Abstract
本发明属于一种纳米硼酸盐磁护机油,属于机油配方技术领域。包括350SN基础油、脂肪皂、黄油、乳化剂、吸附剂、N,N二甲基酰胺、增粘剂V261、型号为803B的聚a-烯烃-2、型号为T102的清净分散剂、型号为甲基叔丁基醚的抗爆剂、无灰低碳添加剂、无灰防锈剂、胺类抗氧剂、乙二醇单丁醚、异丁醇、滑石粉、山梨醇、柠檬酸单甲酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯。本发明动力性好,节能环保,摩擦系数低,灰分小,使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种纳米硼酸盐磁护机油,属于机油配方技术领域。
背景技术
目前,国内外机油都面临着环境及能源挑战,亟待向节能减排转型升级,现有的机油主要存在以下缺点:1、现有的机油配方设计不合理,长期使用,会降低尾气净化装置寿命,有害气体排放量大,导致催化剂中毒失效和尾气污染超标;2、摩擦系数高,为了降低摩擦系数,机油中通常添加了含磷含锌的ZDDP,而使用含磷含锌的ZDDP又受法规限制;3、机油灰分大,金属灰分对发动机正常工作危害极大;4、机油中低碳氯化石蜡含量较高,低碳氯化石蜡易致癌且破坏臭氧层;5、现有的机油若是机油动力性较好,则经济性及安全性均较低,而且毒性高,灰分大,污染性强;2、现有的较为环保的机油,则机油的动力性较差,而且阻力高,使用寿命较低,因此,亟待出现一种动力性强,节能环保,使用寿命长的机油。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决已有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种动力性好,节能环保,摩擦系数低,灰分小,使用寿命长的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油。
本发明的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油包括以下重量份的原料:350SN基础油40-70份、脂肪皂3-6份、黄油6-10份、乳化剂5-12份、吸附剂4-6份、N,N二甲基酰胺1-3份、增粘剂V2614-6份、型号为803B的聚a-烯烃-20.5-1.0份、型号为T102的清净分散剂1-3份、型号为甲基叔丁基醚的抗爆剂1-2份、无灰低碳添加剂4-6份、无灰防锈剂0.3-0.5份、胺类抗氧剂0.9-1.4份、乙二醇单丁醚0.5-0.9份、异丁醇1-5份、滑石粉4-6份、山梨醇0.8-1.2份、柠檬酸单甲酯0.5-1.5份、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯0.4-0.8份;
所述原料中还包括硼酸盐1-4份、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐5-9份、硫化异丁烯4-9份、丙烯酸甲酯5-10、三羟甲基丙烷4-6份、烷基水杨酸钙3-6份、二异氰酸酯4-9份;
所述原料中还包括肉桂醇5-9份、全氟辛基磺酸钠4-9份、石墨粉3-9份、荷荷巴油10-20份、石油醚8-12份、氯仿0.5-0.9份;
所述硼酸盐为偏硼酸盐、原硼酸盐、多硼酸盐、四硼酸钠中的任意一种;
所述吸附剂为:活性白土、活性氧化铝、碳分子筛的组合物,上述三者的重量比为3:2:1;
所述350SN基础油的运动粘度(40℃)mm2/s50-74,倾点≤-8℃;
所述无灰低碳添加剂为雪佛龙公司推出的OLOA1255Z,运动粘度为40℃mm2/s1883,闪点189℃;
所述无灰防锈剂为烯基丁二酸或磷酸酯胺盐或二者的复配混合物,二者的复配比例为1:(0.4-3);
所述胺类抗氧剂为为二苯胺、二庚基二苯胺、二辛基二苯胺中的任意一种或两种、或三种混合。
本发明的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油,配方设计合理,各原料相互配合,缺一不可,相互协同,具有以下优点:1、提高能降低尾气净化装置寿命,减少有害气体排放量,防止催化剂中毒失效和尾气污染超标;2、摩擦系数低,动力性好;3、机油灰分少,能保证发动机正常工作;4、机油中几乎不含有低碳氯化石蜡,防止臭氧层被破坏,防止有毒气体侵害人体健康;5、使用寿命长。综上所述,本发明的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油配方设计合理,在机油领域具有很好的应用前景。

以下给出本发明的具体实施方式,用来对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
本实施例的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油包括以下重量份的原料:350SN基础油40份、脂肪皂3份、黄油6份、乳化剂5份、吸附剂4份、N,N二甲基酰胺1份、增粘剂V2614份、型号为803B的聚a-烯烃-20.5份、型号为T102的清净分散剂1份、型号为甲基叔丁基醚的抗爆剂1份、无灰低碳添加剂4-6份、甲基苯三唑衍生物3-6份、无灰防锈剂0.3份、胺类抗氧剂0.9份、乙二醇单丁醚0.5份、异丁醇1份、滑石粉4份、山梨醇0.8份、柠檬酸单甲酯0.5份、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯0.4份。
实施例2
本实施例的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油包括以下重量份的原料:350SN基础油70份、脂肪皂6份、黄油10份、乳化剂12份、吸附剂6份、N,N二甲基酰胺3份、增粘剂V2616份、型号为803B的聚a-烯烃-21.0份、型号为T102的清净分散剂3份、型号为甲基叔丁基醚的抗爆剂2份、无灰低碳添加剂6份、甲基苯三唑衍生物6份、无灰防锈剂0.5份、胺类抗氧剂1.4份、乙二醇单丁醚0.9份、异丁醇5份、滑石粉6份、山梨醇1.2份、柠檬酸单甲酯1.5份、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯0.8份。
实施例3
本实施例的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油包括以下重量份的原料350SN基础油40份、脂肪皂5份、黄油8份、乳化剂8份、吸附剂5份、N,N二甲基酰胺2份、增粘剂V2615份、型号为803B的聚a-烯烃-20.8份、型号为T102的清净分散剂2份、型号为甲基叔丁基醚的抗爆剂1.5份、无灰低碳添加剂5份、无灰防锈剂0.4份、胺类抗氧剂1.0份、乙二醇单丁醚0.7份、异丁醇3份、滑石粉5份、山梨醇1.0份、柠檬酸单甲酯1.0份、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯0.6份、硼酸盐3份、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐7份、硫化异丁烯6份、丙烯酸甲酯8、三羟甲基丙烷5份、烷基水杨酸钙5份、二异氰酸酯8份、肉桂醇7份、全氟辛基磺酸钠6份、石墨粉3份、荷荷巴油10份、石油醚8份、氯仿0.5份;

4、机油中几乎不含有低碳氯化石蜡,防止臭氧层被破坏,防止有毒气体侵害人体健康;
5、使用寿命长。
Claims (9)
1.纳米硼酸盐磁护机油包括以下重量份的原料:350SN基础油40-70份、脂肪皂3-6份、黄油6-10份、乳化剂5-12份、吸附剂4-6份、N,N二甲基酰胺1-3份、增粘剂V2614-6份、型号为803B的聚a-烯烃-20.5-1.0份、型号为T102的清净分散剂1-3份、型号为甲基叔丁基醚的抗爆剂1-2份、无灰低碳添加剂4-6份、无灰防锈剂0.3-0.5份、胺类抗氧剂0.9-1.4份、乙二醇单丁醚0.5-0.9份、异丁醇1-5份、滑石粉4-6份、山梨醇0.8-1.2份、柠檬酸单甲酯0.5-1.5份、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯0.4-0.8份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油,其特征在于所述原料中还包括硼酸盐1-4份、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐5-9份、硫化异丁烯4-9份、丙烯酸甲酯5-10、三羟甲基丙烷4-6份、烷基水杨酸钙3-6份、二异氰酸酯4-9份。
3.按照权利要求1或所述的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油,其特征在于所述原料中还包括肉桂醇5-9份、全氟辛基磺酸钠4-9份、石墨粉3-9份、荷荷巴油10-20份、石油醚8-12份、氯仿0.5-0.9份。
4.按照权利要求2所述的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油,其特征在于所述硼酸盐为偏硼酸盐、原硼酸盐、多硼酸盐、四硼酸钠中的任意一种。
5.按照权利要求1所述的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油,其特征在于所述吸附剂为:活性白土、活性氧化铝、碳分子筛的组合物,上述三者的重量比为3:2:1。
6.按照权利要求1所述的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油,其特征在于所述350SN基础油的运动粘度(40℃)mm2/s50-74,倾点≤-8℃。
7.按照权利要求1所述的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油,其特征在于所述无灰低碳添加剂为雪佛龙公司推出的OLOA1255Z,运动粘度为40℃mm2/s1883,闪点189℃。
8.按照权利要求1所述的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油,其特征在于所述无灰防锈剂为烯基丁二酸或磷酸酯胺盐或二者的复配混合物,二者的复配比例为1:(0.4-3)。
9.按照权利要求1所述的纳米硼酸盐磁护机油,其特征在于所述胺类抗氧剂为为二苯胺、二庚基二苯胺、二辛基二苯胺中的任意一种或两种、或三种混合。
