Abstract

汽车照明对行车安全起着至关重要的作用，遮光片近光灯的防眩目设计虽然为对方司机提高了安全系数，但对自身照明不足造成了隐患。现在设计一款透镜近光灯，在普通透镜近光灯的基础上，去掉遮光片，改制了灯泡下方的灯碗（图1是无遮光片防眩目透镜近光灯设计原理图），使近光灯在防眩目的基础上提高照明亮度，在节能和安全系数上都有较大程度提高。

汽车近光灯（图1是普通透镜近光灯实物图）为达到防眩目效果使用了遮光片（图2是带有遮光片的普通透镜近光灯实物图）从而遮挡丢弃了一半的照明光线，去掉遮光片，利用全部光线照明，又有防眩目效果，就是本次技术的目的。
发明内容
目前卤素灯和疝气灯依然是汽车大灯光源的主力，透镜近光大灯由于防眩目效果好被广泛应用在各种车辆近光照明，但是单开近光灯和单开远光灯的效果却大相径庭，司机在行驶中和会车时为了看清道路不得不开启远光灯，这与防眩目近光灯的设计理念完全背离，主要原因是近光灯里面的遮光片遮挡了一半光线（图3是遮光片或遮光板遮挡眩目光线的原理图）。因为灯泡下方的反射光线完全被遮蔽，也就是说灯泡下方的灯碗完全没有起作用，灯光的利用率只有50%，如果去掉遮光片，灯泡下方反射光线又以远光的角度射出（图4是打开遮光片或遮光板后远光照射原理图），致使对方司机眩目。现在改变灯泡下半部灯碗形状和反射角度，使远光光线沿近光角度射出（图5是改制下半部灯碗后光线反射示意图），增加光线照明，提高灯光利用率，又能达到防眩目的效果。

1.一种以卤素灯或疝气灯为光源，无遮光片防炫目透镜汽车近光大灯。
2.所述无遮光片防炫目透镜近光灯，其特点在于，在普通透镜大灯的基础上去掉防眩目遮光片，降低光源损失；改变下班不反射灯碗的形状和反射角度，使原本炫目的远光光线合并到近光照射区。
