路位于连接板上方还是下方插入连接器,避免了插反;柔性线路插入连接器后固定板上的定位柱自动扣入柔性线路与连接板上的通孔并施加持续的顶压力,保证了柔性线路板和导电臂紧密接触,避免了柔性线路拉脱。设置在上、下壳体侧面的防滑槽增加了连接器和手之间的阻力,保证了使用者操作时能够良好握持连接器。

一种柔性线路半自动连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器,用于导电线路的连接,属于电路接插件技术领域,具体说是一种柔性线路半自动连接器。
背景技术
目前,随着电子产品越来越小型化,柔性线路由于其易弯曲、布设方便、制造成本低廉的特性被广泛使用。通常,设备内部的板间连接多采用柔性印刷线路(FPC),或者柔性宽电缆(FFC)。随着市场上对于电缆的柔软性、轻薄性的需求,机器外部的连接线路也开始大范围使用柔性线路。目前,柔性线路的连接多采用板载连接器来实现,将柔性线路插入板载连接器后通过压锁装置将柔性线路和导电臂连接起来。
目前的板载柔性线路连接器普遍存在抗拉强度不够的问题,当线路两端施加拉力时柔性线路与导电臂容易接触不良或从连接器中脱出造成断路,这就降低了电子产品的使用可靠性。其次柔性线路不能从连接器中重复性插拔,既不便于使用,也容易造成浪费。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种柔性线路半自动连接器,可以重复插拔,接触牢固,不易脱出,且具有防反插功能。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种柔性线路半自动连接器,包括:上壳体、设置在上壳体一端的上护套、上壳体上的连接板定位扣、下壳体、下壳体上的柔性线路定位槽、设置在下壳体一端的下护套、连接板、导电臂、导电臂上的网尾以及上、下壳体的卡扣,其特征在于,在下壳体内设置一固定板,所述固定板与柔性线路接触的一面上设置有若干个定位柱,所述固定板的另一面上设置有若干个弹片;在所述下壳体与弹片对应的位置上各设置有弹片基板;在柔性线路上与定位柱对应的位置上设置定位柱通孔;在连接板上与定位柱对应的位置上设置定位柱孔;在上壳体的表面开一按键孔,在按键孔上固定一按键,所述按键的下方固定有按键柱;所述连接板与按键柱对应的位置上开一按键柱通孔。
对上述技术方案的改进:所述上壳体的一端设置一开口,所述开口的宽度略宽于所述连接板的宽度,所述开口的深度略大于所述连接板的厚度。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进:所述下壳体的一端设置一导槽,所述导槽的深度略大于所述柔性线路的厚度。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进:所述上壳体的两侧分别设置有上壳体防滑槽,所述下壳体的两侧分别设置有下壳体防滑槽。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进:所述的按键的表面为弧形面。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进:所述下壳体上设置4个卡槽,所述固定板与所述下壳体上的4个卡槽嵌接。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明设置在上壳体上的开口和下壳体上的导槽明确指示了连接板和柔性线路从连接器的哪一端插入,及柔性线路位于连接板上方还是下方插入连接器,避免了插反。
2、本发明柔性线路插入连接器后,固定板上的定位柱自动扣入柔性线路与连接板上的通孔并施加持续的顶压力,保证了柔性线路板和导电臂紧密接触,避免了柔性线路拉脱。
3、本发明设置在上下壳体侧面的防滑槽增加了连接器和手之间的阻力,保证了使用者操作时能够良好握持连接器。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述:
参见图1-图4,本发明一种柔性线路半自动连接器的实施例,包括:上壳体1、设置在上壳体一端的上护套1.5、上壳体上的连接板定位扣1.7、下壳体2、下壳体上的柔性线路定位槽2.5、设置在下壳体一端的下护套2.4、连接板5、导电臂3、导电臂上的网尾3.2以及上、下壳体的卡扣。在下壳体2内设置一固定板6,所述下壳体2上设置4个卡槽,所述固定板6与所述下壳体2上的4个卡槽嵌接。所述固定板6与柔性线路4接触的一面上设置有若干个定位柱6.1,所述固定板6的另一面上设置有若干个弹片6.2;在所述下壳体2与弹片6.2对应的位置上各设置有弹片基板2.2;在柔性线路4上与定位柱6.1对应的位置上设置定位柱通孔4.1;在连接板5上与定位柱6.1对应的位置上设置定位柱孔5.2;在上壳体1的表面开一按键孔1.6,在按键孔1.6上固定一按键1.1,所述按键1.1的下方固定有按键柱1.2;所述连接板5与按键柱1.2对应的位置上开一按键柱通孔5.1。
具体而言:在上壳体1的一端设置一开口1.4,所述开口1.4的宽度略宽于所述连接板5的宽度,所述开口1.4的深度略大于所述连接板5的厚度。在下壳体2的一端设置一导槽2.1,所述导槽2.1的深度略大于所述柔性线路4的厚度。这样的开口和导槽明确指示了连接板5和柔性线路4从连接器的哪一端插入,及柔性线路位于连接板上方还是下方插入连接器,避免了插反。
在上壳体1的两侧分别设置有上壳体防滑槽1.3,所述下壳体2的两侧分别设置有下壳体防滑槽2.3。这就增加了连接器和手之间的握持力,保证了使用者操作时能够良好握持连接器。
上述按键1.1的表面为弧形面,确保操作者按压的舒适性和准确性。
使用时,导电臂3上的导电线线芯3.1焊接到连接板5上,将连接板5从开口1.4插入上壳体1的连接板卡槽1.7中,固定板6置于下壳体2的4个卡槽中,使弹片6.2座落在基板2.2上,将上壳体1、下壳体2固定成一整体的连接器。此时导电臂3被上下护套压紧在壳体内,压紧力保证了导电臂3拉扯受力的状态下连接板5的焊盘和导线芯线3.1的焊接部位不受力。网尾3.2具有保护导电臂3左右弯折不受壳体摩擦损坏的作用。将柔性线路4从下壳体2一端的导槽2.1插入连接器到柔性线路定位槽2.5位置,此时,固定板6上的定位柱6.1自动扣入柔性线路4上的定位柱通孔4.1和连接板5上的定位柱孔5.2,避免了柔性线路4与接触板5拉脱。同时,弹片6.2的向上作用力使柔性线路板4和接触板5保持紧密接触,从而保证了柔性线路4与导电臂3电气连接的可靠。
当需要重复拔插柔性线路4时,向下按压按键1.1,此时,按键柱1.2穿过连接板5上的按键柱通孔5.1给固定板6施加向下的压力,使弹片6.2压缩,定位柱6.1从柔性线路4上的定位柱通孔4.1和连接板5上的定位柱孔5.2中脱出,即可拔插出柔性线路4。
当然,上述说明并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员,在本发明的实质范围内所作出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种柔性线路半自动连接器,包括:上壳体、设置在上壳体一端的上护套、上壳体上的连接板定位扣、下壳体、下壳体上的柔性线路定位槽、设置在下壳体一端的下护套、连接板、导电臂、导电臂上的网尾以及上、下壳体的卡扣,其特征在于,在下壳体内设置一固定板,所述固定板与柔性线路接触的一面上设置有若干个定位柱,所述固定板的另一面上设置有若干个弹片;在所述下壳体与弹片对应的位置上各设置有弹片基板;在柔性线路上与定位柱对应的位置上设置定位柱通孔;在连接板上与定位柱对应的位置上设置定位柱孔;在上壳体的表面开一按键孔,在按键孔上固定一按键,所述按键的下方固定有按键柱;所述连接板与按键柱对应的位置上开一按键柱通孔。
2.按照权利要求1所述的柔性线路半自动连接器,其特征在于,所述上壳体的一端设置一开口,所述开口的宽度略宽于所述连接板的宽度,所述开口的深度略大于所述连接板的厚度。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的柔性线路半自动连接器,其特征在于,所述下壳体的一端设置一导槽,所述导槽的深度略大于所述柔性线路的厚度。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的柔性线路半自动连接器,其特征在于,所述上壳体的两侧分别设置有上壳体防滑槽,所述下壳体的两侧分别设置有下壳体防滑槽。
5.按照权利要求3所述的柔性线路半自动连接器,其特征在于,所述上壳体1的两侧分别设置有上壳体防滑槽,所述下壳体的两侧分别设置有下壳体防滑槽。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的柔性线路半自动连接器,其特征在于,所述的按键的表面为弧形面。
7.按照权利要求5所述的柔性线路半自动连接器,其特征在于,所述的按键的表面为弧形面。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的柔性线路半自动连接器,其特征在于,所述下壳体上设置4个卡槽,所述固定板与所述下壳体上的4个卡槽嵌接。
9.按照权利要求7所述的柔性线路半自动连接器,其特征在于,所述下壳体上设置4个卡槽,所述固定板与所述下壳体上的4个卡槽嵌接。
