Abstract

本发明提供了一种指甲油及其制备方法,指甲油组分包括荧烷型隐色体染料、乙醇、显色剂、填料、珠光粉和成膜剂。制备方法是先将成膜剂PVB加入乙醇中,搅拌,完全溶解后,加入荧烷型隐色体染料,再加入显色剂,搅拌使之完全溶解。之后加入填料,搅拌10分钟,再加入珠光粉,搅拌30-40分钟,最后加入成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟可即可制得产品。本发明制作方法简单,产品使用安全,不含对人体有害的增塑剂,不使用有毒、低毒以及刺激性溶剂,可明显减少对指甲的伤害,并且在温水中浸泡5分钟或者冷水中浸泡10分钟后即可完整揭除,易于清洗变换,随时可以保持指甲的干净美观,并具有一定的抵御紫外线的功能。

一种指甲油及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及化妆用品,具体地说属于一种指甲油及其制备方法。
背景技术:
目前市场上常见的指甲油多使用硝化纤维为成膜剂,酞酸酯为增塑剂,丙酮和乙酸乙酯为溶剂,其主要缺陷在于:作为指甲油成膜剂的硝化纤维是易燃易爆危险品,生产和使用工程具有很大的危险性;酞酸酯等增塑剂会影响人的生育能力,严重危害人体健康;丙酮和乙酸乙酯做溶剂,具有一定的毒性和刺激性(丙酮为易制毒品的管制试剂);指甲油涂好后,必须要用含有多种有机溶剂的洗甲水擦除,使用不方便,经常洗甲会危害指甲健康。
指甲油的发展趋势是:成膜剂稳定化,不使用硝化纤维等易燃易爆成膜剂;溶剂无毒化,不使用丙酮、乙酸乙酯等低毒刺激性溶剂;不添加增塑剂;涂抹后不使用有机溶剂即可卸除。
专利CN1260167A硝化纤维为成膜剂,虽然可以得到成膜性好、耐磨的指甲油,但硝化纤维易燃易爆,储存与使用过程危险性大,不利于可持续发展。专利CN102397198A以乙酸乙酯、丙酮等为溶剂,该类配方调配得当可以得到高光泽、强附着力和强耐水性的指甲油,但存在如下缺点:1、具有刺激性气味,强烈刺鼻的气味吸入后会引起身体不适;2、使用后对人体的指甲和皮肤刺激性较大,长期使用有较大的伤害;3、接触化纤类衣物和一般塑料都会造成溶解性腐蚀。专利CN100346770C以水、水性成膜剂、颜料和香精等添加剂搅拌混合而成。该类配方调配得当可以得到低气味、低刺激性、高光泽、对化纤衣物和塑料不会溶解性腐蚀的指甲油,但存在如下缺点:1、耐水性差,遇水容易脱落;2、附着力不好,与有机溶剂型指甲油比有很大差距。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种指甲油及其制备方法。该指甲油不使用硝化纤维作为成膜剂,使生产储运更安全;不含丙酮和乙酸乙酯等刺激性溶剂,使其无刺激性气味和毒性;指甲油涂在指甲上后具有一定的防水性,在日常洗手等情况下不会被擦除、溶解;同时,在温水或者冷水中浸泡一定时间后即可完整揭除,易于清洗变换。
本发明提供的一种指甲油,其组分按重量份数计包括:荧烷型隐色体染料0.1-0.5,乙醇75-90,显色剂0.3-1,填料0.1-0.5,珠光粉0.1-0.5,成膜剂PVB6-20,成膜剂PVP0.3-3。
所述的指甲油,其组分按重量份数计还可以包括0.01-0.03的香精,如间甲氧基肉桂酸等。
所述的填料为纳米级白炭黑;
所述的显色剂是草酸;
所述的荧烷型隐色体染料为荧烷红((3,3-双(N-辛基-2-甲基吲哚)邻苯二甲内酯)),荧烷黄(N,N-二甲基-4-(2-(2-(辛基氧基)苯基)-6-苯基吡啶-4-基)苯胺),结晶紫内酯(6-二甲氨基-3,3-双(4-二甲基氨基苯基)苯酞),荧烷绿(2'-(二苄基氨基)-6'-(二乙氨基)荧烷)。
本发明提供的一种指甲油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按上述组分重量份数配比,将成膜剂PVB加入乙醇中,搅拌,完全溶解后,加入荧烷型隐色体染料,再加入显色剂,搅拌使之完全溶解。之后加入填料,搅拌10分钟,再加入珠光粉,搅拌30-40分钟,最后加入成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟(之后如选择加入香料,在加入香料后,继续搅拌5分钟)即可制得产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明不使用丙酮、乙酸乙酯等有毒、刺激性溶剂,不产生有毒VOC;不添加加硝化纤维,生产、储运安全;不添加酞酸酯等塑化剂,不危害人体健康;本发明采用荧烷型隐色体染料,指甲油易于擦除,在温水中浸泡5分钟或者冷水中浸泡10分钟后即可完整揭除,不慎滴到衣服上,可以使用乙醇擦洗,环保方便。该指甲油无毒、无刺激性气味。对指甲无害,不产生任何污染,配制方便,易于生产,还具有防紫外线的作用。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
将4.5g成膜剂PVB加入30ml乙醇中,搅拌,完全溶解后,加入0.1g荧烷型隐色体染料荧烷红,再加入0.2g显色剂草酸,搅拌使之完全溶解。之后加入0.5g填料纳米级白炭黑,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40分钟,最后加入0.5g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,所得为红色指甲油。
实施例2:
将4.5g成膜剂PVB加入30ml乙醇中,搅拌,完全溶解后,加入0.1g荧烷型隐色体染料荧烷红,再加入0.2g显色剂草酸,搅拌使之完全溶解。之后加入0.5g填料纳米级白炭黑,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40分钟,最后加入0.5g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟。再加入0.1g间甲氧基肉桂酸,搅拌5分钟。所得为带有香味的红色指甲油。
实施例3:
将4.5g成膜剂PVB加入30ml乙醇中,搅拌,完全溶解后,加入0.1g荧烷型隐色体染料荧烷黄,再加入0.2g显色剂草酸,搅拌使之完全溶解。之后加入0.5g填料纳米级白炭黑,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40分钟,最后加入0.5g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,所得为黄色指甲油。
实施例4:
将4.5g成膜剂PVB加入30ml乙醇中,搅拌,完全溶解后,加入0.1g荧烷型隐色体染料荧烷黄,再加入0.2g显色剂草酸,搅拌使之完全溶解。之后加入0.5g填料纳米级白炭黑,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40分钟,最后加入0.5g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,再加入0.1g间甲氧基肉桂酸,搅拌5分钟。所得为带有香味的黄色指甲油。
实施例5:
将4.5g成膜剂PVB加入30ml乙醇中,搅拌,完全溶解后,加入0.1g荧烷型隐色体染料结晶紫内酯,再加入0.2g显色剂草酸,搅拌使之完全溶解。之后加入0.5g填料纳米级白炭黑,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40分钟,最后加入0.5g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟。所得为紫色指甲油。
实施例6:
将4.5g成膜剂PVB加入30ml乙醇中,搅拌,完全溶解后,加入0.1g荧烷型隐色体染料结晶紫内酯,再加入0.2g显色剂草酸,搅拌使之完全溶解。之后加入0.5g填料纳米级白炭黑,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40分钟,最后加入0.5g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,再加入0.1g间甲氧基肉桂酸,搅拌5分钟。所得为带有香味的紫色指甲油。
实施例7:
将4.5g成膜剂PVB加入30ml乙醇中,搅拌,完全溶解后,加入0.1g荧烷型隐色体染料荧烷绿,再加入0.2g显色剂草酸,搅拌使之完全溶解。之后加入0.5g填料纳米级白炭黑,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40分钟,最后加入0.5g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟。所得为绿色指甲油。
实施例8:
将4.5g成膜剂PVB加入30ml乙醇中,搅拌,完全溶解后,加入0.1g荧烷型隐色体染料荧烷绿,再加入0.2g显色剂草酸,搅拌使之完全溶解。之后加入0.5g填料纳米级白炭黑,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40分钟,最后加入0.5g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,再加入0.1g间甲氧基肉桂酸,搅拌5分钟。所得为带有香味的绿色指甲油。

Claims (7)

1.一种指甲油,其特征在于,组分按重量份数计包括:荧烷型隐色体染料0.1-0.5,乙醇75-90,显色剂0.3-1,填料0.1-0.5,珠光粉0.1-0.5,成膜剂PVB6-20,成膜剂PVP0.3-3。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种指甲油,其特征在于,组分按重量份数计还包括0.01-0.03的香精。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种指甲油,其特征在于,所述的填料为纳米级白炭黑。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种指甲油,其特征在于,所述的显色剂是草酸。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种指甲油,其特征在于,所述的荧烷型隐色体染料为荧烷红、荧烷黄、结晶紫内酯或荧烷绿。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种指甲油,其特征在于,所述的香精为间甲氧基肉桂酸。
7.一种指甲油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按权利要求1所述的组分重量份数配比,将成膜剂PVB加入乙醇中,搅拌,完全溶解后,加入荧烷型隐色体染料,再加入显色剂,搅拌使之完全溶解;之后加入填料,搅拌10分钟,再加入珠光粉,搅拌30-40分钟,最后加入成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟即制得产品。
