本发明公开了一种治疗急性乳腺炎的中药，其是由下述重量份配比的中药原料制成：蒲公英10、通草10、白花蛇舌草15、糯稻根5、白果仁6、胆南星5、地榆炭10、白头翁6、升麻6、葎草15、大青叶15、王不留行12、车前子7、郁李仁8、木通15、海金沙5、凤尾草5、虎杖10、紫花地丁10、僵蚕7、玳瑁7、红花15、瞿麦5、大黄10、丝瓜络5、漏芦15、茜草根15、决明子10、泽泻10、枸杞子10、牡蛎粉5、钩藤5、灯芯草10、牛膝3、鸡血藤10、泽兰5、桂枝3、防风13、鹿角片10、穿山甲10。本发明各中药原料经辨证配伍，共奏活血散瘀、通经活络、疏肝解郁之功效，对急性乳腺炎患者治疗效果显著。

背景技术
急性乳腺炎是指乳房的急性化脓性疾病。多见于哺乳期和初产后3-4周的妇女，常由于排乳不畅，乳汁淤积，婴儿吮破乳头，致病菌(主要是金黄色葡萄球菌)侵入乳腺繁殖而引起。病初仅表现为乳房患处红、肿、热、痛，如治疗不及时，可形成脓肿、溃破或瘘管。常伴有皮肤灼热，畏寒发热，患乳有硬结、触痛明显，同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大等症状。

优选的，各中药原料的重量份配比为：蒲公英10、通草10、白花蛇舌草15、糯稻根5、白果仁6、胆南星5、地榆炭10、白头翁6、升麻6、葎草15、大青叶15、王不留行12、车前子7、郁李仁8、木通15、海金沙5、凤尾草5、虎杖10、紫花地丁10、僵蚕7、玳瑁7、红花15、瞿麦5、大黄10、丝瓜络5、漏芦15、茜草根15、决明子10、泽泻10、枸杞子10、牡蛎粉5、钩藤5、灯芯草10、牛膝3、鸡血藤10、泽兰5、桂枝3、防风13、鹿角片10、穿山甲10。
上述治疗急性乳腺炎的中药可按常规方法制成丸剂、颗粒剂、汤剂、胶囊剂等各种剂型。其中汤剂的制备方法如下：将上述重量份的中药原料放入煎药器具内，加水浸泡半小时，加水量以超过液面2-3cm为宜；然后用武火煮沸，待煮沸10分钟后，再改用文火煎熬30分钟停止，除去药渣，取汤剂即成。
本发明的药理及效果如下：
本病属中医学“吹乳”“乳毒”“乳疯”“内吹”“外吹”“乳痈”等范畴。主要由于情绪不畅，肝气不舒，导致经络阻塞，气血瘀滞而发病。本发明有针对性的选取蒲公英、通草、白花蛇舌草、糯稻根、白果仁、胆南星、地榆炭、白头翁、升麻、葎草、大青叶、王不留行、车前子、郁李仁、木通、海金沙、凤尾草、虎杖、紫花地丁、僵蚕、玳瑁、红花、瞿麦、大黄、丝瓜络、漏芦、茜草根、决明子、泽泻、枸杞子、牡蛎粉、钩藤、灯芯草、牛膝、鸡血藤、泽兰、桂枝、防风、鹿角片、穿山甲共40味中药原料。
其中：蒲公英，清热解毒，消肿散结。
通草，清热利尿，通气下乳。
白花蛇舌草，清热解毒、消痛散结、利尿除湿。
糯稻根，具有养阴，止汗，健胃之功效。
白果仁，敛肺定喘，止带浊，缩小便。
胆南星，清火化痰，镇惊定痼。
地榆炭，凉血止血，解毒敛疮。
白头翁，有清热解毒、凉血止痢、燥湿杀虫的功效。
升麻，发表透疹，清热解毒，升阳举陷。
葎草，清热解毒,利水消肿。
大青叶，清热解毒，凉血消斑。
王不留行，活血通经，下乳消肿，利尿通淋。
车前子，利水通淋、渗湿止泻、清肝明目、清热化痰。
郁李仁，润肺滑肠，下气利水。
木通，有泻火行水,通血脉之功能。
海金沙，清利湿热，通淋止痛。
凤尾草，有败毒抗癌、清热除湿、凉血止血的功效。
虎杖，活血散瘀；祛风通络；清热利湿；解毒。
紫花地丁，清热解毒；凉血消肿。
僵蚕，祛风解痉；化痰散结；清热解毒；燥湿。
玳瑁，性寒、咸、微甘,含角蛋白及胶质等化学成分,具有清热解毒、平肝镇惊的功能。
红花，有活血化瘀，散湿去肿的功效。
瞿麦，清热利水，破血通经。
大黄，具有攻积滞、清湿热、泻火、凉血、祛瘀、解毒等功效。
丝瓜络，通经活络；解毒消肿。
漏芦，有清热、解毒、排脓、消肿和通乳的功效。
茜草根，行血止血,通经活络,止咳祛痰。
决明子，清热明目，润肠通便。
泽泻，利水渗湿；泄热通淋。
枸杞子，具有降血脂、治疗高血压的作用。
牡蛎粉，敛阴，潜阳，止汗，涩精，化痰，软坚。
钩藤，清热平肝，息风定惊。
灯芯草，清心降火，利尿通淋。
牛膝，滋补肝肾，壮腰膝。
鸡血藤，活血舒筋，养血调经。
泽兰，活血化瘀，行水消肿。
桂枝，补元阳、通血脉、暖脾胃。
防风，祛风解表、胜湿止痛、解痉、止痒。
鹿角片，具有补肾阳、益精血、强筋骨、行血消肿等功效。
穿山甲，宣通脏腑，贯彻经络。
全方配伍，共奏活血散瘀、通经活络、疏肝解郁之功效，对急性乳腺炎患者治疗效果显著。
临床资料
1、基本资料
选择来我院就诊的急性乳腺炎患者150例，均为哺乳期妇女，年龄22-39岁；初产妇79例，经产妇21例；病程2-7d。临床表现乳房胀痛、发热，局部皮肤红肿，条索状、片块状结节肿块，触痛明显，乳头闭塞或流出黄色及脓性分泌物，或伴有同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大。随机分为对照组与治疗组各75例。两组患者年龄、孕产次、病程、临床表现等均无统计学差异。
2、治疗方法
对照组予青霉素钠盐400万U加入0.9％氯化钠注射液100mL静滴。
治疗组服用本发明汤剂，每日1剂，分早晚2次温服。两组均以1周为1个疗程。
3、疗效标准
按照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》拟定。
治愈：全身症状消失，肿块消散，疮口愈合。
好转：全身症状消失，局部肿痛减轻，或疮口尚未愈合。
未愈：反复“传囊”或形成乳漏。
4、治疗结果
见下表1。

由表1可见，治疗组的治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组，说明本发明中药能够有效治疗急性乳腺炎，疗效十分显著。

按下述重量份配比称取各中药原料：
蒲公英10、通草10、白花蛇舌草15、糯稻根5、白果仁6、胆南星5、地榆炭10、白头翁6、升麻6、葎草15、大青叶15、王不留行12、车前子7、郁李仁8、木通15、海金沙5、凤尾草5、虎杖10、紫花地丁10、僵蚕7、玳瑁7、红花15、瞿麦5、大黄10、丝瓜络5、漏芦15、茜草根15、决明子10、泽泻10、枸杞子10、牡蛎粉5、钩藤5、灯芯草10、牛膝3、鸡血藤10、泽兰5、桂枝3、防风13、鹿角片10、穿山甲10。

按常规方法制成颗粒剂。
实施例3
按下述重量份配比称取各中药原料：
蒲公英12、通草5、白花蛇舌草15、糯稻根5、白果仁15、胆南星5、地榆炭15、白头翁10、升麻5、葎草5、大青叶20、王不留行15、车前子5、郁李仁5、木通20、海金沙10、凤尾草3、虎杖3、紫花地丁15、僵蚕5、玳瑁10、红花20、瞿麦3、大黄15、丝瓜络13、漏芦10、茜草根20、决明子11、泽泻13、枸杞子5、牡蛎粉15、钩藤10、灯芯草5、牛膝3、鸡血藤15、泽兰5、桂枝14、防风5、鹿角片15、穿山甲20。
按常规方法制备丸剂。

1.一种治疗急性乳腺炎的中药，其特征在于它是由下述重量份配比的中药原料制成：蒲公英2-12、通草5-15、白花蛇舌草5-15、糯稻根5-15、白果仁5-15、胆南星5-20、地榆炭8-15、白头翁5-10、升麻5-15、葎草5-17、大青叶5-20、王不留行10-15、车前子5-10、郁李仁5-10、木通10-20、海金沙3-10、凤尾草3-12、虎杖3-12、紫花地丁5-15、僵蚕5-10、玳瑁5-10、红花10-20、瞿麦3-20、大黄5-15、丝瓜络4-13、漏芦10-20、茜草根10-20、决明子3-11、泽泻5-13、枸杞子5-15、牡蛎粉3-15、钩藤3-10、灯芯草5-15、牛膝3-12、鸡血藤5-15、泽兰5-15、桂枝3-14、防风5-13、鹿角片5-15、穿山甲10-20。
