背景技术
摩托车在运行时由于发动机产生的气流会产生巨大的噪音,所以需要消音器来消除噪声,允许气流而衰减噪声,现在的摩托车消音器大多是在消音器内部安装消音芯或者是在其内部填充一些消音棉等消音材料来实现消音效果,这种设计对高频噪声的消音效果很理想,但是对中低频噪声的阻碍效果很差,使得现有消音器的消音效果很不理想,而且消音器在长时间运行时会产生很多的热量,很容易发生烫伤,现有的消音器内部没有设置尾气的处理装置,这样直接排放尾气会对环境造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种摩托车用消音器及其加工方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:一种摩托车用消音器及其加工方法,包括安装法兰、进气管、外壳体、消音壳体、消音管、催化载体、排气管和隔热管,所述进气管贯穿消音壳体进入到消音壳体内部,所述消音壳体内部的进气管上均匀安装有多个消音管,所述消音壳体外部的的进气管端口上固定有安装法兰,所述消音壳体外部嵌套一个长度与其相当的外壳体,所述消音壳体与外壳体的两端封闭固定在一起,所述消音壳体内部偏尾部处固定有圆柱形的催化载体,所述排气管贯穿消音壳体尾部并固定,所述外壳体外部嵌套有隔热管。
优选的,为了隔绝噪音,所述消音壳体与外壳体之间的空隙处填充有泡沫玻璃。
优选的,为了防止烫伤,所述外壳体与隔热管之间的缝隙内填充有玻璃纤维棉。

3)、取一圆柱形薄钢管做为进气管,将其一端封闭,另一端焊接上一个法兰,并可按照需要将安装有法兰的一端进行弯曲,并在封闭的一端上均匀打上多个小孔,并在小孔处焊接上小口径薄钢管做为消音管;
4)、取一小段钢管并在一端打上许多蜂窝状小孔,做为排气管;
5)、将进气管上有消音管的一端放入消音壳体内部,并使用环状金属片将其固定在中心处,然后将环状金属片和进气管、消音壳体焊接起来;
6)、将表面带有金属催化剂的的圆柱形催化载体放入消音壳体内部并固定住;
7)、将排气管上有小孔的一端放入消音壳体尾部,并使用环状金属片将其固定在中心处,然后将环状金属片和排气管、消音壳体焊接起来;
8)、将外壳体套在消音壳体外部,并在二者缝隙处填充好泡沫玻璃,然后使用环状金属片将二者的两端焊接封闭起来。
9)、将隔热管套在外壳体外部,并在二者缝隙处填充好玻璃纤维棉,然后使用环状金属片将隔热管的两端焊接在外壳体上使其封闭。
本发明的有益效果是:该摩托车用消音器设计合理,消音壳体与外壳体之间的空隙处填充有泡沫玻璃,泡沫玻璃内部有很多小孔,使得其吸音隔音效果很好,可以对摩托车产生的噪音起到屏蔽作用,而且其性质稳定,使用寿命长,外壳体与隔热管之间的缝隙内填充有玻璃纤维棉,玻璃纤维棉隔热效果好,而且性质稳定,使得消音器产生的热量很难扩散到隔热管上,这样可以有效防止烫伤,消音管与进气管的进气方向呈钝角,消音管能有效改变气流的方向,达到消音的目的,同时又可保证气流流通顺畅,消音效果好,催化载体的基本材料为蜂窝状的陶瓷且催化载体表面涂有金属催化剂,这样可以有效地对尾气进行催化反应,降低尾气中的有害气体含量,避免了直接排放,消音壳体内部的排气管上有若干个蜂窝孔,蜂窝孔状的排气管能够对气流的速度进行缓冲,从而削弱其流的速度,降低噪音。

工作过程:当使用所述摩托车用消音器时,首先,将安装法兰对准发动机的排气孔处,使用螺母将安装法兰固定在摩托车上,必要时可在安装法兰和排气孔之间添加垫片,保证密封性,在消音器上可选择性的使用卡箍将其固定在摩托车上,使得消音器安装稳固即可。

1.一种摩托车用消音器,包括安装法兰(1)、进气管(2)、外壳体(3)、消音壳体(4)、消音管(5)、催化载体(6)、排气管(7)和隔热管(8),其特征在于:所述进气管(2)贯穿消音壳体(3)进入到消音壳体(3)内部,所述消音壳体(3)内部的进气管(2)上均匀安装有多个消音管(5),所述消音壳体(3)外部的的进气管(2)端口上固定有安装法兰(1),所述消音壳体(4)外部嵌套一个长度与其相当的外壳体(3),所述消音壳体(4)与外壳体(3)的两端封闭固定在一起,所述消音壳体(4)内部偏尾部处固定有圆柱形的催化载体(6),所述排气管(7)贯穿消音壳体(4)尾部并固定,所述外壳体(3)外部嵌套有隔热管(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种摩托车用消音器,其特征在于:所述消音壳体(4)与外壳体(3)之间的空隙处填充有泡沫玻璃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种摩托车用消音器,其特征在于:所述外壳体(3)与隔热管(8)之间的缝隙内填充有玻璃纤维棉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种摩托车用消音器,其特征在于:所述消音管(8)与进气管(2)的进气方向呈钝角。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种摩托车用消音器,其特征在于:所述催化载体(6)的基本材料为蜂窝状的陶瓷且催化载体(6)表面涂有金属催化剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种摩托车用消音器,其特征在于:所述消音壳体(4)内部的排气管(7)上有若干个蜂窝孔。
7.一种摩托车用消音器的加工方法,其特征在于:所述摩托车用消音器的加工方法由以下几个步骤构成:
1)、选取三个扇形金属薄板,其中两个长度相同但一个宽度略大,另一个长度略短但宽度很大;
2)、将三个扇形金属薄板其卷成梯形圆筒状,并焊接固定好,做为外壳体(3)、消音壳体(4)和隔热管(8);
3)、取一圆柱形薄钢管做为进气管(2),将其一端封闭,另一端焊接上一个法兰,并可按照需要将安装有法兰的一端进行弯曲,并在封闭的一端上均匀打上多个小孔,并在小孔处焊接上小口径薄钢管做为消音管(5);
4)、取一小段钢管并在一端打上许多蜂窝状小孔,做为排气管(7);
5)、将进气管(2)上有消音管的一端放入消音壳体(4)内部,并使用环状金属片将其固定在中心处,然后将环状金属片和进气管(2)、消音壳体(4)焊接起来;
6)、将表面带有金属催化剂的的圆柱形催化载体(6)放入消音壳体(4)内部并固定住;
7)、将排气管(7)上有小孔的一端放入消音壳体(4)尾部,并使用环状金属片将其固定在中心处,然后将环状金属片和排气管(7)、消音壳体(4)焊接起来;
8)、将外壳体(3)套在消音壳体(4)外部,并在二者缝隙处填充好泡沫玻璃,然后使用环状金属片将二者的两端焊接封闭起来;
9)、将隔热管(8)套在外壳体(3)外部,并在二者缝隙处填充好玻璃纤维棉,然后使用环状金属片将隔热管的两端焊接在外壳体(3)上使其封闭。
