Abstract

本发明涉及一种热硫化面涂胶黏剂及其制备方法,该胶黏剂由以下重量份含量的组分组成:卤化橡胶13份,卤化聚合物溶液15-30份,亚硝基化合物5~15份,稳定剂0~5份,惰性颜填料0~10份,有机溶剂40~60份,其制备方法为:将所有物料投入带分散研磨的搅拌设备中,进行高速分散研磨,直到取样产品粒度为10μm以下。本发明的胶黏剂对基材与橡胶的黏接采用加温加压的热硫化工艺达到橡胶破坏的强度。

一种热硫化面涂胶黏剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶黏剂,具体的说,涉及到一种用于加温加压将橡胶与基材的结构黏接的热硫化面涂胶黏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属和橡胶是两种不同的材料,它们的化学结构和机械性能有着很大的差别。借助于金属与橡胶的黏接可以使两种材料结合成人们所需要的有着不同构型和不同特性的复合件,这种技术促进了材料领域中的革命。这些复合件的应用领域日益广泛,如:汽车工业、机械制造工业、建筑工业等典型的例子有各种胶辊、桥梁的支撑缓冲垫、建筑物中的抗震减振件等。决定金属与橡胶复合制品应用性能的技术因素包括:橡胶配合技术、结构设计技术、橡胶加工技术、补强材料技术及黏接技术。尤其是黏接技术是决定制品品质的重要因素之一,而专用于金属和橡胶黏接的胶黏剂在这项工艺中更是关键的材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种热硫化面涂胶黏剂,以解决橡胶与基材(金属基材为主)的结构黏接,主要用于减震作用(汽车、桥梁等)。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明的技术方案是:

在本发明的一优选实施例中,所述卤化橡胶为氯化聚丙烯、马来酸酐改性氯化聚丙烯、环氧树脂改性氯化聚丙烯、氯化聚乙烯、氯磺化聚乙烯、氯化天然橡胶、氯丁橡胶、氯化聚丁二烯、溴化聚合物等中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
在本发明的一优选实施例中,所述卤化聚合物溶液为氯化聚丙烯、马来酸酐改性氯化聚丙烯、环氧树脂改性氯化聚丙烯、氯化聚乙烯、氯磺化聚乙烯、氯化天然橡胶、氯丁橡胶、氯化聚丁二烯、溴化聚合物中的一种或任意两种以上的混合物。
在本发明的一优选实施例中,所述亚硝基化合物为间二亚硝基苯、对二亚硝基苯、间二亚硝基萘、对二亚硝基萘、2,5-二亚硝基-对甲基异丙基苯、2-甲基-1,4-二亚硝基苯、2-甲基-5-氯-1,4-二亚硝基苯、2-氟-1,4-二亚硝基苯、二亚硝基苯的其它衍生物等中的一种或任意两种以上的混合物。
在本发明的一优选实施例中,所述稳定剂为铅盐、钙锌无毒稳定剂、硫磺、硒粉、硫醇锡、羧酸锡等中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述铅盐为二盐基亚磷酸铅。
在本发明的一优选实施例中,所述惰性颜填料为碳酸钙、硅微粉、高岭土、硫酸钡、硅藻土、钛白粉、炭黑、二氧化硅、硅氧化铝、氧化铝、氧化锌、氧化镁等中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
在本发明的一更优选实施例中,所述碳酸钙为纳米碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙或重质碳酸钙。
在本发明的一优选实施例中,所述溶剂为甲苯、溶剂级二甲苯、异构级二甲苯、氯苯、二氯甲烷、二氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、四氯乙烷、四氯化碳、丁酮、甲基异丁基甲酮等中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
本发明的热硫化面涂胶黏剂的制备方法为:
是在常温低湿(湿度低于60%以下)环境中,将固体聚合物配制成相应溶液,慢速加入各种物料,进行高速分散研磨达到一定的细度后即成胶黏剂。
将固体聚合物预先溶解到溶剂中形成稳定的溶液后再使用。
各种惰性颜填料必须保持干燥,无结块现象,呈粉状或者微粒状。
研磨采用了胶体磨、球磨机及篮式研磨等分散技术。
由以下步骤组成:
(1)在常温低湿(湿度低于60%以下),将卤化橡胶溶解在有机溶剂中呈均匀状态,搅拌2h-14h;
(2)向步骤(1)所得的溶液中加入卤化聚合物溶液、亚硝基化合物、稳定剂、惰性颜填料,再进行充分的研磨,研磨时间4h-48h。
本发明的热硫化面涂胶黏剂的优点是:
对橡胶与基材(金属为主)的热硫化黏接,能达到橡胶材质破坏的强度,90°剥离强度≥15KN/m。
该胶黏剂由性质、结构不同的多种高聚物成份,多种增黏树脂和多种溶剂组成,能用于橡胶与基材(金属为主)的等绝大多数减震件材料的结构黏接。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明,但本发明的内容完全不局限于此。
实施例1:
原料配方:
上面的配方中,不能使用模糊的物质概念,需要具体到某种物质。
制备方法:
(1)在带有搅拌器、冷凝器的1000ml三口烧瓶中,按以上重量,将氯化天然橡胶溶于有机溶剂中,搅拌4h呈均匀液态;
(2)将步骤(1)的溶液转入高速分散研磨设备,按顺序加入卤化聚合物溶液、亚硝基化合物、稳定剂、惰性颜填料,密闭高速分散研磨设备,开通冷却水,进行高速研磨分散8h呈均匀的溶液,出料后即为该实施例的热硫化面涂胶黏剂。
将本实施例制备所得的热硫化面涂胶黏剂用于黏接下列材料(金属表面仅进行喷砂干燥处理),根据《GBT7760-2003硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶与硬质板材黏合强度的测定90°剥离法》标准,测定天然橡胶与铁的90°剥离强度(23℃)如表1所示:

市场上常见的开姆洛克的产品黏接的同类材料的90°剥离强度平均为25.2KN/m,由表1中的数据可得出,本发明的胶黏剂的90°剥离强度平均为28.2KN/m,可见本发明的胶黏剂对天然橡胶/铁的热硫化黏接效果良好。
实施例2
原料配方:
上面的配方中,不能使用模糊的物质概念,需要具体到某种物质。
制备方法:
(1)在带有搅拌器、冷凝器的1000ml三口烧瓶中,按以上重量,将氯化天然橡胶溶于有机溶剂中,搅拌4h呈均匀液态;
(2)将步骤(1)的溶液转入高速分散研磨设备,按顺序加入卤化聚合物溶液、亚硝基化合物、稳定剂、惰性颜填料,密闭高速分散研磨设备,开通冷却水,进行高速研磨分散10h呈均匀的溶液,出料后即为该实施例的热硫化面涂胶黏剂。
将本实施例制备所得的热硫化面涂胶黏剂用于黏接下列材料(四氟乙烯表面打磨处理),根据《GBT7760-2003硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶与硬质板材黏合强度的测定90°剥离法》标准,测定天然橡胶与四氟乙烯(表面处理)的90°剥离强度(23℃)如表2所示:

实施例3
原料配方:
上面的配方中,不能使用模糊的物质概念,需要具体到某种物质。
制备方法:
(1)在带有搅拌器、冷凝器的1000ml三口烧瓶中,按以上重量,将氯化天然橡胶溶于有机溶剂中,搅拌4h呈均匀液态;
(2)将步骤(1)的溶液转入高速分散研磨设备,按顺序加入卤化聚合物溶液、亚硝基化合物、稳定剂、惰性颜填料,密闭高速分散研磨设备,开通冷却水,进行高速研磨分散12h呈均匀的溶液,出料后即为该实施例的热硫化面涂胶黏剂。
将本实施例制备所得的热硫化面涂胶黏剂用于黏接下列材料(金属表面镀锌处理),根据《GBT7760-2003硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶与硬质板材黏合强度的测定90°剥离法》标准,测定天然橡胶与镀锌金属的90°剥离强度(23℃)如表3所示:

5.根据权利要求1或2所述的热硫化面涂胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述亚硝基化合物为间二亚硝基苯、对二亚硝基苯、间二亚硝基萘、对二亚硝基萘、2,5-二亚硝基-对甲基异丙基苯、2-甲基-1,4-二亚硝基苯、2-甲基-5-氯-1,4-二亚硝基苯、2-氟-1,4-二亚硝基苯、二亚硝基苯中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的热硫化面涂胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为铅盐、钙锌无毒稳定剂、硫磺、硒粉、硫醇锡、羧酸锡中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的热硫化面涂胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述铅盐为二盐基亚磷酸铅。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的热硫化面涂胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述惰性颜填料为碳酸钙、硅微粉、高岭土、硫酸钡、硅藻土、钛白粉、炭黑、二氧化硅、硅氧化铝、氧化铝、氧化锌、氧化镁中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的热硫化面涂胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述碳酸钙为纳米碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙或重质碳酸钙。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的热硫化面涂胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为甲苯、溶剂级二甲苯、异构级二甲苯、氯苯、二氯甲烷、二氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、四氯乙烷、四氯化碳、丁酮、甲基异丁基甲酮等中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
11.一种权利要求1至10任一项权利要求所述的热硫化面涂胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
(1)在常温、湿度低于60%以下的环境中,将卤化橡胶溶解在有机溶剂中呈均匀状态,搅拌2h-14h;
(2)向步骤(1)所得的溶液中加入其它物料,再进行充分的研磨,研磨时间4h-48h。
