技术领域
本发明涉及夹心生姜含片技术领域,尤其涉及一种暖胃健齿夹心生姜含片及其制备方法。
背景技术
姜是药食两用品种的一种常用药材和食材。其中姜辣素可刺激消化道,增强食欲,振奋中枢神经,促进血液循环,增强心脏活力,以生姜为主要原料制成的药品,保健食品品种繁多,不胜枚举。传统的制作工艺有两种,一是将生姜浓缩提取,二是直接粉碎加入药物或食物中。如浓度提取,经高温之后香辣素易分解挥发,如直接粉碎其中纤维状物质将对生产品外观表象产生沉淀或悬浮物,不利因素都很多,成为生姜系列产品生产中不易解决的问题。虽然生姜益处良多,但是其刺鼻的辛辣味,总是令大部分人避之不及。。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种暖胃健齿夹心生姜含片。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种暖胃健齿夹心生姜含片,是由下列重量份原料组成:
生姜15-17、紫苏叶6-7、白醋5-6、山药10-12、脱脂奶粉10-12、蓝莓13-15、瓜尔豆胶2-2.3、核桃仁10-12、田七5-6、米胚粉30-35、椰子油3-3.5、抹茶3-3.5、山楂粉15-18、冰糖12-13。
一种暖胃健齿夹心生姜含片,是由下列步骤制成的:
1)、将生姜清洗干净,去除表面多余水分,喷洒白醋,用洁净纱布覆盖,静置10-15分钟,取出切成细丝状,按质量比1:1加入50%乙醇,室温浸泡1-2小时,不断搅拌,去除具有强烈辛辣味的姜油酮,滤除并回收乙醇,将姜丝用冷水清洗1-2遍,沥干多余水分;
2)、将步骤1所得物绞碎,加入6倍量无菌,然后加入酶量为4800-4850mg/L由纤维素酶和果胶酶2:1质量比组成的混合酶,并于45-46℃提取40-45分钟;
3)、将步骤2所得物经高温高压灭酶15-20分钟,固液分离,液体进行喷雾干燥,收集提取物,同时将固体与紫苏叶、山药、核桃仁、田七、椰子油混合,平铺入烤盘,放入烤箱中温烤制2-3分钟,再高温烤制5-10秒,取出进行研磨,研磨至20-30目,得到生姜干粉混合物;
4)、将蓝莓磨浆后与脱脂奶粉、瓜尔豆胶混合,再加入等量水搅拌并加热煮至90-100℃,冷却成晶体状,并用模具做成直径5-7mm的球状蓝莓奶球,并将步骤3所得生姜干粉混合物与米胚粉、山楂粉混合均匀,将其与蓝莓奶球一起压制成厚度10-12mm的椭圆形含片,并将蓝莓奶球置于中心位置,总质量在17-20g;
5)、将步骤3收集的提取物与冰糖、抹茶加热化开,均匀的刷到步骤4所制的椭圆形含片表面,冷冻固形后,分装干燥保存。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种暖胃健齿夹心生姜含片具有抗氧化、暖胃、发汗解表、抗炎、抗肿瘤、缓解疼痛、预防牙周炎、提神醒脑等作用。本发明利用白醋易于分解姜辣素,切易蒸发的特性,去出生姜部分的辣味,然后再用50%乙醇常温下继续溶解生姜中的辛辣成分,并避免生姜其他有效成分过度流失。本发明先将生姜汁提取出来,再将生姜纤维部分与紫苏叶等混合,并烤香,研磨,充分利用原料的同时,增强了生姜的功效。在烤制前将椰子油涂抹至原料表面,有利于提香,并可防止烤焦,防止有效成分流失。本发明在含片中心安放蓝莓奶球夹心,是为了缓解口腔受到的刺激,同时清新口腔。含片最外层裹上抹茶糖浆,首先给人以甜甜的满足感,又可帮助塑形,并增加光滑感。
具体实施方式
一种暖胃健齿夹心生姜含片,是由下列重量份(g)原料组成:
生姜15、紫苏叶6、白醋5、山药10、脱脂奶粉10、蓝莓13、瓜尔豆胶2、核桃仁10、田七5、米胚粉30、椰子油3、抹茶3、山楂粉15、冰糖12。

4)、将蓝莓磨浆后与脱脂奶粉、瓜尔豆胶混合,再加入等量水搅拌并加热煮至90℃,冷却成晶体状,并用模具做成直径5mm的球状蓝莓奶球,并将步骤3所得生姜干粉混合物与米胚粉、山楂粉混合均匀,将其与蓝莓奶球一起压制成厚度10mm的椭圆形含片,并将蓝莓奶球置于中心位置,总质量在17g;
5)、将步骤3收集的提取物与冰糖、抹茶加热化开,均匀的刷到步骤4所制的椭圆形含片表面,冷冻固形后,分装干燥保存。
Claims (2)
1.一种暖胃健齿夹心生姜含片,其特征在于是由下列重量份原料组成:
生姜15-17、紫苏叶6-7、白醋5-6、山药10-12、脱脂奶粉10-12、蓝莓13-15、瓜尔豆胶2-2.3、核桃仁10-12、田七5-6、米胚粉30-35、椰子油3-3.5、抹茶3-3.5、山楂粉15-18、冰糖12-13。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种暖胃健齿夹心生姜含片,其特征在于是由下列步骤制成的:
