Abstract

本发明涉及一种盾构机主轴轴承的保持架,是由主推力滚道保持架、辅推力滚道保持架、径向滚道保持架构成,其特征在于:所述的主推力滚道保持架采用套圈引导保持架方式,兜孔采用交错斜坡式;所述的辅推力滚道保持架、径向滚道保持架采用分段式结构,在每段保持架上设有润滑油槽。具有强度高、不易变形、导热性良好、耐磨性强、精度高等优点。

盾构机主轴轴承的保持架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承保持架,主要应用于工程机械,具体的是涉及一种应用于盾构机刀盘主轴轴承上的一套自润滑套圈引导黄铜保持架。
背景技术
盾构机是一种新型连续高效自动完成隧道的掘进等工序的工程机械,主要用于挖掘地铁,公路隧道。因其作业效率高,在国内外应用广泛,且逐步向国产化方向发展。自润滑套圈引导黄铜保持架做为盾构机刀盘主轴轴承的关键部件,具有耐磨损性能好、运转灵活性强、使用寿命长等特点。目前盾构机刀盘主轴轴承全部依赖国外进口,且国外轴承价格高,供货周期长,制约着国内盾构机企业的发展。其中保持架是一直以来制约盾构机刀盘主轴轴承发展的一项重要部件。现有的盾构机主轴轴承的保持架存在着易损坏、安装难等缺点
发明内容
为了克服盾构机主轴轴承的保持架的缺点,本发明提供了一种用于盾构机主轴轴承的一套分段式、一体式自润滑套圈引导黄铜保持架。
本发明采取的技术方案:一种盾构机主轴轴承的保持架,是由主推力滚道保持架、辅推力滚道保持架、径向滚道保持架构成,所述的主推力滚道保持架采用套圈引导保持架方式,兜孔采用交错斜坡式;所述的辅推力滚道保持架、径向滚道保持架采用分段式结构,在每段保持架上设有润滑油槽。
所述的辅推力滚道保持架、径向滚道保持架,每段保持架上为7-9个窗口(8)。
本发明的有益效果:不仅很好地满足强度要求,不易变形,导热性良好、耐磨性强、精度高。

具体实施方式
主推力滚道保持架1采用套圈引导保持架方式,可使主推力滚道保持架1在运转过程中强度得以保证,延长使用寿命,兜孔采用交错斜坡式;辅推力滚道保持架2、径向滚道保持架3采用分段式结构,每段保持架有8个窗口,在每段保持架上设有润滑油槽4可减少保持架与滚道的摩擦,发热,磨损,有利于滚动体与套圈接触面形成油膜。
本发明所涉及的轴承是由第一外圈5、第二外圈6及内圈7之间装配有主推力滚道保持架1、辅推力滚道保持架2、径向滚道保持架3及兜孔内的滚子9而成。
经过实验证明,本发明的保持架不仅很好的满足强度要求,且具有不易变形,导热性良好、耐磨性强、精度高等优点。

1.盾构机主轴轴承的保持架,是由主推力滚道保持架(1)、辅推力滚道保持架(2)、径向滚道保持架(3)构成,其特征在于:所述的主推力滚道保持架(1)采用套圈引导保持架方式,兜孔采用交错斜坡式;所述的辅推力滚道保持架(2)、径向滚道保持架(3)采用分段式结构,在每段保持架上设有润滑油槽(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盾构机主轴轴承的保持架,其特征在于:所述的辅推力滚道保持架(2)、径向滚道保持架(3),每段保持架上为7-9个窗口(8)。
