本发明涉及一种排气管调节阀门，属于汽车排气管技术领域。包括阀座和调节杆，阀座设有两个开口直径不一的腔体，调节杆穿过阀座两个腔体之间的区域，调节杆的两端通过密封圈使其与阀座密封，调节杆的端部具有截面呈圆形的拧动管。本发明排气管调节阀门，结构设计简单、合理，调节简便。另外，通过磷化处理阀座，使其耐腐蚀性能得到显著提升。

本发明涉及一种排气管调节阀门，属于汽车排气管技术领域。
背景技术
现有的排气管调节阀门，结构较为复杂，制造成本高。而且阀座的耐腐蚀性很差，使用寿命很短。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题，本发明提供了一种结构设计简单的排气管调节阀门。
为了实现上述目的，采用的技术方案如下：
一种排气管调节阀门，包括阀座和调节杆，阀座设有两个开口直径不一的腔体，调节杆穿过阀座两个腔体之间的区域，调节杆的两端通过密封圈使其与阀座密封，调节杆的端部具有截面呈圆形的拧动管。
所述阀座通过磷化处理在其表面形成磷化防护膜，加工工艺为：
步骤①、首先向容器中加入6份马来酸酐和5份去离子水，搅拌5分钟；接着缓慢加入3份水杨酸、3份磷酸和10份去离子水，边加边搅拌，添加完毕后搅拌5分钟；然后缓慢加入0.5份蒽甙、3份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和15份去离子水，搅拌5分钟，配制处理液；
步骤②、擦除阀座表面的油污，接着使用乙醇擦洗2次，再用清水冲洗；
步骤③、将阀座放入预先加热至50℃的处理液中浸泡5分钟；
步骤④、捞出后用水冲洗直至水的pH值恢复至中性，烘干。
本发明排气管调节阀门，结构设计简单、合理，调节简便。另外，通过磷化处理阀座，使其耐腐蚀性能得到显著提升。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，一种排气管调节阀门，具有阀座和调节杆2，阀座设有两个开口直径不一的腔体3和腔体6，调节杆2穿过阀座两个腔体之间的区域，调节杆2的两端通过密封圈5和密封圈4使其与阀座密封，调节杆2的端部具有截面呈圆形的拧动管1，拧动管1的外表面呈连续波浪形结构。
所述阀座通过磷化处理在其表面形成磷化防护膜，加工工艺为：
步骤①、首先向容器中加入6份马来酸酐和5份去离子水，搅拌5分钟；接着缓慢加入3份水杨酸、3份磷酸和10份去离子水，边加边搅拌，添加完毕后搅拌5分钟；然后缓慢加入0.5份蒽甙、3份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和15份去离子水，搅拌5分钟，配制处理液；
步骤②、擦除阀座表面的油污，接着使用乙醇擦洗2次，再用清水冲洗；

所述阀座通过磷化处理在其表面形成磷化防护膜，加工工艺为：
步骤①、首先向容器中加入6份马来酸酐和5份去离子水，搅拌5分钟；接着缓慢加入3份水杨酸、3份磷酸和10份去离子水，边加边搅拌，添加完毕后搅拌5分钟；然后缓慢加入0.5份蒽甙、3份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和15份去离子水，搅拌5分钟，配制处理液；
步骤②、擦除阀座表面的油污，接着使用乙醇擦洗2次，再用清水冲洗；
步骤③、将阀座放入预先加热至50℃的处理液中浸泡5分钟；
步骤④、捞出后用水冲洗直至水的pH值恢复至中性，烘干。
