本发明公开了一种双向洗涤泵,属于零部件。提供一种可向两条管路交替输送洗涤液的洗涤泵。它包括固定在外罩中的电机、固定在该电机输出轴上的叶轮、固定在所述外罩底端并将该叶轮密封的泵盖、与该泵盖连通的出水室、固定在外罩顶端并将所述电机密封的端罩部件;出水室由左出水室(4)和右出水室(3)对接而成,左出水室(4)和右出水室(3)之间由阀片(11)隔开;左出水室(4)和右出水室(3)通过固定在泵盖(5)上的左离心口(6)和右离心口(10)与该泵室连通。本发明一泵两用,不仅配套成本低,而且简化了洗涤壶结构、降低了洗涤壶模具制造难度和成本,同时还缩小了泵的体积、节约了安装空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车风窗洗涤泵,属于汽车零部件。
背景技术
目前,汽车风窗洗涤器总成的储液壶普遍需要配置两台单出水洗涤泵,分别为汽车前、后洗涤管路输送洗涤液。不仅使得储液壶结构复杂、模具制造困难,而且占用安装空间较大,难以满足现代汽车发展的需要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种结构简单、占用空间小、制造成本低,可向两条管路交替输送洗涤液的双向洗涤泵。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:它包括带有进水口的外罩、固定在该外罩中的电机、固定在该电机输出轴上的叶轮、固定在所述外罩底端并将该叶轮密封的泵盖、与该泵盖连通的出水室、固定在外罩顶端并将所述电机密封的端罩部件;所述出水室由左出水室和右出水室对接而成,左出水室和右出水室之间由阀片隔开;左出水室和右出水室通过固定在泵盖上的左离心口和右离心口与该泵室连通。
所述进水口中有滤网。
与现有技术相比,本发明由于采用上述技术方案,在泵盖上增加了一个离心口,并将原来的一个出水室改为了两个出水室;因此能够实现左右两个方向交替出水,从而达到向前、后两条洗涤管路分别输送洗涤液的目的。本发明可一泵两用,降低了配套成本;简化了洗涤壶结构,从而降低了洗涤壶模具的制造难度和成本;第三,将原来的两台洗涤泵合二为一,因此缩小了体积、节约了安装空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明:
如图1~3所示:电机8固定在带有进水口(图中未标示出)的外罩2中,叶轮9固定在该电机的输出轴上,该叶轮由固定在外罩2底端的泵盖5密封而形成泵室,外罩2的顶端有将电机密封的端罩部件1。泵盖5上有与所述泵室连通的左出水室4和左离心口6,左出水室4与右出水室3对接形成出水室,左出水室4与右出水室3之间由由阀片11隔开;左出水室4通过左离心口6与泵室连通、右出水室3通过右离心口10与泵室连通。
为了避免杂质进入泵体而造成管路堵塞,所述进水口中有滤网7。
工作原理:如图3所示,当叶轮9顺时针旋转时,进入泵室的洗涤液由左离心口6甩出,并经左出水室4输出;当叶轮9逆时针旋转时,泵室中的洗涤液由右离心口10甩出,并经右出水室3输出。

Claims (2)

1.一种双向洗涤泵,包括带有进水口的外罩、固定在该外罩中的电机、固定在该电机输出轴上的叶轮、固定在所述外罩底端并将该叶轮密封的泵盖、与该泵盖连通的出水室、固定在外罩顶端并将所述电机密封的端罩部件;其特征在于:所述出水室由左出水室(4)和右出水室(3)对接而成,左出水室(4)和右出水室(3)之间由阀片(11)隔开;左出水室(4)和右出水室(3)通过固定在泵盖(5)上的左离心口(6)和右离心口(10)与该泵室连通。
