本发明涉及一种防松垫片。包括两个结构相同的垫片座和用于连接点片座的垫片连接片；垫片座包括垫片圆环和设置在垫片圆环上的叶片；叶片至少为一片。本发明提供了一种可用于低温真空绝热容器防爆装置且安全性高的防松垫片。

Description

一种防松垫片
技术领域
本发明属于罐车制造技术领域，涉及一种防松垫片，尤其涉及一种低温真空绝热容器防爆装置保护罩用螺栓防松垫片。
背景技术
低温真空绝热容器是由内罐和外罐组成，内罐和外罐之间的夹层空间抽成真空，这样内罐就达到了很好的绝热效果。防爆装置是安装在外罐的紧急排放装置，是在夹层真空破坏后的安全排放装置。防爆装置是由底座、防爆盖、保护罩等组成。防爆盖内侧与夹层空间相通，外侧与大气环境相通，整体通过内外压差压在底座上。保护罩是防止防爆盖遭受意外撞击后破坏罐体真空夹层，导致绝热容器失效。保护罩通过四个螺栓固定在底座上，保护罩掉落会产生两种后果：一、掉落砸坏阀门箱中的阀件和表件；二、掉落后防爆盖失去保护可能遭到意外撞击，破坏真空夹层。因此螺栓固定要求必须可靠，在运输过程中受到振动后螺栓不得有松动，从而防止保护罩掉落。但是，目前该防爆装置上没有防止螺栓松动的装置，所以急需提供一种结构来保证螺栓在受到振动后不会松动掉落。
发明内容
为了解决技术背景下低温真空绝热容器防爆装置保护罩螺栓在运输过程中出现脱落导致保护罩掉落这个技术问题，在确保不影响防爆装置安全排放的前提下，本发明提供了一种放松垫片能防止在运输产生振动过程中螺栓松动。从而保证保护罩不会掉落，保证容器的安全运输。
本发明的技术解决方案是：一种防松垫片，其特殊之处在于：包括两个结构相同的垫片座和用于连接垫片座的垫片连接片；
所述垫片座包括垫片圆环和设置在垫片圆环上的叶片；
所述叶片至少为一片；
上述防松垫片的材质为钢；
上述防松垫片厚度不小于1.5mm。
本发明的优点是：
该发明提供的低温真空绝热容器防爆装置保护罩用螺栓防松垫片在运输过程中受到振动后，能有效防止螺栓松动，进而防止保护罩掉落导致不良后果的产生(保护罩掉落会产生两种不良后果：一、掉落砸坏阀门箱中的阀件和表件；二、掉落后防爆盖失去保护可能遭到意外撞击，破坏真空夹层，使得整个容器失效)。增加了运输的安全可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面我们结合附图对本发明技术方案进行详细说明：
参见图1，防松垫片包括两个结构相同的垫片座1和用于连接垫片座的垫片连接片2；垫片座1包括垫片圆环和设置在垫片圆环上的叶片3；叶片3至少为一片；防松垫片的材质为钢；防松垫片厚度不小于1.5mm。
优选技术方案：本发明提供的防松垫片是由材质为Q235A,厚度为1.5mm的钢板制作而成，也可以用其他金属材质制作，但是力学性能至少等同于Q235A。该防松垫片两头各有两个防松叶片，可以同时对相邻两个螺栓起到防松作用。该防松垫片必须同时对相邻两个螺栓使用，以便使得相邻两个螺栓之间相互形成制约关系，达到更好的防松效果。该发明的使用数量可以根据实际情况中螺栓的数量而定。安装时先将该件套在螺栓上，然后上紧螺栓，在螺栓固定保护罩且能保证保护罩不脱落的情况下，将螺栓头调至图中双点划线位置，然后将四个叶片折起90°，卡紧螺栓头，使得螺栓无法旋转。

1.一种防松垫片，其特征在于：包括两个结构相同的垫片座和用于连接垫片座的垫片连接片；
所述垫片座包括垫片圆环和设置在垫片圆环上的叶片；
所述叶片至少为一片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防松垫片，其特征在于：所述防松垫片的材质为钢。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防松垫片，其特征在于：所述防松垫片厚度不小于1.5mm。
