Abstract
本发明为一种舍弃式倒角刀片,主要于舍弃式刀片设有一座孔,该座孔供舍弃式倒角刀片锁固于刀具,该舍弃式倒角刀片呈一V形状,该舍弃式倒角刀片的一端设有一锥形刀头,沿着该锥形刀头的锥形周缘环设有数个排屑槽,该排屑槽的一边面为一切刃,形成一多个刀刃,得以连续切削的舍弃式倒角刀片。
Description
技术领域
本发明有关于一种工件材料的倒角、毛边修整的刀具改良结构,尤其是一舍弃式结构设计的舍弃式倒角刀片。
背景技术
一般工件在施以钻孔后,会再使用一倒角刀具于孔口施以倒角,或者于工件的边缘施以倒角或是修整毛边的加工,以便消除孔口或是工件边缘的毛边材料。
习用的倒角刀具5,请参阅图9所示,包含一刀杆51及一设于刀杆51一端的锥形刀头52,该锥形刀头52至少设有一个刀槽521,借该刀槽521的形成而于刀槽521一侧形成一刀刃522,得以切削孔口倒角或是对工件的边缘进行倒角。
然,前述的倒角刀具5的材料以高速工具钢(HSS)或是其他刀具材料所制成,且所设的刀槽521以研磨的加工方式形成,因此刀槽521的加工速度慢且加工费用高昂,直接影响倒角刀具5的制作成本,而加工过程中一旦倒角刀具5的刀刃522崩裂后便必须整把抛弃,无法再使用,因此一般习用的倒角刀具都被当作是消耗品,无法重复使用,突显材料的浪费及增加生产成本。
除此之外,亦有使用舍弃式刀片结构的设计,该刀具本体体积大,舍弃式刀片设置于刀具的一侧,此一单刀刃且偏心的设置容易发生偏心晃动或是振动的现象,故刀具的旋转速率慢,单一刀刃的设计其切削移除率低,故倒角的切削效率低,加工速度缓慢。
发明内容
习用高速工具钢(HSS)所制成的倒角刀具因刀槽的加工成本高且速度慢,具有制作成本高的缺点,且加工过程中一旦倒角刀具的刀刃崩裂后便必须整把抛弃无法重复使用,不但浪费且增加生产成本。
本发明为一种舍弃式倒角刀片,主要于舍弃式刀片设有一座孔,该座孔供舍弃式倒角刀片锁固于刀具,该舍弃式倒角刀片呈一V形状,该舍弃式倒角刀片的一端设有一锥形刀头,沿着该锥形刀头的锥形周缘环设有数个排屑槽,该排屑槽的一边面为一切刃,形成一多个刀刃,得以连续切削的舍弃式倒角刀片。
本发明在舍弃式倒角刀片的末端设有锥形刀头,该锥形刀头具有多个切削刃口的设计,得以提升数倍增的材料移除率,改变习用舍弃式倒角刀具设计的形态,倒角作业时间得以减少以及提升产能等进步功效。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
请参阅图1至图3所示,本发明的舍弃式倒角刀片10,设有一座孔11,该座孔11供舍弃式倒角刀片10锁固于刀具20(如图4、图5所示),该舍弃式倒角刀片10呈一V形状,该舍弃式倒角刀片10的一端设有一锥形刀头12,沿着该锥形刀头12的锥形周缘环设有数个排屑槽13,该排屑槽13的一边面为一切刃14,形成一多个刀刃,得以连续切削的舍弃式倒角刀片10。
请参阅图4、图5所示,本发明舍弃式倒角刀片10装设于刀具20的俯视及侧视图,该舍弃式倒角刀片10于一端设有多刀刃的锥形刀头12,此一设计乃为刀具业界中首创,且该刀具20得与一般舍弃式雕刻刀具共同使用,因此对使用者而言非常便利且节省添购刀具20的成本。
请参阅图6所示,该舍弃式倒角刀片10得以执行一般的孔口倒角工作,或是如图7所示,执行工件的倒角工作或是修整毛边。
请参阅图8所示,本发明舍弃式倒角刀片10的锥形刀头12实施例,该锥形刀头12的角度θ得以改变,以便因应不同的加工条件。
由于本发明的倒角刀具首创使用舍弃式的结构设计,该舍弃式倒角刀片10钝化后或是损坏时,得以迅速地更换舍弃式倒角刀片10,刀具20仍可继续使用,为使用者节省成本,此外该刀具20的结构非常简易,且高速旋转时不会有偏心晃动或是振动的现象,搭配多刀刃的舍弃式刀片结构设计,刃口多其切销量大及进刀速率快的条件下,加工速度将可提高2~4倍的功效,有效提升加工效率。
借由前述的说明,本发明在舍弃式倒角刀片的末端设有锥形刀头,该锥形刀头具有多个切削刃口的设计,有别于习用者使用仅设有单一舍弃式刀片的设计,或是使用全高速钢或是其他工具材料制成的倒角刀具,并此得以降低制造成本以及提升数倍增的材料移除率,改变习用舍弃式倒角刀具设计的形态,倒角作业时间得以减少以及提升产能等进步功效,此一结构设计乃为倒角刀具业界的首创,深具新颖性及创新性。
惟上述所陈,仅本发明于产业上一较佳的实施例,举凡依本发明专利范围所作均等的变化,皆属本发明专利范围的范畴。

1.一种舍弃式倒角刀片,其特征在于:设有一座孔,该座孔供舍弃式倒角刀片锁固于刀具,该舍弃式倒角刀片的一端设有一锥形刀头,沿着该锥形刀头的锥形周缘环设有数个排屑槽,该排屑槽的一边面为一切刃,形成一多个刀刃。
