本发明公开了一种耐磨型中空玻璃板,包括:两层平板玻璃,所述平板玻璃的外表面镀有耐磨膜,所述耐磨膜的化学组分及质量份数为:丙烯腈浆粕12-18份、棉绒浆粕15-25份、纳米酚醛树脂18-24份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份、石墨1-3份、阻燃剂2-4份、偶联剂4-8份、羧基丁腈胶乳6-10份、聚丙烯酰胺4-8份,通过上述方式,本发明能够具备有良好的耐磨性,提高中空玻璃板的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中空玻璃,特别涉及一种耐磨型中空玻璃板。
背景技术
中空玻璃是由两层或多层平板玻璃构成,四周用高强高气密性复合粘结剂,将两片或多片玻璃与密封条、玻璃条粘接、密封,中间充入干燥气体,框内充以干燥剂,以保证玻璃片间空气的干燥度,现阶段,中空玻璃的主要应用于家居装饰领域,因此对于中空玻璃外表面耐磨性能的要求极为苛刻,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,现有的中空玻璃已经满足不了人们的需求了。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨型中空玻璃板,能够具备有良好的耐磨性,提高中空玻璃板的质量。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐磨型中空玻璃板,包括:两层平板玻璃,所述平板玻璃的外表面镀有耐磨膜,所述耐磨膜的化学组分及质量份数为:
丙烯腈浆粕12-18份、棉绒浆粕15-25份、纳米酚醛树脂18-24份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份、石墨1-3份、阻燃剂2-4份、偶联剂4-8份、羧基丁腈胶乳6-10份、聚丙烯酰胺4-8份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃剂和所述偶联剂的比例为1:2。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够具备有良好的耐磨性,提高中空玻璃板的质量。

一种耐磨型中空玻璃板,包括:两层平板玻璃,所述平板玻璃的外表面镀有耐磨膜,所述耐磨膜的化学组分及质量份数为:
丙烯腈浆粕12份、棉绒浆粕15份、纳米酚醛树脂24份、纳米二氧化钛3份、石墨1份、阻燃剂2份、偶联剂4份、羧基丁腈胶乳10份、聚丙烯酰胺8份。
实施例2:
一种耐磨型中空玻璃板,包括:两层平板玻璃,所述平板玻璃的外表面镀有耐磨膜,所述耐磨膜的化学组分及质量份数为:
丙烯腈浆粕18份、棉绒浆粕25份、纳米酚醛树脂18份、纳米二氧化钛1份、石墨3份、阻燃剂4份、偶联剂8份、羧基丁腈胶乳6份、聚丙烯酰胺4份。
实施例3:
一种耐磨型中空玻璃板,包括:两层平板玻璃,所述平板玻璃的外表面镀有耐磨膜,所述耐磨膜的化学组分及质量份数为:
丙烯腈浆粕15份、棉绒浆粕20份、纳米酚醛树脂21份、纳米二氧化钛2份、石墨2份、阻燃剂2份、偶联剂6份、羧基丁腈胶乳8份、聚丙烯酰胺6份。
其中,所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵。
本发明中耐磨膜的制备方法为:按照上述比例进行配料后投放至密封搅拌机内,充分搅拌均匀后,投放至高温熔炉内进行融合处理,随后入模定型,最终获得耐磨膜。
区别于现有技术,本发明能够具备有良好的耐磨性,提高中空玻璃板的质量。

1.一种耐磨型中空玻璃板,其特征在于,包括:两层平板玻璃,所述平板玻璃的外表面镀有耐磨膜,所述耐磨膜的化学组分及质量份数为:
丙烯腈浆粕12-18份、棉绒浆粕15-25份、纳米酚醛树脂18-24份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份、石墨1-3份、阻燃剂2-4份、偶联剂4-8份、羧基丁腈胶乳6-10份、聚丙烯酰胺4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型中空玻璃板,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型中空玻璃板,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型中空玻璃板,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂和所述偶联剂的比例为1:2。
