Abstract

本发明涉及了一种阻燃式胶合板加工工艺,包括基材和薄木,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:筛选外观合格的基材;将合格的基材进行真空处理,再把防腐阻燃剂通过吸入的方式吸入胶合板内;将所述基材进行含水量检测,含水量在8%—10%直接进行下一步骤,含水量高于10%的进行脱水处理;将含水量在8%—10%的基材放置一段时间,让基材恢复平衡;对基材进行抛光砂光,使基材厚度基本一致;在基材要贴薄木的一面涂上木纹隐蔽剂;在基材要贴薄木的一面涂胶;将薄木与基材贴合,将基材和薄木组成的半成品胶合板进行热压。本工艺不需要珍贵木材作为基材,加工出来的胶合板不但质量好、能阻燃、安全实用,而且能达到高端木材的感觉。

阻燃式胶合板加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及胶合板加工技术领域,具体的说是阻燃式胶合板加工工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对装修也越来越讲究,其中,传统的杨木材质的胶合板已经不能满足用户的要求,所以出现的比较高端的柳桉、桃花芯木、山毛榉等材质的胶合板,但上述珍贵木材受到过加保护,对此类木材的开采受到限制。现有的胶合板不具有阻燃功能。所以亟需一种既不需要珍贵木材作为基材,又能达到高端木材的感觉的胶合板。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术不足,本发明提供一种阻燃式胶合板加工工艺。
本发明提供的阻燃式胶合板加工工艺是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种阻燃式胶合板加工工艺,包括基材和薄木,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:筛选外观合格的基材;
S2:将合格的基材进行真空处理,再把防腐阻燃剂通过吸入的方式吸入胶合板内,
S3:将所述基材进行含水量检测,含水量在8%—10%直接进行下一步骤,含水量高于10%的进行脱水处理;
S4:将含水量在8%—10%的基材放置一段时间,让基材恢复平衡;
S5:对基材进行抛光砂光,使基材厚度基本一致;
S6:在基材要贴薄木的一面涂上木纹隐蔽剂;
S7:在基材要贴薄木的一面涂胶;
S8:将薄木与基材贴合,所述薄木含水率为18%以下,所述薄木与基材之间接触处重叠0.6-0.9mm;
S9:将基材和薄木组成的半成品胶合板进行热压。
所述步骤S1中的筛选标准为有无鼓泡、是否脱胶脱胶、边角是否缺损、有无裂隙和离叠芯。
所述步骤S5中的基材厚度的偏差控制在0.1mm。
所述步骤S7中的涂胶量60-75g/m2
所述步骤S9中的热压单位压力为0.6-0.8MPa,温度为95-105℃,时间为60-80S。
本发明的有益效果是:本工艺不需要珍贵木材作为基材,加工出来的胶合板不但质量好、能阻燃、安全实用,而且能达到高端木材的感觉。

本发明所述的一种阻燃式胶合板加工工艺,包括基材和薄木,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:筛选外观合格的基材;

S9:将基材和薄木组成的半成品胶合板进行热压。
作为优选的,所述步骤S1中的筛选标准为有无鼓泡、是否脱胶脱胶、边角是否缺损、有无裂隙和离叠芯。
作为优选的,所述步骤S5中的基材厚度的偏差控制在0.1mm。
作为优选的,所述步骤S7中的涂胶量60-75g/m2
作为优选的,所述步骤S9中的热压单位压力为0.6-0.8MPa,温度为95-105℃,时间为60-80S。

1.一种阻燃式胶合板加工工艺,包括基材和薄木,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:筛选外观合格的基材;
S2:将合格的基材进行真空处理,再把防腐阻燃剂通过吸入的方式吸入胶合板内;
S3:将所述基材进行含水量检测,含水量在8%—10%直接进行下一步骤,含水量高于10%的进行脱水处理;
S4:将含水量在8%—10%的基材放置一段时间,让基材恢复平衡;
S5:对基材进行抛光砂光,使基材厚度基本一致;
S6:在基材要贴薄木的一面涂上木纹隐蔽剂;
S7:在基材要贴薄木的一面涂胶;
S8:将薄木与基材贴合,所述薄木含水率为18%以下,所述薄木与基材之间接触处重叠0.6-0.9mm;
S9:将基材和薄木组成的半成品胶合板进行热压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃式胶合板加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中的筛选标准为有无鼓泡、是否脱胶脱胶、边角是否缺损、有无裂隙和离叠芯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃式胶合板加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中的基材厚度的偏差控制在0.1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃式胶合板加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S7中的涂胶量60-75g/m2
