一种高压自循环冷却液体静压导轨支承座,在承载垫的上部连接支承座,在支承座中部设进油孔A,支承座上表面设环形冷却油槽,环形冷却油槽的外环和内环处均设密封圈,环形冷却油槽的外环的外壁套接上封油边,上封油边的上表面设环矩形盖板,环矩形盖板与支承座通过螺钉连接,在环矩形盖板上设进油孔B与出油孔A,支承座下表面内嵌条形凹槽,在条形凹槽的外壁套接下封油边,条形凹槽内连接支承垫,支承垫放置在条形凹槽内,支承座的一组对应侧边分别连接轨道,支承座的另一组对应侧边均设侧向支承座,侧向支承座与支承座通过螺钉连接。本发明通过热传递,能够吸收走封油边产生的热量,合理控制其温升,降低其热变形;结构简单,通用性、推广性强。

Description

一种高压自循环冷却液体静压导轨支承座
技术领域 本发明涉及静压支承技术领域,具体涉及一种冷却液体静压导轨支承座。
背景技术 润滑油从液体静压导轨的封油边流过时,会产生较大的热量,其中一部分被润滑油所吸收,而另一部分则会被封油边所吸收。它的不足之处:封油边产生较大温升,导致封油边发生热变形,影响液体静压导轨的支承系统。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种可吸收封油边的热量,合理控制封油边的温升及热变形,实现液体静压导轨系统高压化的高压自循环冷却液体静压导轨支承座。
本发明主要包括:承载垫、支承座、进油孔A、环形冷却油槽、密封圈、上封油边、环矩形盖板、进油孔B、出油孔A、条形凹槽、下封油边、支承垫、田字形支承油槽、轨道和侧向支承座。
其中,在该承载垫的上部固定连接支承座,在支承座的中部设有进油孔A。该支承座的上表面设环形冷却油槽,在环形冷却油槽的外环和内环处,均设有密封圈。环形冷却油槽的外环的外壁套接上封油边,在上封油边的上表面设有环矩形盖板,该环矩形盖板与支承座通过螺钉活动连接。在环矩形盖板上设有进油孔B与出油孔A。支承座的下表面内嵌条形凹槽,在条形凹槽的外壁套接下封油边,在条形凹槽内固定连接四块相同的支承垫,四块支承垫放置在条形凹槽内,条形凹槽内形成田字形支承油槽。支承座的一组对应侧边分别固定连接轨道,支承座的另一组对应侧边均设有侧向支承座,该侧向支承座与支承座通过螺钉活动连接。
本发明在使用时,润滑油由支承座中间的进油孔流入,进入到田字形支承油槽中,由四周的矩形封油边流出。封油边与移动轨道间的间隙非常小,润滑油流经封油边时产生较大的热量损失,导致封油边的热变形。润滑油由盖板的进油孔B流入,充满环矩形油槽后,由出油孔A流出。环矩形油槽内部的润滑油边流动,边与封油边进行热量交换,吸收封油边的热量,保证封油边的温升及热变形在合理范围内。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
(1)在支承座的背面加工有冷却油槽,内部通有冷却油,通过热传递,能够吸收走封油边产生的热量,合理控制其温升,降低其热变形;
(2)而冷却油槽及支承油槽内的油液均由一个液压系统供给,结构简单,不需要额外再添加别的设备,通用性、推广性强。

具体实施方式 在图1至图10所示的本发明的示意简图中,在该承载垫1的上部固定连接支承座2,在支承座的中部设有进油孔A3。该支承座的上表面设环形冷却液槽4,在环形冷却油槽的外环和内环处,均设有密封圈槽16,密封圈槽16内部安装有密封圈5。环形冷却油槽的外环的外壁套接封油边6,在上封油边的上表面设有环矩形盖板7,该环矩形盖板与支承座通过螺钉活动连接。在环矩形盖板上设有进油孔8与出油孔9。支承座的下表面内嵌条形凹槽10,在条形凹槽的外壁套接封油边11,在条形凹槽内固定连接四块相同的支承垫12,四块支承垫放置在条形凹槽内。支承座的一组对应侧边分别固定连接轨道14,支承座的另一组对应侧边均设有侧向支承座15,该侧向支承座与支承座通过螺钉活动连接。
