技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚轮除杂板除沙叶片泵。
背景技术
现有的叶片泵是在离心力和压力的作用下,叶片旋转并与定子内壁形成工作容积,如果容积过大,叶片旋转时就不能完全将流体充分带动,叶片与定子内壁摩擦会导致划沟、卡坑和叶片磨平等现象,同时流体中的泥沙颗粒不能及时清除,会留在泵体内,影响叶片泵的整体密封性,缩短叶片泵的使用寿命。
针对上述问题,公开号为CN203584904U的专利文件公开了一种叶片泵,其技术方案为:包括泵体,所述的泵体上设有进油通道和出油通道,泵体上沿轴向设有转轴,转轴上套装有转子,转子上均匀设有若干个叶片,转子外围有定子,定子上设有分别与进油通道、出油通道连通的吸入口和排出口,定子内壁上设有耐磨层,耐磨层为合金镀膜层,叶片末端设有圆弧形状的浆叶,浆叶末端设有密封垫,密封垫与耐磨层间隙接触。
在上述技术方案中,通过在定子内壁上设耐磨层,来实现降低定子内壁的磨损。但是,由于没有将滑动摩擦转变为滚动摩擦,使得定子内壁依然磨损较快。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种滚轮除杂板除沙叶片泵,以使得叶片顶端与定子内壁周向的滑动摩擦转变为滚动摩擦来减少定子内壁周向的磨损,并进一步通过滚轮来除沙减少对定子内壁的磨损。
本方案中的滚轮除杂板除沙叶片泵,基础方案为:包括泵体以及同轴装设于泵体内的定子和转子,定子和转子偏心设置,泵体上设有进油通道和出油通道,定子的两端设有配油盘,转子的外周均匀设有叶片,转子上均匀设有若干固定孔,固定孔内设有弹簧,叶片尾端伸入固定孔内,叶片的顶端设有两个凸起,一个凸起上连接有滚动装置,另一个凸起上设有滚动除沙装置,滚动除沙装置包括滚动轴,滚动轴连接在凸起上,滚动轴上设有除沙辊,除沙辊的外壁设有刷毛,除沙辊的下方设有除杂板,除杂板的一端与刷毛接触。
工作原理及有益效果:工作时,转子在定子内转动,由于定子和转子偏心设置,使得转子上的叶片在离心作用和弹簧的压力下压紧定子内壁。与现有技术不同的是,由于叶片的顶端设有两个凸起,一个凸起上连接有滚动装置,另一个凸起上设有滚动除沙装置。首先,使得叶片顶端与定子内壁的接触由滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,降低了叶片对定子内壁的磨损。另外,由于设置了滚动除沙装置,能对定子内壁上的颗粒进行清扫。且滚动除沙装置对定子内壁的摩擦也由滑动摩擦变为了滚动摩擦。由于设置了除杂板,且除杂板一端与刷毛接触,当刷毛夹杂颗粒与除杂板接触时,除杂板将刷毛上的颗粒除去。这样,清扫下来的颗粒落入两凸起之间的间隙内或者落入两叶片形成的腔室内,进入排油区时,颗粒随液体一起排出。
方案2,作为对基础方案的改进,叶片与转子的径向有夹角。优点是,叶片除了在径向上受力外,在周向上也要受液体的压力,设置夹角能对叶片提供周向的支撑力。
方案3,作为对方案2的改进,叶片与转子径向的夹角偏向转子转动方向。优点是,使叶片位于固定孔内的部分能直接提供支撑力,避免叶片弯曲。
方案4,作为对基础方案的改进,滚动装置包括滚动轴,滚动轴连接在凸起上,所述滚动轴上设有辊轮。优点是,使用辊轮能保证两叶片组成的腔室密封良好。
方案5,作为对基础方案的改进,除杂板设置在两凸起之间的间隙中。优点是,方便将除杂板的一端固定在叶片上。

实施例
如图1所示,滚轮除杂板除沙叶片泵,方案为:包括泵体10以及同轴装设于泵体10内的定子20和转子30,定子20和转子30偏心设置,泵体10上设有进油通道和出油通道,定子20的两端设有配油盘,转子30的外周均匀设有叶片40,转子30上均匀设有若干固定孔,固定孔内设有弹簧41,叶片40尾端伸入固定孔内,叶片40的顶端设有两个凸起42,一个凸起42上连接有滚动装置43,另一个凸起42上设有滚动除沙装置45,滚动除沙装置45包括滚动轴,滚动轴连接在凸起42上,滚动轴上设有除沙辊,除沙辊的外壁设有刷毛,除沙辊的下方设有除杂板44,除杂板44的一端与刷毛接触。
另外,在本实施例中,叶片40与转子30的径向有夹角。优点是,叶片40除了在径向上受力外,在周向上也要受液体的压力,设置夹角能对叶片40提供周向的支撑力。叶片40与转子30径向的夹角偏向转子30转动方向。优点是,使叶片40位于固定孔内的部分能直接提供支撑力,避免叶片40弯曲。滚动装置43包括滚动轴,滚动轴连接在凸起42上,滚动轴上设有辊轮。优点是,使用辊轮能保证两叶片40组成的腔室密封良好。除杂板44设置在两凸起42之间的间隙中。优点是,方便将除杂板44的一端固定在叶片40上。
工作时,转子30在定子20内转动,由于定子20和转子30偏心设置,使得转子30上的叶片40在离心作用和弹簧41的压力下压紧定子20内壁。与现有技术不同的是,由于叶片40的顶端设有两个凸起42,一个凸起42上连接有滚动装置43,另一个凸起42上设有滚动除沙装置45。首先,使得叶片40顶端与定子20内壁的接触由滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,降低了叶片40对定子20内壁的磨损。另外,由于设置了滚动除沙装置45,能对定子20内壁上的颗粒进行清扫。且滚动除沙装置45对定子20内壁的摩擦也由滑动摩擦变为了滚动摩擦。由于设置了除杂板44,且除杂板44一端与刷毛接触,当刷毛夹杂颗粒与除杂板44接触时,除杂板44将刷毛上的颗粒除去。这样,清扫下来的颗粒落入两凸起42之间的间隙内或者落入两叶片40形成的腔室内,进入排油区时,颗粒随液体一起排出。

1.滚轮除杂板除沙叶片泵,包括泵体以及同轴装设于泵体内的定子和转子,所述定子和转子偏心设置,所述泵体上设有进油通道和出油通道,所述定子的两端设有配油盘,所述转子的外周均匀设有叶片,其特征在于,所述转子上均匀设有若干固定孔,所述固定孔内设有弹簧,所述叶片尾端伸入固定孔内,所述叶片的顶端设有两个凸起,所述一个凸起上连接有滚动装置,所述另一个凸起上设有滚动除沙装置,所述滚动除沙装置包括滚动轴,所述滚动轴连接在凸起上,所述滚动轴上设有除沙辊,所述除沙辊的外壁设有刷毛,所述除沙辊的下方设有除杂板,所述除杂板的一端与刷毛接触。
