技术领域
本发明属于中药复方制剂技术领域，特别涉及一种补气健脾接骨组合物及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着人口的日益增加，交通工具的快速发展，人们在日常生活之中，很难避免意外事故的发生，所导致的骨质损伤，造成骨折，患者疼痛难忍，致残率较高，常遗留有各种不同程度的后遗症，使人们生活质量下降，饱受病患痛苦的折磨。
现有骨伤病的治疗方法一般采用人工接骨、手术接骨等方法。采用借助X光机或其它手段，将骨折部复位后，利用夹板、石膏绷带或手术钢板固定，服消炎药或治疗跌打损伤药，静养三个月左右，但实施正骨复位后，由于利用外敷用药的渗透作用，使其疗效慢，以及患者自身因素多方面的原因，易使骨折部位出现不同程度的重叠移位，致使部位肿胀疼痛，造成伸屈功能减弱或丧失，给患者带来极大痛苦。如果采用手术钢板固定，在骨折愈合后，还需进行二次手术，取出钢板和固定钢钉，给患者造成的痛苦就可想而知了，并且在骨骼上又留下人为造成的螺钉孔，造成骨折的骨头再次修复，同时这又有感染骨髓炎的可能。
目前治疗骨折的药物虽然很多，但还存在骨碎愈合不佳，消肿止痛速度慢，治疗时间较长，使用效果差等问题。
另外，对于一些身体较差的病人，不能简单的进行接骨，需要多方位的进行调理配合治疗，这也是一个重大的研究方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中存在的缺点与不足，提供一种补气健脾接骨组合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述补气健脾接骨组合物的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现：一种补气健脾接骨组合物，按重量份计，包括以下组分：
作为优选实施方式，按重量份，还包含增稠剂5份；所述的增稠剂优选为糊精。
作为优选实施方式，按重量份，还包含干燥剂5份；所述的干燥剂优选为甘露醇。
作为优选实施方式，按重量份，还包含甜叶菊粉末8份，改善口感。
上述的补气健脾接骨组合物的制备方法，步骤如下：
1)将当归10份；秦艽10份；泽兰10份；乳香10份；没药10份；桃仁10份；红花10份；苏木10份；骨碎补10份；赤芍15份；接骨木12份；补骨脂10份；自然铜10份；香附10份；延胡15份；儿茶10份；地鳖虫10份；川牛膝10份；牡丹皮10份；巴戟10份；菟丝子15份；川芎10份；甘草6份；薏仁米8份；锁阳10份按重量份计，混合均匀，然后放入粉碎机中进行粉碎，当粉碎到20目时，停止粉碎；
2)取步骤1)中的粉碎颗粒，粉碎颗粒与水按重量比1：10混合均匀，放入反应釜中，加热温度为90～100摄氏度，时间为3小时；
3)过滤，分离药渣和溶液，取出溶液备用；
4)将溶液加热到70～80℃，搅拌真空脱水，浓缩至固体含量30～40％时，加入按重量份计增稠剂5份和甜叶菊粉末8份，进行搅拌溶解；
5)搅拌溶解后，加入重量份计干燥剂5份；进行喷雾干燥成颗粒，制备获得补气健脾接骨组合物。

1)将当归10份；秦艽10份；泽兰10份；乳香10份；没药10份；桃仁10份；红花10份；苏木10份；骨碎补10份；赤芍15份；接骨木12份；补骨脂10份；自然铜10份；香附10份；延胡15份；儿茶10份；地鳖虫10份；川牛膝10份；牡丹皮10份；巴戟10份；菟丝子15份；川芎10份；甘草6份；薏仁米8份；锁阳10份按重量份计，混合均匀，然后放入粉碎机中进行粉碎，当粉碎到20目时，停止粉碎；
2)取步骤1)中的粉碎颗粒，粉碎颗粒与水按重量比1：10混合均匀，放入反应釜中，加热温度为90摄氏度，时间为3小时；；
3)过滤，分离药渣和溶液，取出溶液备用；
4)将溶液加热到70℃，搅拌真空脱水，浓缩至固体含量30％时，加入按重量份计增稠剂5份和甜叶菊粉末8份，进行搅拌溶解；
5)搅拌溶解后，加入重量份计干燥剂5份；进行喷雾干燥成颗粒，制备获得补气健脾接骨组合物。
步骤5)所述的增稠剂优选为糊精；
步骤6)所述的干燥剂优选为甘露醇。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于：本实施例中的步骤2)中的加热温度为100摄氏度，步骤4)中的加热温度为80摄氏度，固体含量为40％。本实施例中的薏仁米，先用放入炒锅中，放入少许猪油，温度为100～150摄氏度，时间为1.5分钟，然后放入白酒中进行浸泡，浸泡时间为1～3天，然后取出晒干备用，这样做的目的能更好的进行补气和与其它药物融合。
实施例1～2制备获得的补气健脾接骨组合物中所包含的秦艽，祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛；泽兰，驱风镇痛，消肿止痛；乳香，活血行气止痛，消肿生肌；没药，散瘀定痛，消肿生肌；桃仁，活血祛瘀，润肠通便，止咳平喘；苏木，活血祛瘀，消肿定痛；骨碎补、补骨脂，补肝，长骨髓；接骨木，风湿痹痛，筋骨疼痛；自然铜，散瘀止痛，续筋接骨；香附，疏肝解郁，理气宽中，调经止痛；地鳖虫，跌打损伤，淤血肿痛，闭经，产后瘀血腹痛；川牛膝，逐瘀通经，通利关节，利尿通淋；牡丹皮，凉血作用；巴戟，菟丝子，均具有长骨髓作用；川芎，为引药，能让药效发挥迅速，且效果好；甘草，为中和作用，让各味药混在一起，发挥更好的作用；薏仁米，具有利水渗湿、健脾胃、清肺热、止泄泻等作用；锁阳，大补阴气，益精血，利大便。
本发明获得的补气健脾接骨组合物，老少皆宜，食用方便，无毒无害，无副作用，固本培元，补气血，开胃消食，保肝护肝，预防疾病，祛风除痹，提高免疫力，适用于跌打损伤，骨碎骨折，能迅速消肿止痛，活血化瘀，康复时间短，骨愈合效果好。
对比实施例1
患者服用百善药业生产的接骨片，服用3个疗程后，效果不明显，服用实例1的补气健脾接骨组合物同样的剂量同样的方法，1个疗程后明显好转，2个疗程痊愈。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式，但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制，其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化，均应为等效的置换方式，都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种补气健脾接骨组合物，其特征在于，按重量份计，包括以下组分：
2.根据权利要求1所述的补气健脾接骨组合物，其特征在于：按重量份，还包含增稠剂5份；所述的增稠剂优选为糊精。
3.根据权利要求1所述的补气健脾接骨组合物，其特征在于：按重量份，还包含干燥剂5份；所述的干燥剂优选为甘露醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的补气健脾接骨组合物，其特征在于：按重量份，还包含甜叶菊粉末8份。
5.根据权利要求1～4任一项所述的补气健脾接骨组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤如下：
1)将当归10份；秦艽10份；泽兰10份；乳香10份；没药10份；桃仁10份；红花10份；苏木10份；骨碎补10份；赤芍15份；接骨木12份；补骨脂10份；自然铜10份；香附10份；延胡15份；儿茶10份；地鳖虫10份；川牛膝10份；牡丹皮10份；巴戟10份；菟丝子15份；川芎10份；甘草6份；薏仁米8份；锁阳10份按重量份计，混合均匀，然后放入粉碎机中进行粉碎，当粉碎到20目时，停止粉碎；
2)取步骤1)中的粉碎颗粒，粉碎颗粒与水按重量比1：10混合均匀，放入反应釜中，加热温度为90～100摄氏度，时间为3小时；；

6.根据权利要求5所述的补气健脾接骨组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤4)所述的增稠剂为糊精；
步骤(5)所述的干燥剂为甘露醇。
