Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于铝塑复合的热熔胶粘剂,其由有机溶剂、氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酐三元共聚树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚酯(EVA)、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚醇(EEA)和多元共聚酯组成,具有干燥、固化时间短、成膜快、强度高等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热熔胶粘剂,特别是一种适用于铝塑复合的热熔胶粘剂。
背景技术
现有的铝塑复合热熔胶粘剂,是以氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酐三元共聚树脂为主粘合物质,加入溶剂溶解而成;或采用共聚酯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯配氯醋树脂混合改性而成,但改性成分过于简单。这些胶粘剂用于铝箔与PVC塑料复合时,热封强度一般在7.5-8.5牛顿/15毫米左右,强度不高。
发明内容
本发明的胶粘剂克服了现有该类胶粘剂的不足,提高了粘接强度。组成本发明胶粘剂的成分及其重量百分比为:
有机溶剂
30-60%氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酐三元共聚树脂5-20%乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚酯(EVA)0.5-5%乙烯-丙稀酸乙酯共聚醇(EEA)0.5-5%多元共聚酯10-40%有机溶剂是酮类、酯类、芳香烃类溶剂中的一种或几种。
有机溶剂为已腈、丙酮、甲乙酮、醋酸丁酯。
多元共聚酯是二元酸与二元醇的缩聚物,二元酸为对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、己二酸。
二元酸为对苯二甲酸二甲酯、间苯二甲酸、己二酸中的一种或几种。
二元醇为乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、新戊二醇中的一种或几种。
二元酸为对苯二甲酸二甲酯、间苯二甲酸和己二酸,二元醇为乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、和新戊二醇。
本发明胶粘剂与现有技术相比,干燥、固化时间短,成膜快,热封强度高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
在一个装有搅拌、温度计、分馏冷凝装置的玻璃反应瓶中,加入10克乙二醇,2克一缩二乙二醇,2克戊二醇,1克新戊二醇,25克对苯二甲酸二甲酯,搅拌加入0.02克钛酸丁酯作为催化剂,用油浴加热至140度,从分馏冷凝装置开始出甲醇,将温度控制在140-180度之间,常压下反应3小时,出醇完毕,将温度降至130度,加入5克间苯二甲酸,8克已二酸,5克乙二醇和0.01克钛酸丁酯,加热升温至140-200度,通过分馏冷凝装置将副产物水及过量的醇蒸出,温度升至200-260度,抽真空降压至20帕斯卡,聚合3-5小时完毕,降温至160-130度,停止抽真空,加入50克醋酸乙酯,在70-90度搅拌1小时,降温到50度出料,得到100克多元取酯溶液。再将20克醋酸乙酯放入带搅拌的玻璃溶解瓶中,搅拌5分钟后加入15克氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酐三元共聚树脂、3克EVA和2克EEA,升温至40-60度,搅拌溶解,再加入60克上述制好的多元共聚酯溶液,混合均匀即得100克铝塑热熔胶粘剂。将该胶粘剂涂于铝箔表面,在热封温度为140-200度,热封压力为3kg/cm2,热压时间为1秒的条件下,与聚氯乙烯硬片的热封强度可达10N/15mm。

1.权利要求书1.一种热熔胶粘剂,其特征在于其中各成分及其重量百分比为:有机溶剂30-60%氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酐三元共聚树脂5-20%乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚酯(EVA)0.5-5%乙烯-丙稀酸乙酯共聚醇(EEA)0.5-5%多元共聚酯10-40%有机溶剂是酮类、酯类、芳香烃类溶剂中的一种或几种。
2.如权利要求1所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于所述的有机溶剂为已腈、丙酮、甲乙酮、醋酸丁酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于所述多元共聚酯是二元酸与二元醇的缩聚物,二元酸为对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、己二酸。
4.如权利要求3所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于所述二元酸为对苯二甲酸二甲酯、间苯二甲酸、己二酸中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求3所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于所述的二元醇为乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、新戊二醇中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求3所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于所述的二元酸为对苯二甲酸二甲酯、间苯二甲酸和己二酸,二元醇为乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、和新戊二醇。
