本发明涉及一种洗衣液,尤其是一种新型洗衣液。其组分重量配比为:20~35%的表面活性剂、1~3%的酯基季铵盐、2~5%的烷基糖苷、0.3~1.5%的皂粉、1~3%的薰衣草提取物、0.2~0.4%的防腐剂、1~2%的增稠剂、0.5~1%的柠檬酸钠、0.02~0.5%的改进荧光增白剂、0.6~4%的丁烷四羧酸、0.6~1.2%的酶制剂,余量为去离子水。它可对天然纤维织物的衣物进行柔化减少其起皱,对人体无刺激同时具有高效增白的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗衣液,尤其是一种新型洗衣液。
背景技术
天然纤维织物,特别是棉织物具有手感自然、吸湿透气、抗静电、穿着舒适、经济实惠等优点,所以深受人们的喜爱,在织物纤维中,以棉纤维的产量最大、应用最广,不过纯棉织物存在易受微生物的侵袭导致纤维霉变发黄变色的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述技术问题,提供了一种新型洗衣液,它可对天然纤维织物的衣物进行柔化减少其起皱,对人体无刺激同时具有高效增白的功效,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型洗衣液,其特征在于,其组分重量配比为:20~35%的表面活性剂、2~3%的酯基季铵盐、2~4%的烷基糖苷、0.4~1.6%的皂粉、1~3%的薰衣草提取物、0.2~0.4%的防腐剂、1~2%的增稠剂、0.5~1%的柠檬酸钠、0.02~0.5%的改进荧光增白剂、0.6~4%的丁烷四羧酸、0.6~1.2%的酶制剂,余量为去离子水。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述表面活性剂所述表面活性剂含有:(a)以下述通式(1)所表示的化合物45~60质量%、(b)碳原子数为1~6的醇13~20质量%、(c)碱剂0.005~0.4质量%、以及水,

式中,R表示碳原子数为8~24的烃基,PO和EO分别表示氧化丙烯基和氧化乙烯基,m以及n表示PO或者EO的数均加成摩尔数,分别为O<m<5、0<n<20;M表示除了氢离子以外的阳离子;PO和EO的加成是嵌段加成或无规加成。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述皂粉由以下各组分按:对甲苯4~10份,碳酸钠5~10份,五水偏硅酸钠3~10份,钙皂分散剂20~30份,沸石10~20份,过碳酸钠5~15份,过硼酸钠10~20份,柠檬酸4~10份,过氧化氢10~20份,乳化剂5~15份,香精0.01~1份,光漂剂0.01~1份和有氧蛋白酶5~15份的重量配比制成。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述改进荧光增白剂由以下步骤制备:将4-二甲氨基苯甲酰氯、对氯邻氨基苯酚掺杂SO4 2-/ZrO2-Fe2O3-SiO2型混晶固体超强酸催化剂、乙二醇单丁醚混合,升温至160-180℃,回流反应2-3小时,静置,分离催化剂,加入氢氧化钠5-10份,再升温至100-120℃继续搅拌1-2小时,静置、分离除去下层溶液,上层反应产物用减压法蒸馏出溶剂,使反应物呈胶状物,加入10℃以下的水洗涤、过滤,得到所述改进荧光增白剂。
本发明具有如下优点:可对天然纤维织物的衣物进行柔化减少其起皱,对人体无刺激同时具有高效增白的功效。

实施例1
一种新型洗衣液,其特征在于,其组分重量配比为:30%的表面活性剂、2%的酯基季铵盐、2%的烷基糖苷、0.4%的皂粉、1%的薰衣草提取物、0.2%的防腐剂、1%的增稠剂、0.5%的柠檬酸钠、0.02%的改进荧光增白剂、0.6%的丁烷四羧酸、0.6%的酶制剂,余量为去离子水。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述表面活性剂所述表面活性剂含有:(a)以下述通式(1)所表示的化合物45~60质量%、(b)碳原子数为1~6的醇13~20质量%、(c)碱剂0.005~0.4质量%、以及水,

一种新型洗衣液,其特征在于,其组分重量配比为:35%的表面活性剂、2%的酯基季铵盐、2%的烷基糖苷、1.6%的皂粉、1%的薰衣草提取物、0.2%的防腐剂、2%的增稠剂、1%的柠檬酸钠、0.02%的改进荧光增白剂、4%的丁烷四羧酸、1.2%的酶制剂,余量为去离子水。

1.一种新型洗衣液,其特征在于,其组分重量配比为:20~35%的表面活性剂、2~3%的酯基季铵盐、2~4%的烷基糖苷、0.4~1.6%的皂粉、1~3%的薰衣草提取物、0.2~0.4%的防腐剂、1~2%的增稠剂、0.5~1%的柠檬酸钠、0.02~0.5%的改进荧光增白剂、0.6~4%的丁烷四羧酸、0.6~1.2%的酶制剂,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型洗衣液,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂所述表面活性剂含有:(a)以下述通式(1)所表示的化合物45~60质量%、(b)碳原子数为1~6的醇13~20质量%、(c)碱剂0.005~0.4质量%、以及水,

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型洗衣液,其特征在于:所述皂粉由以下各组分按:对甲苯4~10份,碳酸钠5~10份,五水偏硅酸钠3~10份,钙皂分散剂20~30份,沸石10~20份,过碳酸钠5~15份,过硼酸钠10~20份,柠檬酸4~10份,过氧化氢10~20份,乳化剂5~15份,香精0.01~1份,光漂剂0.01~1份和有氧蛋白酶5~15份的重量配比制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型洗衣液,其特征在于:所述改进荧光增白剂由以下步骤制备:将4-二甲氨基苯甲酰氯、对氯邻氨基苯酚掺杂SO4 2-/ZrO2-Fe2O3-SiO2型混晶固体超强酸催化剂、乙二醇单丁醚混合,升温至160-180℃,回流反应2-3小时,静置,分离催化剂,加入氢氧化钠5-10份,再升温至100-120℃继续搅拌1-2小时,静置、分离除去下层溶液,上层反应产物用减压法蒸馏出溶剂,使反应物呈胶状物,加入10℃以下的水洗涤、过滤,得到所述改进荧光增白剂。
