Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车零部件,具体是涉及一种带吊钩总成的排气管。带吊钩总成的排气管,包括排气管,排气管上设有W形固定板,W形固定板中部的两端设有圆筒状固定管,两个圆筒状固定管焊接在排气管上。本发明带吊钩总成的排气管,通过吊钩的设计,从而将排气管有效安全地固定在车体底部。另外,通过涂装处理排气管,使其耐腐蚀性能得到显著提升。

本发明涉及一种汽车零部件,具体是涉及一种带吊钩总成的排气管。
背景技术
汽车尾气排气管,需要通过吊钩悬挂在车体底部。同时,传统的这些排气管的耐腐蚀性很差,使用寿命很短。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单的带吊钩总成的排气管。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
带吊钩总成的排气管,包括排气管,所述排气管上设有W形固定板,所述W形固定板中部的两端设有圆筒状固定管,所述两个圆筒状固定管焊接在排气管上。
较为完善的是,所述W形固定板的两端设有安装孔。
所述排气管通过涂装处理在其外表面形成防护膜,加工工艺为:
步骤①、将排气管放入处理剂中浸泡3分钟,处理剂由10份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、5份芳香族羟基酸、5份柠檬酸、0.5份黄酮甙、6份乙二醇和70份水混合制成;
步骤②、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为40℃;
步骤③、采用喷膜方法在排气管的表面涂装一层厚度为0.5μm的聚四氟乙烯薄膜;
步骤④、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为70℃;
步骤⑤、在排气管上的聚四氟乙烯薄膜的表面涂装底漆及面漆;
步骤⑥、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为70℃。
本发明带吊钩总成的排气管,通过吊钩的设计,从而将排气管有效安全地固定在车体底部。另外,通过涂装处理排气管,使其耐腐蚀性能得到显著提升。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,带吊钩总成的排气管,包括排气管1,排气管1上设有W形固定板3,W形固定板3中部的两端设有圆筒状固定管2,两个圆筒状固定管2焊接在排气管1上。
同时,W形固定板3的两端设有安装孔4,用于将W形固定板3安装在车架底部横梁(悬架)上。
所述排气管通过涂装处理在其外表面形成防护膜,加工工艺为:
步骤①、将排气管放入处理剂中浸泡3分钟,处理剂由10份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、5份芳香族羟基酸、5份柠檬酸、0.5份黄酮甙、6份乙二醇和70份水混合制成;
步骤②、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为40℃;
步骤③、采用喷膜方法在排气管的表面涂装一层厚度为0.5μm的聚四氟乙烯薄膜;
步骤④、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为70℃;

1.一种带吊钩总成的排气管,其特征在于,包括排气管,所述排气管上设有W形固定板,所述W形固定板中部的两端设有圆筒状固定管,所述两个圆筒状固定管焊接在排气管上,所述W形固定板的两端设有安装孔;
所述排气管通过涂装处理在其外表面形成防护膜,加工工艺为:
步骤①、将排气管放入处理剂中浸泡3分钟,处理剂由10份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、5份芳香族羟基酸、5份柠檬酸、0.5份黄酮甙、6份乙二醇和70份水混合制成;
步骤②、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为40℃;
步骤③、采用喷膜方法在排气管的表面涂装一层厚度为0.5μm的聚四氟乙烯薄膜;
步骤④、将排气管烘干,烘干温度为70℃;
步骤⑤、在排气管上的聚四氟乙烯薄膜的表面涂装底漆及面漆;
