本发明公开了一种环保抗菌大豆高产种衣剂,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量分组成如下:尿素35-45份、磷酸铵7-9份、海藻酸5-7份、水溶性杀菌剂3-6份、多菌灵2-3份、托布津2-3份、甲基异柳磷3-5份、土霉素粉4-6份、赤霉素4-6份、a-萘乙酸0.8-1.2份、成膜剂0.6-0.8份、高岭土微粉5-7份。本发明使种衣剂应用时杀虫灭菌性能稳定;真正实现了节约资源和废物零排放,降低农户施肥、打药等农事操作的要求,减少工时,节约成本,满足现代农业生产高效性;成膜剂使种衣剂成膜层具有网状结构,成膜均匀,在种子播种后慢慢释放,起到杀菌防病促进种子发芽的作用,提高种子活力,安全无污染,能有效提高玉米的产量。

技术领域
本发明属于种子处理技术领域,具体涉及一种环保抗菌大豆高产种衣剂。
背景技术
马铃薯性喜冷凉,是喜欢低温的作物。其地下薯块形成和生长需要疏松透气、凉爽湿润的土壤环境。对温度的要求:块茎生长的适温是16℃~18℃,当地温高于25℃时,块茎停止生长;茎叶生长的适温是15℃~25℃,超过39℃停止生长。适时早播:要适时早整地施肥播种,使土豆的整个生育期处于相对冷凉、气温较低的季节,使薯块形成和膨大避开高温时期。注意培土厚度一般培土厚度不低于12厘米。若播种时覆土厚度不足,出苗后随苗生长培土1~2次。覆土太薄,地温变化剧烈,匍匐茎易窜出地面。
现有技术中,人们慢慢习惯用药剂拌种处理种子,杀死种子表面所带的病菌,这种拌种与现行的种衣剂相比较,种子上粘着药粉的均匀度差、药效不穗,易产生药害或无法达到最理想的防病的目的,并且药粉很容易脱落。但是,如果拌种剂的配制也会影响到种子出苗后的正常生长,加大了病害初侵染的机率,形成许多不健壮幼苗。海藻肥是一种使用海洋褐藻类生产加工或者是再配上一定数量的氮磷钾以及中微量元素加工出来的一种肥料。以海藻提取物为核心物质的肥料,能显著提高农作物的产量,并具有一定的抗病作用。由于该产品来自天然海藻活性成分,在减少餐桌污染、提高农产品的安全质量具有重要作用。现有技术中没有将海藻应用于拌种剂中,因此,如何生产一种环保抗菌大豆高产种衣剂,具有明显的防病增产作用,是本发明要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保抗菌大豆高产种衣剂。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种环保抗菌大豆高产种衣剂,原料各组分按照重量分组成如下:
尿素35-45份、磷酸铵7-9份、海藻酸5-7份、水溶性杀菌剂3-6份、多菌灵2-3份、托布津2-3份、甲基异柳磷3-5份、土霉素粉4-6份、赤霉素4-6份、a-萘乙酸0.8-1.2份、成膜剂0.6-0.8份、高岭土微粉5-7份。
所述水溶性杀菌剂为将海藻和水按照重量比2:5混合,升高温度至70摄氏度,保温35-35min,将反应后的海藻溶液进行抽滤,向所得滤液中添加45%杀菌剂可湿性粉剂组成的菌剂。
进一步的,所述成膜剂为羧甲基纤维素钠和海藻酸按照重量比2:1组成的混合物。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明原料中的多菌灵和托布津的协同作用,使种衣剂应用时杀虫灭菌性能稳定;水溶性杀菌剂以海藻为主要原料,废物利用,生产无公害绿色农产品,真正实现了节约资源和废物零排放,科学地施肥、用药是最有效的手段,降低农户施肥、打药等农事操作的要求,减少工时,节约成本,满足现代农业生产高效性;成膜剂使种衣剂成膜层具有网状结构,成膜均匀,在种子播种后慢慢释放,起到杀菌防病促进种子发芽的作用,提高种子活力,安全无污染,能有效提高玉米的产量。

尿素35份、磷酸铵7份、海藻酸5份、水溶性杀菌剂3份、多菌灵2份、托布津2份、甲基异柳磷3份、土霉素粉4份、赤霉素4份、a-萘乙酸0.8份、羧甲基纤维素钠和海藻酸按照重量比2:1组成的混合物。
成膜剂0.6份、高岭土微粉5份。
所述水溶性杀菌剂为将海藻和水按照重量比2:5混合,升高温度至70摄氏度,保温35-35min,将反应后的海藻溶液进行抽滤,向所得滤液中添加45%杀菌剂可湿性粉剂组成的菌剂。
实施例2
一种环保抗菌大豆高产种衣剂,原料各组分按照重量分组成如下:
尿素45份、磷酸铵9份、海藻酸7份、水溶性杀菌剂6份、多菌灵3份、托布津3份、甲基异柳磷5份、土霉素粉6份、赤霉素6份、a-萘乙酸1.2份、羧甲基纤维素钠和海藻酸按照重量比2:1组成的混合物。
成膜剂0.8份、高岭土微粉7份。
