抗氧化型冷轧带钢
技术领域
本发明涉及冷轧带钢领域,特别是涉及一种抗氧化型冷轧带钢。
背景技术
不锈钢是常见的合金钢,按金相组织分类,一般可分为:铁素体不锈钢、奥氏体不锈钢、马氏体不锈钢和双相不锈钢(铁素体-奥氏体不锈钢)。目前国内外生产Cr17型铁素体不锈带钢的显微组织以铁素体为主,并添加少量微量合金元素钛、铌等改进钢的耐蚀性能和提高强度。但是现有的冷轧带钢不能满足某些特殊方面的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗氧化型冷轧带钢,能够提高冷轧带钢的抗氧化性能,使用寿命长,原料成本低,安全可靠。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗氧化型冷轧带钢,包括以下物质按质量分数组成:C7-53份、N15-33份、Mn15-42份、P6-16份、S3-7份、Fe35-76份、W12-26份、Sn8-15份、Sb12-23份、Ti3-11份、Zn15-29份、Zr5-13份、Mo2-7份、Ni4-11份、Cr7-15份和Si2-9份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,包括以下物质按质量分数组成:C7份、N15份、Mn15份、P6份、S3份、Fe35份、W12份、Sn8份、Sb12份、Ti3份、Zn15份、Zr5份、Mo2份、Ni4份、Cr7份和Si2份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,包括以下物质按质量分数组成:C53份、N33份、Mn42份、P16份、S7份、Fe76份、W12-26份、Sn15份、Sb23份、Ti11份、Zn29份、Zr13份、Mo7份、Ni11份、Cr15份和Si9份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,包括以下物质按质量分数组成:C35份、N21份、Mn39份、P12份、S5份、Fe65份、W18份、Sn12份、Sb18份、Ti8份、Zn16份、Zr8份、Mo6份、Ni8份、Cr11份和Si6份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明抗氧化型冷轧带钢,能够提高冷轧带钢的抗氧化性能,使用寿命长,原料成本低,安全可靠。

实施例3,一种抗氧化型冷轧带钢,包括以下物质按质量分数组成:C35份、N21份、Mn39份、P12份、S5份、Fe65份、W18份、Sn12份、Sb18份、Ti8份、Zn16份、Zr8份、Mo6份、Ni8份、Cr11份和Si6份。
区别于现有技术,本发明抗氧化型冷轧带钢,能够提高冷轧带钢的抗氧化性能,使用寿命长,原料成本低,安全可靠。
