本发明公开了一种汽车净化器,包括进气管、排气管、除尘装置和过滤管,所述除尘装置包括除尘箱体,所述除尘箱体内设有多个导电棒,每个导电棒上均设有若干电极,所述电极呈针状,所述进气管与除尘箱体连通,所述除尘箱体与过滤管连通,所述过滤管呈螺旋状,所述过滤管内充有活性炭;所述过滤管与排气管连通。本发明可以对汽车尾气进行净化。

技术领域
本发明涉及净化装置领域,具体涉及一种汽车净化器。
背景技术
随着社会及汽车工业的不断发展,汽车的产量也在连年增加。然而汽车排放的尾气也成了空气的主要污染源,对人体和自然造成了严重的危害。研究表明,城市大气环境中90%的CO、60%以上的HC以及25%的PM2.5来自汽车尾气。因此,监控汽车尾气中的污染成分、减少尾气污染物的排放,减少对大气的污染具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车净化器,可以高效的净化汽车尾气。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案如下:一种汽车净化器,包括进气管、排气管、除尘装置和过滤管,所述除尘装置包括除尘箱体,所述除尘箱体内设有多个导电棒,每个导电棒上均设有若干电极,所述电极呈针状,所述进气管与除尘箱体连通,所述除尘箱体与过滤管连通,所述过滤管呈螺旋状,所述过滤管内充有活性炭;所述过滤管与排气管连通。
本发明的工作原理及有益效果为:汽车所产生的尾气进入到进气管中,然后通过进气管进入到除尘装置中。除尘装置包括导电棒,在导电棒上设有若干针状电极,通过导电棒,针状电极放电,使温度升高,使汽车尾气发生电离,过滤掉汽车尾气中的有害物质及灰尘等。然后尾气进入到过滤管中,在过滤管中设有活性炭,尾气进入到过滤管中后和与活性炭充分接触,活性炭可吸附汽车尾气中的有害气体等,使尾气得到净化。而且过滤管成螺旋状,增大了汽车尾气与活性炭的接触面积使过滤效果更好。
优选方案一:作为基础方案的优选方案,所述过滤管内设有保温层,可起到保温隔热作用,延缓过滤管的散热速度,增强其内部的反应效率。
优选方案二:作为优选方案一的优选方案,还包括控制器、检测仪和报警器,所述检测仪位于排气管上,所述检测仪和报警器均与控制器电连接,检测仪可对其进行检测,当检测仪检测到排出的尾气标准超过控制器设定的上限值时,将信号传递给控制器,控制器控制报警器报警,使人及时更换净化装置。。
优选方案三:作为优先方案二的优选方案,所述检测仪外罩有保护罩,可对检测仪进行保护,避免其损坏。
优先方案四:作为优选方案三的优选方案,所述过滤管与除尘箱体为可拆卸连接,当过滤管或集尘箱体损坏后,可将其拆卸然后更换新的过滤管即能使用,节约成本,而且过滤管与除尘箱体可拆卸连接方便清理集尘板上的灰尘或更换活性炭。
优选方案五:作为优先方案四的优选方案,所述过滤管进气端设有过滤层,过滤层可对汽车尾气起到过滤作用,且可避免活性炭的流动。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:进气管1、除尘箱体2、导电棒3、过滤管4、活性炭5、排气管6、控制器7、报警器8、检测仪9。
实施例基本如附图1所示:一种汽车净化器,包括进气管1、排气管6、除尘装置和过滤管4,除尘装置包括除尘箱体2,除尘箱体2内设有多个导电棒3,每个导电棒3上均设有若干电极,电极呈针状,进气管1与除尘箱体2连通,除尘箱体2与过滤管4连通,过滤管4呈螺旋状,过滤管4内充有活性炭5;过滤管4与排气管6连通。过滤管4内设有保温层,可起到保温隔热作用,延缓过滤管4的散热速度,增强其内部的反应效率。该净化器还包括控制器7、检测仪9和报警器8,检测仪9位于排气管6上,检测仪9和报警器8均与控制器7电连接,检测仪9可对其进行检测,当检测仪9检测到排出的尾气标准超过控制器7设定的上限值时,将信号传递给控制器7,控制器7控制报警器8报警,使人及时更换净化装置。检测仪9外罩有保护罩,可对检测仪9进行保护,避免其损坏。过滤管4与除尘箱体2为可拆卸连接,当过滤管4或集尘箱体损坏后,可将其拆卸然后更换新的过滤管4即能使用,节约成本,而且过滤管4与除尘箱体2可拆卸连接方便清理集尘板上的灰尘或更换活性炭5。过滤管4进气端设有过滤层,过滤层可对汽车尾气起到过滤作用,且可避免活性炭5的流动。
汽车所产生的尾气进入到进气管1中,然后通过进气管1进入到除尘装置中。除尘装置包括导电棒3,在导电棒3上设有若干针状电极,通过导电棒3,针状电极放电,使温度升高,使汽车尾气发生电离,过滤掉汽车尾气中的有害物质及灰尘等。然后尾气进入到过滤管4中,在过滤管4中设有活性炭5,尾气进入到过滤管4中后和与活性炭5充分接触,活性炭5可吸附汽车尾气中的有害气体等,使尾气得到净化。而且过滤管4成螺旋状,增大了汽车尾气与活性炭5的接触面积使过滤效果更好。

1.一种汽车净化器,其特征在于,包括进气管、排气管、除尘装置和过滤管,所述除尘装置包括除尘箱体,所述除尘箱体内设有多个导电棒,每个导电棒上均设有若干电极,所述电极呈针状,所述进气管与除尘箱体连通,所述除尘箱体与过滤管连通,所述过滤管呈螺旋状,所述过滤管内充有活性炭;所述过滤管与排气管连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车净化器,其特征在于,所述过滤管外设有保温层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车净化器,其特征在于,还包括控制器、检测仪和报警器,所述检测仪位于排气管上,所述检测仪和报警器均与控制器电连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车净化器,其特征在于,所述检测仪外罩有保护罩。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车净化器,其特征在于,所述过滤管与除尘箱体为可拆卸连接。
