本发明涉及一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂及其制备方法,包括海藻酸0.5‑3份、黄土80‑95份,保水剂1‑3份、杀虫剂0.1‑0.3份、杀菌剂0.1‑0.3份,生根剂0.1‑0.15份,驱避剂0.05‑0.1份,警戒性染料0.01‑0.05份,余量为水,将海藻酸、黄土、保水剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂、生根剂、水与种子按照比例添加混合,通过药用包衣锅进行丸化包衣,再添加驱避剂,最后添加警戒性染料进行丸化包衣,本发明的种衣剂具有增强作物抗干旱、寒冷、盐碱等多种抗逆能力,促进植物根系发育,提高种苗成活率,并明显提高作物产量的特点。

一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于种子包衣剂领域,具体地说涉及一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂及其制 备方法。
背景技术
种子包衣是指利用粘着剂或成膜剂,用特定的种子包衣机,将杀菌剂、杀 虫剂、微肥、植物生长调节剂、着色剂或填充剂等非种子材料,包裹在种子外 面,以达到种子成球形或者基本保持原有形状,提高抗逆性、抗病性,加快发 芽,促进成苗,增加产量,提高质量的一项种子技术。种衣剂能迅速固化成膜, 因而不易脱落。用种衣剂包过的种子播种后,能迅速吸水膨胀。随着种子内胚 胎的逐渐发育以及幼苗的不断生长,种衣剂将含有的各种有效成分缓慢地释放, 被种子幼苗逐步吸收到体内,或缓慢释放到种子附件的土壤中,从而达到防治 苗期病虫害、促进作物生长发育、提高作物产量的目的。种子包衣已被列为我 国重点推广的农业技术项目。
同时,随着我国逐步向海洋进军,海洋中的大量生物逐渐的被人类所认识 并逐渐利用,海藻是海洋中数量巨大的一种植物,其含有的海藻酸具有激植物 体内防御酶系统活性,增强作物抗干旱、寒冷、盐碱等多种抗逆能力;均衡调 节植物生长,促进花芽分化,提高座果率,减少落果、裂果;促进植物根系发 育,提高对土壤养分、水分的吸收利用;增加叶绿素含量,提高光合作用效率, 大幅度提高产量,改善品质。海藻酸对种苗的初期发育和分化具有重要作用, 因此,将海藻酸用作包衣剂的一种成分对种苗初期的生长具有重要作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的种种不足,现提出一种含有海藻酸的种衣剂,能够有效提 高种子发育初期耐寒抗病抗旱的能力,有效提高种子的成活率,有效保证种苗 的后续生长。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂,包括海藻酸0.5-3份、黄土80-95份,保水剂1-3份、 杀虫剂0.1-0.3份、杀菌剂0.1-0.3份、生根剂0.1-0.15份、驱避剂0.05-0.1份、警戒性 染料0.01-0.05份,余量为水。
优选地,所述保水剂包括但不限于吸水树脂。
优选地,所述杀虫剂包括但不限于吡虫啉、三唑磷、灭多威。
优选地,所述杀菌剂包括但不限于50%多菌灵和/或75%的百菌清可湿性粉。
优选地,所述生根剂包括但不限于萘乙酸生根粉。
优选地,所述驱避剂为N,N-二乙基-3-甲基苯甲酰胺、氯乙烯-偏氯乙烯共 聚物、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、四甲基秋兰姆二硫化物中的任意一种或至少两种的 混合。
优选地,所述警戒性染料包括但不限于胭脂红、酸性大红或玫瑰红。
另,本发明还提供一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂的制备方法,将海藻酸、黄土、 保水剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂,生根剂、水与种子按照比例添加混合,通过药用包 衣锅进行丸化包衣,再添加驱避剂,最后添加警戒性染料进行丸化包衣。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、海藻酸能够刺激植物体内防御酶系统活性,增强作物抗干旱、寒冷、盐 碱等多种抗逆能力,促进植物根系发育,提高对土壤养分、水分的吸收利用, 有效提高种子的成活率。
2、本发明包含杀虫剂和杀菌剂能够防止害虫危害幼苗或土壤中的种子,并 有效的防止病菌侵害,保证种苗成长,提高作物产量。
3、本发明制得的种子,在种衣的外层包覆有驱避剂或警戒性染料,能够有 效的防止鸟类的破坏。

按照以下方法制备,取以上种衣剂100g,将海藻酸、黄土、保水剂、杀虫剂、 杀菌剂,生根剂、水与1kg油菜种子按照比例添加混合,通过药用包衣锅进行丸 化包衣,再添加驱避剂,最后添加警戒性染料进行丸化包衣,即可。
实施例二
一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂,包括海藻酸1份、黄土85份、保水剂吸水树脂1.5份、 杀虫剂三唑磷0.15份、杀菌剂为75%的百菌清可湿性粉0.15份,生根剂萘乙酸生 根粉0.12份,驱避剂氯乙烯-偏氯乙烯共聚物0.07份,警戒性染料酸性大红0.02份, 余量为水。
按照以下方法制备,取以上种衣剂100g,将海藻酸、黄土、保水剂、杀虫剂、 杀菌剂,生根剂、水与1kg油菜种子按照比例添加混合,通过药用包衣锅进行丸 化包衣,再添加驱避剂,最后添加警戒性染料进行丸化包衣,即可。
实施例三
一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂,包括海藻酸1.5份、黄土88份、保水剂吸水树脂1.5 份、杀虫剂三唑磷0.18份、杀菌剂为75%的百菌清可湿性粉0.2份,生根剂萘乙酸 生根粉0.13份,驱避剂氯乙烯-偏氯乙烯共聚物0.08份,警戒性染料酸性大红0.015 份,余量为水。
按照以下方法制备,取以上种衣剂100g,将海藻酸、黄土、保水剂、杀虫剂、 杀菌剂,生根剂、水与1kg油菜种子按照比例添加混合,通过药用包衣锅进行丸 化包衣,再添加驱避剂,最后添加警戒性染料进行丸化包衣,即可。

实验实施例
将实施例一至实施例四处理的油菜种子和大白菜种子作为实验组,分别记 为实验组1、2、3、4、5和6,其中每个实验组中的油菜种子和大白菜种子相同。
对照组的油菜和大白菜种子不做任何处理,记为CK,对照组的种子与实验 组相同。
供试油菜,其种子质量检测结果:纯度≥85%,净度≥98%,发芽率≥80%。
供试大白菜,其种子质量检测结果:纯度≥96%,净度≥98%,发芽率≥85%。

结果表明采用本发明的种子包衣剂能有提高油菜、大白菜等十字花科作物 的发芽率,作物产量得到大幅度提高,并且起到促进苗期植株生长等作用。

1.一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂,其特征在于,包括海藻酸0.5-3份、黄土80-95份,保水剂1-3份、杀虫剂0.1-0.3份、杀菌剂0.1-0.3份、生根剂0.1-0.15份、驱避剂0.05-0.1份、警戒性染料0.01-0.05份,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂,其特征在于,所述保水剂包括但不限于吸水树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂,其特征在于,所述杀虫剂包括但不限于吡虫啉、三唑磷、灭多威。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂包括但不限于50%多菌灵和/或75%的百菌清可湿性粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂,其特征在于,所述生根剂包括但不限于萘乙酸生根粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂,其特征在于,所述驱避剂为N,N-二乙基-3-甲基苯甲酰胺、氯乙烯-偏氯乙烯共聚物、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、四甲基秋兰姆二硫化物中的任意一种或至少两种的混合。
7.根据权利要求1-6所述的一种海藻酸包膜种衣剂,其特征在于,所述警戒性染料包括但不限于胭脂红、酸性大红或玫瑰红。
