本发明涉及一种茶花香型洗衣液。其组分重量配比为:18~35%的表面活性剂、0.005~0.03%的竹叶黄酮、1~2%的茶花提取物浓缩液、2~3%的酯基季铵盐、0.3~1.5%的皂粉、0.5~1%的柠檬酸钠、0.01~0.05%的无水氯化钙、0.6~4%的抗皱剂、2~5%的烷基糖苷、0.6~1.5%的茶皂素、0.5~2%的丙二醇、0.6~1.2%的酶制剂0.2~0.4%的防腐剂、1~2%的增稠剂和0.4~0.8%的薰衣草精油,余量为去离子水。它可对天然纤维织物的衣物进行柔化减少其起皱,对人体无刺激同时具有杀菌的功效,具有茶花的香味。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种茶花香型洗衣液。
背景技术
天然纤维织物,特别是棉织物具有手感自然、吸湿透气、抗静电、穿着舒适、经济实惠等优点,所以深受人们的喜爱,在织物纤维中,以棉纤维的产量最大、应用最广,不过纯棉织物有弹性差、易起皱、洗后需熨烫,而且易受微生物的侵袭导致纤维霉变和脆损的缺点。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述技术问题,提供了一种茶花香型洗衣液,它可对天然纤维织物的衣物进行柔化减少其起皱,对人体无刺激同时具有杀菌的功效,具有茶花的香味,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种茶花香型洗衣液,其特征在于,其组分重量配比为:18~35%的表面活性剂、0.005~0.03%的竹叶黄酮、1~2%的茶花提取物浓缩液、2~3%的酯基季铵盐、0.3~1.5%的皂粉、0.5~1%的柠檬酸钠、0.01~0.05%的无水氯化钙、0.6~4%的抗皱剂、2~5%的烷基糖苷、0.6~1.5%的茶皂素、0.5~2%的丙二醇、0.6~1.2%的酶制剂0.2~0.4%的防腐剂、1~2%的增稠剂和0.4~0.8%的薰衣草精油,余量为去离子水。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述茶花提取物浓缩液由下述过程制备:
(1)取成熟茶花,洗净剥皮、切片,用pH为4.0-4.5的酸溶液浸泡,再用95℃-100℃热水热烫,冷却,加入一定量的水打浆,浆液备用;
(2)浆液温度保持在42-45℃,用酸调pH至2.0-2.5,加入胃蛋白酶或果胶酶,搅匀后,维持pH至2.0-2.5,温度为42-45℃的条件下水解;
(3)用碱将水解后的浆液调pH至8.5-9.0,加入胰酶,搅匀后,维持pH至8.5-9.0,42-45℃的条件水解,酶解结束后加热升温进行酶灭活,降温至室温;
(4)用酸调pH至6.0-7.0,进行固液分离,除去茶花肉残渣,收集滤过液,备用;
(5)将滤过液用DEAE层析柱进行吸附,用酸性磷酸盐缓冲液洗脱;
(6)洗脱液用滤膜进行超滤,收集滤出液,即得茶花提取物浓缩液。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述酯基季铵盐为1-甲基-1-油酰胺乙基-2-油酸基咪唑林硫酸甲酯铵。
本发明具有如下优点:可对天然纤维织物的衣物进行柔化减少其起皱,对人体无刺激同时具有杀菌的功效,具有茶花的香味。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种茶花香型洗衣液,其特征在于,其组分重量配比为:35%的表面活性剂、0.03%的竹叶黄酮、2%的茶花提取物浓缩液、3%的酯基季铵盐、1.5%的皂粉、1%的柠檬酸钠、0.05%的无水氯化钙、4%的抗皱剂、5%的烷基糖苷、1.5%的茶皂素、2%的丙二醇、0.6%的酶制剂0.2%的防腐剂、2%的增稠剂和0.4%的薰衣草精油,余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述茶花提取物浓缩液由下述过程制备:
(1)取成熟茶花,洗净剥皮、切片,用pH为4.0-4.5的酸溶液浸泡,再用95℃-100℃热水热烫,冷却,加入一定量的水打浆,浆液备用;

一种茶花香型洗衣液,其特征在于,其组分重量配比为:18%的表面活性剂、0.005%的竹叶黄酮、1%的茶花提取物浓缩液、2%的酯基季铵盐、1.5%的皂粉、1%的柠檬酸钠、0.05%的无水氯化钙、0.6%的抗皱剂、2%的烷基糖苷、0.6%的茶皂素、0.5%的丙二醇、0.6%的酶制剂0.4%的防腐剂、2%的增稠剂和0.4%的薰衣草精油,余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述茶花提取物浓缩液由下述过程制备:

1.一种茶花香型洗衣液,其特征在于,其组分重量配比为:18~35%的表面活性剂、0.005~0.03%的竹叶黄酮、1~2%的茶花提取物浓缩液、2~3%的酯基季铵盐、0.3~1.5%的皂粉、0.5~1%的柠檬酸钠、0.01~0.05%的无水氯化钙、0.6~4%的抗皱剂、2~5%的烷基糖苷、0.6~1.5%的茶皂素、0.5~2%的丙二醇、0.6~1.2%的酶制剂0.2~0.4%的防腐剂、1~2%的增稠剂和0.4~0.8%的薰衣草精油,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶花香型洗衣液,其特征在于:所述茶花提取物浓缩液由下述过程制备:
(1)取成熟茶花,洗净剥皮、切片,用pH为4.0-4.5的酸溶液浸泡,再用95℃-100℃热水热烫,冷却,加入一定量的水打浆,浆液备用;
(2)浆液温度保持在42-45℃,用酸调pH至2.0-2.5,加入胃蛋白酶或果胶酶,搅匀后,维持pH至2.0-2.5,温度为42-45℃的条件下水解;
(3)用碱将水解后的浆液调pH至8.5-9.0,加入胰酶,搅匀后,维持pH至8.5-9.0,42-45℃的条件水解,酶解结束后加热升温进行酶灭活,降温至室温;
(4)用酸调pH至6.0-7.0,进行固液分离,除去茶花肉残渣,收集滤过液,备用;
(5)将滤过液用DEAE层析柱进行吸附,用酸性磷酸盐缓冲液洗脱;
(6)洗脱液用滤膜进行超滤,收集滤出液,即得茶花提取物浓缩液。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种茶花香型洗衣液,其特征在于:所述酯基季铵盐为1-甲基-1-油酰胺乙基-2-油酸基咪唑林硫酸甲酯铵。
