本发明公开了一种镀覆有镍铁合金层的结晶器铜板的制备方法,所述结晶器铜板的组成按质量百分比为:Ni:1‑2%;Be:0.05‑0.2%;Al:0.5‑0.7%,Zr:3.0‑5.0%;Mn:1.2‑1.4%;Mg:1‑3%;Cr:0.8‑1.2%;Zn:14.0‑16.0%;其余为Cu,所述制备方法包括采用具有上述成分的铜合金制备结晶器,并在结晶器的表面电镀镀覆层,所述电镀采用的镀液的组成为:硫酸镍220‑240g/l,氯化镍17‑19g/l,硫酸铁11.0‑13.0g/l,硼酸23‑27g/l,硫酸钾5‑7g/l,氯化钠30‑40g/l,十二烷基硫酸钠0.2‑0.4g/l,添加剂20‑22ml/L,其中添加为采用10‑12g葡萄糖酸钠,33‑37g抗坏血酸和22‑26g糊精加入1l水中配制的溶液,电镀工艺条件为:PH值2.3‑3.5,电流密度3.5‑4.5A/dm2,温度44‑46℃,电镀至镀层厚度为1.3‑1.5mm为止。

一种镀覆有镍铁合金层的结晶器铜板的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电镀技术领域,尤其涉及一种镀覆有镍铁合金层的结晶器铜板的制备方法。
背景技术
结晶器铜板是连铸机重要部件,钢水流过连铸机结晶器经过冷却形成钢坯。在连铸拉坯生产过程中,钢坯与铜板表面相互接触产生摩擦,铜板表面产生磨损,通常采用功能性电镀技术在其表面镀覆一层导热性能良好又耐磨的材料,以达到减轻铜板表面磨损、提高铜板修复次数、延长铜板使用寿命的目的。随连铸技术发展,铜板电镀技术快速发展:镀层材料由单质金属向合金材料发展,由铬向镍向镍铁、镍钴合金发展,镀层形式由复合层向单层发展,这种功能性电镀不同于普通电镀,镀层比较厚,通常厚度0.2mm-2mm,不可避免带来镀层内部应力积累得较大问题,铜板在连铸生产中,镀层工作面处于高温钢水及冷却水环境中,冷热交替频繁,诱导镀层产生裂纹,镀层有时出现脱落现象,影响铜板拉坯过钢量,影响连铸机生产效率。而且电镀工序多、生产周期长。
公告号为CN1239752C的发明专利申请《电铸镍钴合金的方法》公开了一种电镀工艺,其电镀液是由NiSO4·7H2O、NiCl2·6H2O、FeSO4·7H2O、CoSO4·7H2O、NaCl、H3BO3、C12H25SO4Na、添加剂按一定比例配制而成的,该专利申请有效解决了镀层与基体结合力差的问题,提高了结晶器铜板的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种镀覆有镍铁合金层的结晶器铜板的制备方法,该方法对结晶器铜板的组分进行了调整,使得强度更高,导热性能更好,并通过对镀液成分的调整,使得镀层与基体的结合力好、应力小,延长了结晶器的使用寿命。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种镀覆有镍铁合金层的结晶器铜板的制备方法,所述结晶器铜板的组成按质量百分比为:Ni:1-2%;Be:0.05-0.2%;Al:0.5-0.7%,Zr:3.0-5.0%;Mn:1.2-1.4%;Mg:1-3%;Cr:0.8-1.2%;Zn:14.0-16.0%;其余为Cu,所述制备方法包括采用具有上述成分的铜合金制备结晶器,并在结晶器的表面电镀镀覆层,所述电镀采用的镀液的组成为:硫酸镍220-240g/l,氯化镍17-19g/l,硫酸铁11.0-13.0g/l,硼酸23-27g/l,硫酸钾5-7g/l,氯化钠30-40g/l,十二烷基硫酸钠0.2-0.4g/l,添加剂20-22ml/L,其中添加为采用10-12g葡萄糖酸钠,33-37g抗坏血酸和22-26g糊精加入1l水中配制的溶液,电镀工艺条件为:PH值2.3-3.5,电流密度3.5-4.5A/dm2,温度44-46℃,电镀至镀层厚度为约1.3-1.5mm为止。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明对辊面铜合金的成分进行了调整,以添加锌的黄铜为基础,加入了Ni,Be,Al,Zr、Mn,Mg,Cr等元素发挥合金元素相互作用的优势,得到高强度和高导热性的铜合金材质,HBS大于245;软化温度大于580℃。
2)针对基材铜合金成分的调整,对连铸结晶器辊面电镀时的镀液组成进行了改进,改纯镍电镀为镍铁联合电镀,以改善镀层的耐腐蚀性能;采用硫酸盐镀液主盐及添加剂体系,硫酸盐镀液体系相比于氨基磺酸盐等体系一次性投入成本小;添加剂葡萄糖酸钠、抗坏血酸和糊精能使镀层压应力增加,通过加入添加剂,降低镀层内部应力,同时添加剂具有提高镀层整平能力作用,还具有提高镀层光亮度、提高镀层韧性作用;通过调节镀液中铁盐及镍盐含量,控制镀层中镍、铁含量,在连铸拉坯生产中,镍铁镀层热裂数量减少,镀层脱落机率降低。同时使得镀层在获得抗腐蚀性能的同时具有良好的抗热疲劳性能,以及较低的热应力,同时耐磨性提高。使得镀液成分与铜合金的成分相协调。
3)经检测,采用本发明的镀液获得的镀层具有如下性能:镀层硬度为220-240Hv;镀层的内应力仅为27-35N/mm2。将镀有本发明镀层的基体进行冷热疲劳试验,在600℃温度下保温5分钟,然后在处于室温的水中淬火,再在600℃温度下保温5分钟,重复此类保温与淬火试验500次,结果发现,镀层与基体结合完好,镀层表面无裂纹、剥落、鼓泡等缺陷。采用镀有本发明镀层的结晶器连铸,经过连续浇铸35炉次后镀层完好。按照GB6461-2002盐雾评判标准进行测试,本发明的镀层远远高于标准规定的耐盐雾腐蚀时间,因此,本发明的镀层的耐腐蚀性能优异。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种镀覆有镍铁合金层的结晶器铜板的制备方法,所述结晶器铜板的组成按质量百分比为:Ni:1%;Be:0.2%;Al:0.5%,Zr:5.0%;Mn:1.2%;Mg:3%;Cr:0.8%;Zn:16.0%;其余为Cu;所述制备方法包括采用具有上述成分的铜合金制备结晶器,并在结晶器的表面电镀镀覆层,所述电镀采用的镀液的组成为:硫酸镍220g/l,氯化镍19g/l,硫酸铁11.0g/l,硼酸27g/l,硫酸钾5g/l,氯化钠40g/l,十二烷基硫酸钠0.2g/l,添加剂22ml/L,其中添加为采用10g葡萄糖酸钠,37g抗坏血酸和22g糊精加入1l水中配制的溶液,所述工艺条件为:PH值2.3-3.5,电流密度3.5A/dm2,温度44-46℃,电镀至镀层厚度为1.3mm为止。
实施例二
一种镀覆有镍铁合金层的结晶器铜板的制备方法,所述结晶器铜板的组成按质量百分比为:Ni:2%;Be:0.05%;Al:0.7%,Zr:3.0%;Mn:1.4%;Mg:1%;Cr:1.2%;Zn:14.0%;其余为Cu;所述制备方法包括采用具有上述成分的铜合金制备结晶器,并在结晶器的表面电镀镀覆层,所述电镀采用的镀液的组成为:硫酸镍240g/l,氯化镍17g/l,硫酸铁13.0g/l,硼酸23g/l,硫酸钾7g/l,氯化钠30g/l,十二烷基硫酸钠0.4g/l,添加剂20ml/L,其中添加为采用12g葡萄糖酸钠,33g抗坏血酸和26g糊精加入1l水中配制的溶液,所述工艺条件为:PH值2.3-3.5,电流密度4.5A/dm2,温度44-46℃,电镀至镀层厚度为1.5mm为止。
实施例三
一种镀覆有镍铁合金层的结晶器铜板的制备方法,所述结晶器铜板的组成按质量百分比为:Ni:1.5%;Be:0.12%;Al:0.6%,Zr:4.0%;Mn:1.3%;Mg:2.0%;Cr:1.0%;Zn:15.0%;其余为Cu;所述制备方法包括采用具有上述成分的铜合金制备结晶器,并在结晶器的表面电镀镀覆层,所述电镀采用的镀液的组成为:硫酸镍230g/l,氯化镍18g/l,硫酸铁12.0g/l,硼酸24g/l,硫酸钾6g/l,氯化钠35g/l,十二烷基硫酸钠0.3g/l,添加剂21ml/L,其中添加为采用11g葡萄糖酸钠,34g抗坏血酸和24g糊精加入1l水中配制的溶液,所述工艺条件为:PH值2.3-3.5,电流密度4A/dm2,温度44-46℃,电镀至镀层厚度为1.4mm为止。

1.一种镀覆有镍铁合金层的结晶器铜板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述结晶器铜板的组成按质量百分比为:Ni:1-2%;Be:0.05-0.2%;Al:0.5-0.7%,Zr:3.0-5.0%;Mn:1.2-1.4%;Mg:1-3%;Cr:0.8-1.2%;Zn:14.0-16.0%;其余为Cu,所述铜板硬度HBS大于245;软化温度大于580℃;所述制备方法包括采用具有上述成分的铜合金制备结晶器,并在结晶器的表面电镀镀覆层,所述电镀采用的镀液的组成为:硫酸镍220-240g/l,氯化镍17-19g/l,硫酸铁11.0-13.0g/l,硼酸23-27g/l,硫酸钾5-7g/l,氯化钠30-40g/l,十二烷基硫酸钠0.2-0.4g/l,添加剂20-22ml/L,其中添加剂为采用10-12g葡萄糖酸钠,33-37g抗坏血酸和22-26g糊精加入11水中配制的溶液,电镀工艺条件为:PH值2.3-3.5,电流密度3.5-4.5A/dm2,温度44-46℃,电镀至镀层厚度为1.3-1.5mm为止;镀层硬度为220-240Hv;镀层的内应力为27-35N/mm2
