技术领域
本发明涉及一种驱蚊液,具体地说一种以青草药制备的驱蚊液。
背景技术
黑夜里,蚊子可以凭着这种传感器感知空气中人体散发出来的二氧化碳,很快作出反应,蚊子在熟睡的人们的枕边“嗡嗡”盘旋时,依靠近距离传感器来感应温度、湿度和汗液内所含有的化学成分。雌蚊首先叮咬体温较高、爱出汗的人。因为体温高、爱出汗的人身上分泌出的气味中含有较多的氨基酸、乳酸和氨类化合物,极易引诱蚊子。目前以青草药制备的驱蚊液少有报导。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种以青草药制备的低毒驱蚊液,驱蚊效果好。
技术方案:一种驱蚊液,由如下原料制备而成:山埔姜、使君子、石蒜、圆叶牵牛、皱面苦草、土荆芥。原料重量份:山埔姜30-40份、使君子10-15份、石蒜20-25份、圆叶牵牛15-20份、皱面苦草20-25份、土荆芥5-8份。
优选地,山埔姜35份、使君子12份、石蒜22份、圆叶牵牛18份、皱面苦草22份、土荆芥6份。
有益效果:本发明由采用了上述技术方案,制成的驱蚊液低毒、驱蚊效果好,气香,制备简便。
本发明采用的原料介绍如下。
(1)使君子,别名:舀求子、史君子、四君子,拉丁文名:QuisqualisindicaL.使君子科、使君子属攀援状灌木,高2-8米;小枝被棕黄色短柔毛。叶对生或近对生,叶片膜质,卵形或椭圆形,先端短渐尖,基部钝圆,表面无毛,背面有时疏被棕色柔毛,幼时密生锈色柔毛。顶生穗状花序,组成伞房花序式;苞片卵形至线状披针形,被毛;具明显的锐棱角5条,成熟时外果皮脆薄,呈青黑色或栗色;白色,圆柱状纺锤形。花期初夏,果期秋末。
(2)石蒜,学名:Lycorisradiata(L’Her.)Herb.):鳞茎近球形,直径1-3厘米。秋季出叶,叶狭带状,长约15厘米,宽约0.5厘米,顶端钝,深绿色,中间有粉绿色带。花茎高约30厘米;总苞片2枚,披针形,长约35厘米,宽约05厘米;伞形花序有花4-7朵,花鲜红色;花被裂片狭倒披针形,长约3厘米,宽约05厘米,强度皱缩和反卷,花被简绿色,长约05厘米;雄蕊显著伸出于花被外,比花被长1倍左右。花期8-9月,果期10月。鳞茎含有石蒜碱、伪石蒜碱、多花水仙碱、力可拉敏、加兰他敏等十多种生物碱;有解毒、祛痰、利尿、催吐、杀虫等的功效,但有小毒。
(3)圆叶牵牛,别名,圆叶旋花、小花牵牛。拉丁名:lpomoeapurpurea,牵牛属。一年生缠绕草本,茎上被倒向的短柔毛杂有倒向或开展的长硬毛。叶圆心形或宽卵状心形,长4-18厘米,宽3.5-16.5厘米,基部圆,心形,顶端锐尖、骤尖或渐尖,通常全缘,偶有3裂,两面疏或密被刚伏毛;叶柄长2-12厘米,毛被与茎同。
(4)皱面苦草,唇形科石蚕属植物山藿香TeucriumviscidunBlume。别名:血见愁、血芙蓉、方骨苦草、皱面苦草、方枝苦草、皱面草、四方枝苦草、皱面金花苦草。性味:味微辛,性寒,无毒。
(5)土荆芥,别名红泽蓝、天仙草、臭草、钩虫草、虱子草等,为藜科藜属植物土荆芥ChenopodiumambrosioidesL.,以全草入药。该物种为中国植物图谱数据库收录的有毒植物,其毒性为挥发油有毒。其含量以果实最多,故毒性较强,叶次之,茎最弱。常服量10—30,土荆芥祛风除湿,杀虫,止痒,用于蛔虫病,钩虫病,蛲虫病,外用治皮肤湿疹,瘙痒,并杀蛆虫。
(6)山埔姜,拉丁学名Vitexquinata(Lour.)Will.为马鞭草科牡荆属黄荆。生于山野村庄路穷旷地。叶对生,具长叶柄,掌状复叶,小叶五枚,间有三枚,小叶片披针形,长三、四寸,先端渐尖,边缘有粗锯齿,花枝小叶全绿,背面被灰色柔毛。夏秋顶生圆锥花序,花朵多数,花冠淡紫色,唇形五裂,萼杯状五裂。结小球形核果。味辛微苦甘,气香,性温,无毒。
具体实施方式
一种驱蚊液,由如下原料制备而成:山埔姜、使君子、石蒜、圆叶牵牛、皱面苦草、土荆芥。原料重量份:山埔姜30-40份、使君子10-15份、石蒜20-25份、圆叶牵牛15-20份、皱面苦草20-25份、土荆芥5-8份。
实施例1:原料重量份:山埔姜35份、使君子12份、石蒜22份、圆叶牵牛18份、皱面苦草22份、土荆芥6份。
实施例2:一种驱蚊液,由如下原料重量份制备而成:山埔姜30份、使君子10份、石蒜20份、圆叶牵牛15份、皱面苦草20份、土荆芥5份。
实施例3:一种驱蚊液,由如下原料重量份制备而成:山埔姜40份、使君子15份、石蒜25份、圆叶牵牛20份、皱面苦草25份、土荆芥8份。
制备方法:(1)将使君子种子、石蒜鳞茎、圆叶牵牛种子、皱面苦草全草、土荆芥全草晒干。粉碎成细粉120目。(2)取山埔姜鲜叶榨汁。
(3)以步骤(1)之原料与步骤(2)之山埔姜鲜叶榨汁混合,并加清水搅拌成稀液状,加热100度至稠状,冷却、压榨过滤,静置30小时,除去沉渣,瓶装得驱蚊液。
使用方法:将驱蚊液适量放入电热液体驱蚊器中使用。
测试例1:室内药效。
采用GB/T13917.4-2009规定的蚊香室内药效测定方法及评价标准,进行测试。
具体方法如下:
1、供试材料:采用实验室饲养的敏感品系标准试虫。淡色库蚊,羽化后第4天~第5天为吸血的雌性成虫。
2、仪器设备:圆筒装置。无色透明圆筒架于支架上,圆筒上下各有一块无色透明园板。上圆板中央有一圆孔,用胶塞塞住;下圆板中央有一圆孔,用胶塞塞住,胶塞上架有架,供放置被测试的电热液体驱蚊器用。吸蚊管、秒表、计数器。
3、试验方法:实验条件:温度:(27±1)℃;相对湿度:70%±10%。
4、实验步骤:采用圆筒装置。吸取试蚊30只,自筒下方圆板的中央圆孔处放入,塞紧胶塞。待试虫恢复正常活动后,电热液体驱蚊器使用10min,立即移去,塞上胶塞,并计时,每隔一定时间记录被击倒的试虫数。观察时限为25min。测试应设三次及以上重复。
5、计算:将重复测试数据按线性加权回归法计算KT50值及毒力回归方程。
6、评价指标:根据KT50进行药效评价。药效结果分为A、B两级,达不到B级标准者属不合格产品。A级:KT50≤4.0分钟;B级:KT50≤8.0分钟。
7、驱蚊液内药效结果如表1:

结论:通过表一可以看出,本发明驱蚊效果达到国家A级,具有良好的驱蚊效果。

1.一种驱蚊液,其特征在于由如下原料制备而成:山埔姜、使君子、石蒜、圆叶牵牛、皱面苦草、土荆芥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊液,其特征在于由如下原料重量份制备而成:山埔姜30-40份、使君子10-15份、石蒜20-25份、圆叶牵牛15-20份、皱面苦草20-25份、土荆芥5-8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种驱蚊液,其特征在于由如下原料重量份制备而成:山埔姜35份、使君子12份、石蒜22份、圆叶牵牛18份、皱面苦草22份、土荆芥6份。
