Abstract
一种用于全自动卷筒机的纸上表面上胶装置,包括上胶辊、与上胶辊平行设置的均胶辊;所述均胶辊与用于调节均胶辊与上胶辊之间间隙的间隙调整弹簧相连;所述上胶辊与电机传动连接,所述均胶辊与上胶辊传动连接;所述上胶辊与均胶辊之间设有两块相互配合用于调节限制上胶宽度并形成储胶腔的挡板;所述两挡板经丝杆相连;所述储胶腔上部设有用于向储胶腔供应胶水的胶盒;所述上胶辊下部设有与上胶辊传动连接的托辊,所述上胶辊与托辊之间设有用于将纸带压紧于上胶辊的托纸辊。与现有技术相比,本发明胶辊与胶盒是分开的形式,在清洗时只需向两个胶辊中间注入少许水然后开动胶辊在胶辊转动过程中便把胶辊清洗干净,具有自动加胶、便于清洗的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种上胶装置。
背景技术
卷筒是纸桶生产的第一道工序。现在国内卷筒机是上胶辊置于胶池中,胶辊转动使胶附着在胶辊的表面。通过调整与均胶辊之间的间隙来调节上胶辊的上胶量,将多余的胶水挤压掉直接掉到胶辊下面的胶池中。当胶池中的胶水用的低于上胶辊的接触面时需要人工添加胶水到胶池中。长此以往由于胶池中总是存在一定量的胶水所以会对胶池有很大的腐蚀作用。并且在清洗胶池时需要把整个胶池卸掉。总而言之,传统的上胶方式存在胶辊和胶池不易清洗,胶辊胶池易被腐蚀,人工上胶频繁等不足和它是纸的下面上胶且不适用于实现卷筒自动化。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有卷筒机的上胶不足而提供一种用于全自动卷筒机的纸上表面上胶装置,从纸的上表面上胶,适用于自动卷筒机纸上表面自动上胶,上胶范围可控,可有效避免卷筒机压紧辊压紧挤出多余的胶流在模具上而导致不便取桶。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:包括上胶辊、与上胶辊平行设置的均胶辊;所述均胶辊与用于调节均胶辊与上胶辊之间间隙的间隙调整弹簧相连;所述上胶辊与电机传动连接,所述均胶辊与上胶辊传动连接;所述上胶辊与均胶辊之间设有两块相互配合用于调节限制上胶宽度并形成储胶腔的挡板;所述两挡板经丝杆相连;所述储胶腔上部设有用于向储胶腔供应胶水的胶盒;所述上胶辊下部设有与上胶辊传动连接的托辊,所述上胶辊与托辊之间设有用于将纸带压紧于上胶辊的托纸辊。
所述托纸辊有两个;各托纸辊与托辊传动连接。托纸辊与上胶辊之间设有间隙,两个托纸辊将两托纸辊之间的纸带压紧于上胶辊上。
所述托纸辊与托辊为齿轮传动。
所述托辊与上胶辊为链传动。
所述均胶辊与上胶辊为齿轮传动。
所述胶盒出胶口设有阀门。
还包括两个用于支撑胶盒的支架;各支架经锁紧螺母装于丝杆;所述两挡板分别连接于两支架下部。
本发明突破了传统的卷筒过程中的上胶方式,具有自动加胶、便于清洗的优点。与现有技术相比,本发明胶辊与胶盒是分开的形式,在清洗时只需向两个胶辊中间注入少许水然后开动胶辊在胶辊转动过程中便把胶辊清洗干净。

具体实施方式
图1中,上胶辊6和均胶辊2的轴端分别固定有一个轴承,且轴承置于轴承座中。上胶辊6是由电机直接带动逆时针转动,与均胶辊2通过齿轮相连接。通过间隙调整弹簧1调节均胶辊2和上胶辊6之间的间隙从而调节胶量的大小。托辊4在上胶辊6的正下方,两个托纸辊5在上胶辊6的下方两侧对称分布。上胶辊6和托辊4是通过链传动,使托辊逆时针转动。两个托纸辊5分别与托辊4通过齿轮传动使两个托纸辊5随着纸的送给方向顺时针转动,这样一方面起到了托放纸的作用,另一方面也对纸的输送起到一部分作用。在两个胶辊的正上方固定有一个胶盒9用于储存胶水,胶盒9出胶口处设有阀门10。胶辊的转动速度和动作时间以及胶水阀门10的开关均由PLC编程控制。胶盒9安装在胶盒支架11上,两个胶盒支架11上各有两个供丝杆1103穿过的孔1102,支架11通过两个锁紧螺母1101固定在丝杆1103上。两个支架11分别与两个挡板7通过螺栓与对应的螺纹孔701和螺纹孔1104相固定。两个挡板7与上胶辊6与均胶辊2之间相互配合形成储胶腔。
通过安装在胶盒9下面的三个液位传感器分别控制胶水的高中低液面的位置。液位传感器的三个探针8分别伸入储胶腔中液面的不同位置,当液面处于中位置时电磁阀给予信号,使安装在均胶辊2和上胶辊6中间正上方的球阀10打开,胶盒9中的胶水自动流下到两个胶辊中间直到液面接触到最短的探针即最高存胶量的位置时阀门关闭停止放胶。胶水阀门的频繁的开关使均胶辊2和上胶辊6之间上方两个挡板之间存有的胶水始终保持在最高和中等液位之间。
图2、图3中,可根据所需上胶的纸3的宽度调整锁紧螺母1101的位置再进行锁紧。当支架11移动时与之固定的挡板7也随之移动即可达到调整上胶宽度的效果。
图4中,挡板7的外形轮廓与上胶辊6和均胶辊2相配合,对胶水起到挡隔的作用。通过调整挡板7的位置可以与上胶辊6和均胶辊2形成不同宽度的储胶腔。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于全自动卷筒机的纸上表面上胶装置,其特征在于:包括上胶辊(6)、与上胶辊(6)平行设置的均胶辊(2);所述均胶辊(2)与用于调节均胶辊(2)与上胶辊(6)之间间隙的间隙调整弹簧(1)相连;
所述上胶辊(6)与电机传动连接,所述均胶辊(2)与上胶辊(6)传动连接;
所述上胶辊(6)与均胶辊(2)之间设有两块相互配合用于调节限制上胶宽度并形成储胶腔的挡板(7);
所述两挡板(7)经丝杆(1103)相连;
所述储胶腔上部设有用于向储胶腔供应胶水的胶盒(9);
所述上胶辊(6)下部设有与上胶辊(6)传动连接的托辊(4),所述上胶辊(6)与托辊(4)之间设有托纸辊(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于全自动卷筒机的纸上表面上胶装置,其特征在于:所述托纸辊(5)有两个;各托纸辊(5)与托辊(4)传动连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于全自动卷筒机的纸上表面上胶装置,其特征在于:所述托纸辊(5)与托辊(4)为齿轮传动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于全自动卷筒机的纸上表面上胶装置,其特征在于:所述托辊(4)与上胶辊(6)为链传动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于全自动卷筒机的纸上表面上胶装置,其特征在于:所述均胶辊(2)与上胶辊(6)为齿轮传动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于全自动卷筒机的纸上表面上胶装置,其特征在于:所述胶盒(9)出胶口设有阀门(10)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于全自动卷筒机的纸上表面上胶装置,其特征在于:还包括两个用于支撑胶盒(9)的支架(11);各支架(11)经锁紧螺母(1101)装于丝杆(1103);所述两挡板(7)分别连接于两支架(11)下部。
