技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品加工领域，尤其涉及一种治疗痔疮的速食粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
痔疮是一种位于肛门部位的常见疾病，任何年龄都可发病，但随着年龄增长，发病率逐渐增高。在我国，痔是最常见的肛肠疾病，素有“十男九痔”、“十女十痔”的说法，主要表现为便血，便血的性质可为无痛、间歇性、便后鲜血，便时滴血或手纸上带血，便秘、饮酒或进食刺激性食物后加重。痔疮按发生部位的不同分为内痔、外痔、混合痔。痔疮的诱发因素很多，其中便秘、长期饮酒、进食大量刺激性食物和久坐久立是主要诱因。
目前，治疗痔疮的常用方法有局部用药治疗，药物包括栓剂、膏剂和洗剂。口服药物治疗，一般采用治疗静脉曲张的药物。注射疗法，将硬化剂注射于黏膜下层静脉丛周围，使引起炎症反应及纤维化，从而压闭曲张的静脉。以上几种方法难以根治，且具有一定的副作用。严重的痔疮一般采用手术治疗，但是存在较大的治疗风险。目前，还没有作为日常保健食品食用的可有效治疗痔疮的速食粉。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题和/或缺陷，并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明的另一个目的是，提供一种治疗痔疮的速食粉及其制备方法，能够作为保健食品食用，有效预防并治疗痔疮。
为实现上述目的和一些其他的目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种治疗痔疮的速食粉，包含以下重量份的组分：
大米粉400-600、玉米粉200-300、黑米粉100-160、绿豆30-40、大豆30-40、莲子20-30、人参7-11、浮萍8-12、太子参8-12、地榆炭8-12、苏木5-8、延胡索8-12、鸡血藤8-12、防风8-12、山豆根4-6、土茯苓8-12、忍冬藤10-15、败酱草10-15以及白藓皮8-12。
优选的是，所述的治疗痔疮的速食粉中，包含以下重量份的组分：
大米粉500、玉米粉260、黑米粉150、绿豆35、大豆35、莲子25、人参9、浮萍10、太子参10、地榆炭10、苏木6、延胡索10、鸡血藤10、防风9、山豆根5、土茯苓10、忍冬藤12、败酱草12以及白藓皮10。
一种治疗痔疮的速食粉的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将人参、浮萍、太子参、地榆炭、苏木、延胡索、鸡血藤、防风、山豆根、土茯苓、忍冬藤、败酱草以及白藓皮干燥、粉碎，得到药粉；
步骤二、将绿豆、大豆、莲子70-80℃低温干燥3-5小时后粉碎，得到配料粉；
步骤三、将药粉、配料粉、大米粉、玉米粉、黑米粉混合后进行低温熟化，得到熟化物料；
步骤四、将熟化物料进行超微粉碎至200目以上，即得所述速食粉。
优选的是，所述的治疗痔疮的速食粉的制备方法中，步骤三中低温熟化温度为90℃，熟化时间为1-3小时。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果：首先，本发明利用中医五行及辨证理论，认为痔疮的病因为：中气下陷，筋脉松弛，气滞血瘀，结聚肛肠，致肿胀、糜烂、坏死。本发明中，人参，大补元气、固脱；浮萍，祛瘙痒、肿痛；太子参，宜气健脾；地榆炭，活血祛瘀、消肿；苏木，活血祛瘀、消肿定痛；延胡索，活血祛瘀、止痛；鸡血藤，活血舒筋；防风，升阳举陷；山豆根，消疮肿毒；土茯苓，解毒消肿、柔筋脉；忍冬藤，消肿痛；败酱草，祛瘀、消肿；白藓皮，消肿、解毒、止痛。本发明通过补中气、升阳举陷、活血祛瘀、消肿，使痔疮得以治愈。

本发明利用中医五行及辨证理论，认为痔疮的病因为：中气下陷，筋脉松弛，气滞血瘀，结聚肛肠，致肿胀、糜烂、坏死。本发明中，人参，大补元气、固脱；浮萍，祛瘙痒、肿痛；太子参，宜气健脾；地榆炭，活血祛瘀、消肿；苏木，活血祛瘀、消肿定痛；延胡索，活血祛瘀、止痛；鸡血藤，活血舒筋；防风，升阳举陷；山豆根，消疮肿毒；土茯苓，解毒消肿、柔筋脉；忍冬藤，消肿痛；败酱草，祛瘀、消肿；白藓皮，消肿、解毒、止痛。本发明通过补中气、升阳举陷、活血祛瘀、消肿，使痔疮得以治愈。本发明通过将能够有效治疗痔疮的多种中药与大米粉、黑米粉、莲子及其他杂粮混合配制，使所制备的产品，即治疗痔疮的速食粉营养全面均衡，且口感品质优良，可作为保健食品，对痔疮起到有效的防治作用。
所述的治疗痔疮的速食粉中，包含以下重量份的组分：大米粉500、玉米粉260、黑米粉150、绿豆35、大豆35、莲子25、人参9、浮萍10、太子参10、地榆炭10、苏木6、延胡索10、鸡血藤10、防风9、山豆根5、土茯苓10、忍冬藤12、败酱草12以及白藓皮10。
一种治疗痔疮的速食粉的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将人参、浮萍、太子参、地榆炭、苏木、延胡索、鸡血藤、防风、山豆根、土茯苓、忍冬藤、败酱草以及白藓皮干燥、粉碎，得到药粉；
步骤二、将绿豆、大豆、莲子70-80℃低温干燥3-5小时后粉碎，得到配料粉；
步骤三、将药粉、配料粉、大米粉、玉米粉、黑米粉混合后进行低温熟化，得到熟化物料；
步骤四、将熟化物料进行超微粉碎至200目以上，即得所述速食粉。
所述的治疗痔疮的速食粉的制备方法中，步骤三中低温熟化温度为90℃，熟化时间为1-3小时。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上，但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用，它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域，对于熟悉本领域的人员而言，可容易地实现另外的修改，因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下，本发明并不限于特定的细节。
Claims (4)
1.一种治疗痔疮的速食粉，其特征在于，包含以下重量份的组分：
大米粉400-600、玉米粉200-300、黑米粉100-160、绿豆30-40、大豆30-40、莲子20-30、人参7-11、浮萍8-12、太子参8-12、地榆炭8-12、苏木5-8、延胡索8-12、鸡血藤8-12、防风8-12、山豆根4-6、土茯苓8-12、忍冬藤10-15、败酱草10-15以及白藓皮8-12。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗痔疮的速食粉，其特征在于，包含以下重量份的组分：
大米粉500、玉米粉260、黑米粉150、绿豆35、大豆35、莲子25、人参9、浮萍10、太子参10、地榆炭10、苏木6、延胡索10、鸡血藤10、防风9、山豆根5、土茯苓10、忍冬藤12、败酱草12以及白藓皮10。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的治疗痔疮的速食粉的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将人参、浮萍、太子参、地榆炭、苏木、延胡索、鸡血藤、防风、山豆根、土茯苓、忍冬藤、败酱草以及白藓皮干燥、粉碎，得到药粉；
步骤二、将绿豆、大豆、莲子70-80℃低温干燥3-5小时后粉碎，得到配料粉；
步骤三、将药粉、配料粉、大米粉、玉米粉、黑米粉混合后进行低温熟化，得到熟化物料；
步骤四、将熟化物料进行超微粉碎至200目以上，即得所述速食粉。
4.如权利要求3所述的治疗痔疮的速食粉的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤三中低温熟化温度为90℃，熟化时间为1-3小时。
