本发明涉及一种转块式阀门,包括阀体、转动块,所述阀体内部设置有圆柱形空腔,在圆柱形空腔的壁面上设置有进水口和出水口,进水口和出水口轴线之间成α°的夹角,所述进水口和出水口相对于圆柱形空腔的轴向方向在同一水平面上,所述转动块为圆柱形,所述转动块的轴线与圆柱形空腔轴线同轴,在所述转动块上环形阵列设置有N个开口,所述N大于等于4,且所述N为偶数,所述开口的轴线与进水口和出水口在同个水平面上,所述开口轴线之间的夹角为α°,在相邻的开口之间设置有连接管道,所述连接管道位于转动块的内部。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种转块式阀门,属于管道领域。
背景技术
传统的阀门结构复杂,防漏性能差,而阀门的开闭时的流量改变量也比较小,同时传统的阀门在胶圈损坏后,很容易发生泄漏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中阀门容易泄露技术问题,提供一种结构简易,防漏性能好的新型阀门。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种转块式阀门,包括阀体、转动块,所述阀体内部设置有圆柱形空腔,在圆柱形空腔的壁面上设置有进水口和出水口,进水口和出水口轴线之间成α°的夹角,所述进水口和出水口相对于圆柱形空腔的轴向方向在同一水平面上,所述转动块为圆柱形,所述转动块的轴线与圆柱形空腔轴线同轴,在所述转动块上环形阵列设置有N个开口,所述N大于等于4,且所述N为偶数,所述开口的轴线与进水口和出水口在同个水平面上,所述开口轴线之间的夹角为α°,在相邻的开口之间设置有连接管道,所述连接管道位于转动块的内部。
作为本发明的进一步创新,所述开口之间的连接管道数量为N/2,其中第N/2+1个连接管道的直径大于第N/2+0个连接管道的直径。
作为本发明的进一步创新,所述阀体内部的圆柱形空腔内壁上设置有橡胶皮。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过旋转式的块状结构控制阀门的开闭,阀块与阀体的外壁面为金属的配合连接,密封性能强不易漏水,同时本阀门对整体的防漏要求比较低,不需要太多的密封件,节省了成本。

如图1所示,一种转块式阀门,包括阀体1、转动块,所述阀体1内部设置有圆柱形空腔,在圆柱形空腔的壁面上设置有进水口2和出水口3,进水口2和出水口3轴线之间成90°的夹角,所述进水口2和出水口3相对于圆柱形空腔的轴向方向在同一水平面上,所述转动块为圆柱形,所述转动块的轴线与圆柱形空腔轴线同轴,在所述转动块上环形阵列设置有N个开口4,所述开口4的轴线与进水口2和出水口3在同个水平面上,所述开口4轴线之间的夹角为90°,在相邻的开口4之间设置有连接管道,所述连接管道位于转动块的内部;所述开口4之间的连接管道数量为2,其中第2个连接管道6直径为第1个连接管道5直径的两倍;所述阀体1内部的圆柱形空腔内壁上设置有橡胶皮。
如图1和图2所示,通过旋转转动块2可以改变进水口2和出水口3之间所连接的连接管道的直径,从而改变液体的流量即改变阀门的闭合度,同时如图将转动块移动到图3所示位置,此时进水口2被开口4与开口4之间的转接块堵塞,阀门封闭。

1.一种转块式阀门,其特征是:包括阀体、转动块,所述阀体内部设置有圆柱形空腔,在圆柱形空腔的壁面上设置有进水口和出水口,进水口和出水口轴线之间成α°的夹角,所述进水口和出水口相对于圆柱形空腔的轴向方向在同一水平面上,所述转动块为圆柱形,所述转动块的轴线与圆柱形空腔轴线同轴,在所述转动块上环形阵列设置有N个开口,所述N大于等于4,且所述N为偶数,所述开口的轴线与进水口和出水口在同个水平面上,所述开口轴线之间的夹角为α°,在相邻的开口之间设置有连接管道,所述连接管道位于转动块的内部。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种转块式阀门,其特征是:所述开口之间的连接管道数量为N/2,其中第N/2+1个连接管道的直径大于第N/2+0个连接管道的直径。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种转块式阀门,其特征是:所述阀体内部的圆柱形空腔内壁上设置有橡胶皮。
