Abstract

一种利用余热的空心桨叶干燥机系统,涉及于干燥设备技术领域,包括干燥机,干燥机包括桨叶轴,桨叶轴的一端连接旋转接头,旋转接头上设置导热油进口和导热油出口;干燥机系统包括导热油加热器和导热油泵,导热油加热器上设置烟气进口、进油口、出油口,导热油加热器的烟气进口连接烟气鼓风机,烟气鼓风机的进气端通过管道与锅炉排放烟气相连,导热油加热器的出油口连接导热油泵的进油口,导热油泵的出油口与旋转接头上的导热油进口相连,旋转接头上的导热油出口与导热油加热器的进油口相连。利用热电厂排放烟气的余热,烟气经导热油加热器、油泵进入干燥机处理后余热得以充分利用,并使热电厂排放烟气的温度降低,达到节能、减排、环保的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及于干燥设备技术领域,尤其涉及空心桨叶干燥机的结构。
背景技术
国内热电厂对锅炉排出烟气的处理,只是单纯地进行消烟除尘和脱硫净化,一部分烟气预热空气作为二次风,进入锅炉助燃,其余带有一定温度的烟气达标排放,这样就导致一大部分热量损失。而在治理城市环境过程中,城市湿污泥的处理,更是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种利用余热的空心桨叶干燥机系统,利用锅炉排放烟气的余热处理湿污泥。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:利用余热的空心桨叶干燥机系统,包括干燥机,干燥机包括机架,机架上支撑横向布置的壳体和桨叶轴,桨叶轴穿置在壳体内;桨叶轴的一端连接动力装置、另一端连接旋转接头,旋转接头上设置导热油进口和导热油出口;所述干燥机系统还包括导热油加热器和导热油泵,导热油加热器上设置烟气进口、进油口、出油口,导热油加热器的烟气进口连接烟气鼓风机,烟气鼓风机的进气端通过管道与锅炉排放烟气相连,导热油加热器的出油口连接导热油泵的进油口,导热油泵的出油口与旋转接头上的导热油进口相连,旋转接头上的导热油出口与导热油加热器的进油口相连。
本发明充分利用热电厂排放烟气的余热,烟气经导热油加热器、油泵进入干燥机处理后余热得以充分利用,并使热电厂排放烟气的温度降低,达到了节能、减排、环保的目的。
作为本发明的改进,干燥机系统还包括缓冲罐,在所述导热油加热器上还设置缓冲进油口和缓冲出油口,缓冲罐的进油口与导热油加热器的缓冲出油口相连,缓冲罐的出油口与导热油加热器的缓冲进油口相连。导热油加热器运行后,导热油加热器内的一部分导热油会进入缓冲罐内,防止由于导热油加热器内导热油的体积膨胀造成导热油加热器的损坏,确保安全。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,利用余热的空心桨叶干燥机系统,包括干燥机1,干燥机1包括机架12,机架12上支撑横向布置的壳体10和桨叶轴9,桨叶轴9穿置在壳体10内,桨叶轴9的一端连接动力装置11,桨叶轴9的另一端连接旋转接头8,旋转接头8上设置导热油进口7和导热油出口2。
干燥机系统还包括导热油加热器3、导热油泵6和缓冲罐4,导热油加热器3上设置烟气进口3-5、出油口3-1、进油口3-2、缓冲进油口3-4和缓冲出油口3-3,导热油加热器3的烟气进口3-5连接烟气鼓风机5,烟气鼓风机5的进气端通过管道与锅炉排放烟气相连,导热油加热器3的出油口3-1连接导热油泵6的进油口,导热油泵6的出油口与旋转接头8上的导热油进口7相连,旋转接头8上的导热油出口2与导热油加热器3的进油口3-2相连。缓冲罐4的进油口与导热油加热器3的缓冲出油口3-3相连,缓冲罐4的出油口与导热油加热器3的缓冲进油口3-4相连。

1.一种利用余热的空心桨叶干燥机系统,包括干燥机,干燥机包括机架,机架上支撑横向布置的壳体和桨叶轴,桨叶轴穿置在壳体内;桨叶轴的一端连接动力装置、另一端连接旋转接头,旋转接头上设置导热油进口和导热油出口;其特征在于:所述干燥机系统还包括导热油加热器和导热油泵,导热油加热器上设置烟气进口、进油口、出油口,导热油加热器的烟气进口连接烟气鼓风机,烟气鼓风机的进气端通过管道与锅炉排放烟气相连,导热油加热器的出油口连接导热油泵的进油口,导热油泵的出油口与旋转接头上的导热油进口相连,旋转接头上的导热油出口与导热油加热器的进油口相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用余热的空心桨叶干燥机系统,其特征在于:所述干燥机系统还包括缓冲罐,在所述导热油加热器上还设置缓冲进油口和缓冲出油口,缓冲罐的进油口与导热油加热器的缓冲出油口相连,缓冲罐的出油口与导热油加热器的缓冲进油口相连。
