定位支架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种定位支架,尤其涉及一种适用于手机、平板电脑等电子装置的定位支架。
背景技术
随着手机的普及和科技的不断进步,智能手机、平板电报等电子装置越来越受到人们的青睐,而用手机、平板电脑等看视频、看小说等网上娱乐也成为了现代人们的一大爱好。在日常生活中,大部分人们为了追求舒适,喜欢躺在床上用手机或平板电脑等电子装置边休息边观看视频、小说等。更有一些病人或者行动不便者只能躺卧在床上观看。所以,手机支架就应用而生。然而,现有的手机支架一般采用弹簧夹来夹持手机以固定手机等电子装置,但是,简单地采用弹簧夹夹持不能很好地固定手机,在受到外部冲击力时,电子装置容易从弹簧夹中掉出,掉出的过程中较容易较大程度地损伤手机。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种能够保护电子装置的定位支架。
一种定位支架包括定位组件、装设在该定位组件上的连接组件及与该连接组件相连接的收纳组件,该收纳组件包括与该连接组件相连接的支撑件、枢接在该支撑件一侧的卡持件及装设在该支撑件上的夹持件,该支撑件与该卡持件共同围成一个具有开口的收容腔,该夹持件的两个端部分别凸伸至该支撑件的两侧,该定位组件包括相互枢接的第一夹板及第二夹板,该定位组件还包括装设在该第一夹板上的吸附件,该第一夹板上贯通开设有一装设孔,该吸附件收容在该装设孔上,该第二夹板上对准该装设孔处贯通开设一个通孔。
本发明的定位支架采用支撑件、卡持件、夹持件来定位手机等电子装置,由于支撑件、卡持件、夹持件共同形成一个开口的收容腔,且支撑件与卡持件枢接在一起,夹持件能够在支撑件中移动,使得手机等电子装置可以很好地定位在该定位支架中,避免了如常见的弹簧夹直接夹持手机等电子装置而受到外部冲击力时使手机滑落等的问题。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3,本发明实施方式中的定位支架100用于对手机、平板电脑等电子装置进行支撑定位。定位支架100包括定位组件10、连接组件30及收纳组件50。连接组件30装设在定位组件10上,并可以相对定位组件10进行任意方向的转动,以便实现该定位支架100多方位支撑定位电子装置。收纳组件50与连接组件30相连接,其用于放置手机、平板电脑等电子装置。
定位组件10包括相互枢接在一起的第一夹板11、第二夹板13、枢接该第一夹板11及第二夹板13的枢接件15以及装设在该第一夹板11上的吸附件17。第一夹板11和第二夹板13大致均为平板状,且第一夹板11在一个侧面上形成一个水平放置面110,该放置面110用于将该定位组件10放置于支撑件上。在第一夹板11偏离中心位置处贯通开设有一装设孔112,该吸附件17收容在该装设孔112上。第一夹板11邻近该装设孔112处凸伸形成两个凸块114,该两个凸块114位于同一平面且该平面平行于第一夹板11的一条边。在第二夹板13上靠近该第一夹板11的一面上凸伸形成两个安装部131,两个安装部131大致为块状,且每个安装部131靠近第一夹板11的一端上贯通开设形成安装孔132。该两个安装孔132的轴线连线平行于第二夹板13的一条边。第二夹板13上对应装设孔112处贯通开设一个通孔138,该通孔138使得使用者方便按压吸附件17。
枢接件15包括枢接轴151及弹性件153。枢接轴151大致为杆状,其穿过两个安装孔132,且两端凸伸出安装孔132并分别固定在两个凸块114上,弹性件153套设在枢接轴151上,其两端的螺旋延伸出来的螺旋线分别固定在第一夹板11上及第二夹板13上,以将第一夹板11及第二夹板13弹性枢接在一起。本实施方式中,第一夹板11、第二夹板13、枢接件15共同形成弹簧夹,且该弹簧夹大致为∠形。
吸附件17装设在第一夹板11上,且其收容在装设孔112上。该吸附件17能够将该定位组件10吸附在其他物体的表面上。本实施方式中,吸附件17为吸盘。
请再次参阅图1至图3,连接组件30包括支杆31及装设在支杆31上的调节件33。支杆31包括一端装设在第二夹板13上的连接部311以及与连接部311相连接的杆部313。杆部313能够弯曲调节。本实施方式中,杆部313为金属软管。调节件33包括弯管331、与弯管331相连接的连接体333及收容在该连接体333内部的连接头335。弯管331大致为倒L形,其一端连接在杆部313远离连接部311的一端上,另一端上装设有连接体333。连接体333大致块状,其内部形成球状中空部3331,且其远离弯管331连接处的一端向内凹陷形成凹陷部3335,且该凹陷部3335与该中空部3331相互连通。本实施方式中,为了方便各个组件之间的安装,该连接体333沿其中心轴线被分裂为两个相同的半连接体3338。连接头335收容在该中空部3331中。
收纳组件50包括与连接头335连接的支撑件51,与支撑件51一侧相枢接的卡持件53、连接卡持件53与支撑件51的连接件55,以及装设置支撑件51另一侧上的夹持件59。支撑件51与卡持件53共同围城一个具有开口52的收容腔57。该收容腔57能够收容手机等电子装置,且使得电子装置侧壁与支撑件51的一侧及卡持件53的侧边相抵接。
支撑件51大致为L形,其包括大致为板状的主体部511及由该主体部511垂直向外延伸形成的延伸部513,该开口52形成于该延伸部513与该卡持件53之间。延伸部513内部远离卡持件53凹陷形成抵持槽510。该主体部511远离该延伸部513的一侧向外凸伸形成两个枢接部5111。延伸部513的外侧面向外凸伸形成两个限位部5131。主体部511朝向连接组件30的方向凸伸形成一个支撑部5115,该支撑部5115与连接头335相连接。在连接头335的作用下,该支撑件51可以调节方向。枢接部5111大致为块状,且每个枢接部5111上贯通开设枢接孔5113。两个限位部5131平行设置在延伸部513上,且两个限位部5131之间形成一个限位槽517。支撑件51的主体部511上开设有多个散热孔518。
卡持件53大致为长条状,且其截面大致为U形状。卡持件53内部远离延伸部513凹陷形成卡持槽530,且该卡持槽530与抵持槽510相对设置,且卡持槽530与抵持槽510分别与该收容腔57相连通。卡持件53的两端上分别开设有连接孔531,该两个连接孔531靠近支撑件51设置。
连接件55包括呈杆状的连接轴551及套设在连接轴551上的扭持件553。连接轴551穿过两个枢接孔5113及两个连接孔531,且两端凸伸出连接孔531外。扭持件553套设在连接轴551,本实施方式中,该扭持件553为扭簧,且数量为三个,其与两个枢接部5111间隔设置。每个扭簧两端的螺旋延伸出来的螺旋线分别固定在支撑件51及卡持件53上。卡持件53在连接件55的作用下,可以相对支撑件51活动,以与该支撑件51形成不同的角度,来满足不同宽度的手机收容在收纳组件50中。
夹持件59包括两个相对设置在支撑件51一侧上的的滑块591以及夹设在该两个滑块591之间的伸缩件593。每个滑块591呈现L形,其包括大致为长条状的限位部5911和设置在限位部5911的一端的夹持部5913。限位部5911与伸缩件593均收容在限位槽517内,并可以在限位槽517内移动。夹持部5913凸伸出限位槽517外,并且相对限位部5911朝向该卡持件53凸伸设置。两个滑块591的夹持部5913分别位于延伸部513的两侧。伸缩件593的两端分别与两个滑块591相固定。当手机置于收容腔57中,两个滑块591的限位部5911可以在限位槽517中移动,两个滑块591的夹持部5913定位手机。在伸缩件593的作用下,两个滑块591可以将不同长度的手机进行纵向定位。在本实施方式中,伸缩件593为伸缩弹簧。
组装时,首先,将定位组件10中的第一夹板11与第二夹板13在枢接件15的作用下枢接在一起,将吸附件17装设在第一夹板11的装设孔112中,接着,将连接组件30中的支杆31的连接部311装设在第二夹板13上,再将连接组件30中的弯管331装设在支杆31的杆部313的一端上,再将连接组件30中的连接头335收容在连接组件30中的连接体333内部,并且将连接体333装设在弯管331的一端上,然后,将收纳组件50中的卡持件53在连接件55的作用下装设在支撑件51上,并将夹持件59装设在支撑件51的另一侧上,最后,将收纳组件50中的支撑件51装设在连接头335。
使用时,首先,将手机等电子装置放置在收纳组件50中,并通过调节滑块591在支撑件51上的位置来横向定位手机等电子装置,同时通过调节卡持件53相对支撑件51的位置来纵向定位调节手机等电子装置,从而手机等电子装置定位固定在收纳组件50中,接着,或者可以利用定位组件10中的第一夹板11和第二夹板13将整个定位支架100夹持定位在某个物体上,或者利用利用定位组件10中的吸附件17将整个定位支架100吸附定位在某个桌面或者其他平面上,然后,可以调节连接组件30的支杆31或直接摆动收纳组件50进而调节手机等电子装置的最佳位置给使用者。
可以理解,夹持件59可以设置在支撑件51的主体部511上,对应的,主体部上设置有可供滑块591移动地限位槽,且夹持件59的两个端部凸伸在主体部511的两个侧面。
本发明的定位支架100由于支撑件51与卡持件53枢接在一起,且夹持件59从不同的方向定位电子装置,使得不同大小的手机等电子装置等均可以在该定位支架100上定位,且定位较稳定。另外,本发明的定位支架100由于采用吸附件17和弹簧夹19来进行定位,使得使用者可以根据不同的环境条件来选择不同的定位方法,扩展了该定位支架100的适用范围,同时避免因条件所限而不能使用该定位支架100。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种定位支架,其包括定位组件、装设在该定位组件上的连接组件及与该连接组件相连接的收纳组件,其特征在于:该收纳组件包括与该连接组件相连接的支撑件、枢接在该支撑件一侧的卡持件及装设在该支撑件上的夹持件,该支撑件与该卡持件共同围成一个具有开口的收容腔,该夹持件的两个端部分别凸伸至该支撑件的两侧,该定位组件包括相互枢接的第一夹板及第二夹板,该定位组件还包括装设在该第一夹板上的吸附件,该第一夹板上贯通开设有一装设孔,该吸附件收容在该装设孔上,该第二夹板上对准该装设孔处贯通开设一个通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的定位支架,其特征在于:该支撑件包括大致为板状的主体部及由该主体部一侧垂直向外延伸形成的延伸部,该延伸部与该卡持件相对设置在该主体部的相对两侧边,该夹持件设置在该延伸部的侧面上,且其两个端部朝向该卡持件凸伸至该延伸部的两侧,该开口形成于该延伸部与该卡持件之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的定位支架,其特征在于:该延伸部朝向该卡持件的一侧开设抵持槽,该卡持件相对该支撑件的一侧开设卡持槽,该抵持槽与该卡持槽相对设置,且均与该收容腔相连通。
4.如权利要求3所述的定位支架,其特征在于:该夹持件包括两个相对设置在该延伸部上的滑块以及夹设在该两个滑块之间的伸缩件,该伸缩件的两端分别与该两个滑块相固定。
5.如权利要求4所述的定位支架,其特征在于:该延伸部远离该卡持件的一侧凸伸形成两个限位部,该两个限位部之间形成一个限位槽,该伸缩件收容在该限位槽内,每个滑块包括能够在该限位槽内移动的限位部和设置在该限位部的一端的夹持部,该两个滑块的夹持部分别朝向该夹持件凸伸至该抵持槽的两端。
6.如权利要求2所述的定位支架,其特征在于:该收纳组件还包括枢接该卡持件与该支撑件的连接件,该连接件包括连接轴及套设在该连接轴上的扭持件,该主体部向外凸伸形成枢接部,该枢接部上贯通开设枢接孔,该卡持件的两端上分别开设有连接孔,该连接轴穿过该枢接孔与该连接孔,且其两端凸伸出该连接孔外,该扭持件的两端分别固定在该支撑件及该卡持件上。
7.如权利要求1所述的定位支架,其特征在于:该连接组件包括与该定位组件连接的支杆及装设在该支杆上的调节件,该调节件包括弯管、与该弯管相连接的连接体及收容在该连接体内部的连接头,该弯管的一端连接在该支杆远离该定位组件的一端上,另一端上装设有该连接体,该支撑件朝向该连接组件的方向凸伸形成一个支撑部,该支撑部与该连接头相连接。
8.如权利要求7所述的定位支架,其特征在于:该连接体内部形成球状中空部,且其远离该弯管的一端向内凹陷形成凹陷部,该凹陷部与该中空部相互连通,该连接头收容在该中空部中,并穿过该凹陷部与该支撑部相连接。
9.如权利要求1所述的定位支架,其特征在于:该支撑件上开设有多个散热孔。
