一种可降解的压纹农药包装膜,涉及农药配套产品加工生产技术领域,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,PVA550-650份、水溶性葡聚糖120-145份、钙粉20-35份、领苯二甲酸二辛酯3-7份、石墨7-15份、磷酸锌溶液20-30份、熊胆粉末3-8份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、均聚聚丙烯10-15份、丙二醇脂肪酸1-4份、甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合物3-6份、烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份、土木香粉末3-8份、水杨酸钠1-2份。本发明方法合理、容易降解、危害小。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及农药配套产品加工生产技术领域,具体涉及一种可降解的压纹农药包装膜。
背景技术:
水溶性聚合物薄膜通常用于定量包装材料以简化分散、倾注、量化和溶解,例如由水溶性聚合物薄膜制得的定量包装袋用于定量包装农药或者种子等等,如把农药按固定间隔包装起来再埋入地下,保护、节省农药,可省去撒施的繁忙,目前市场上这类水溶性聚合物薄膜已广泛应用,但该类聚合物薄膜仍存在下述不足:首先,对溶解温度的要求,溶解温度高的时候,溶解效率高,溶解性能好,几乎无碎片残留,不需要人工或机械进一步处理,当溶解温度降低时,溶解效率即显示降低,需要较长的溶解时间,影响种子除芽及成活率,而处于低温环境中,尤其是温度环境中于10℃以下时,溶解效率极低,甚至不能溶解,而实际操作中从操作的可靠性和节省加工成本的角度考虑,更需要在低温环境下使水溶性聚合物薄膜溶解,以满足不同使用条件下的要求。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、容易降解、危害小的一种可降解的压纹农药包装膜。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种可降解的压纹农药包装膜,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
PVA550-650份、水溶性葡聚糖120-145份、钙粉20-35份、领苯二甲酸二辛酯3-7份、石墨7-15份、磷酸锌溶液20-30份、熊胆粉末3-8份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、均聚聚丙烯10-15份、丙二醇脂肪酸1-4份、甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合物3-6份、烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份、土木香粉末3-8份、水杨酸钠1-2份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ加入去离子水650-800份,加热至沸腾,然后放入搅拌设备中,再依次加入PVA、水溶性葡聚糖、钙粉、领苯二甲酸二辛酯、石墨、磷酸锌溶液,搅拌60分钟;
Ⅱ再继续加入熊胆粉末、聚乙烯醇、均聚聚丙烯、丙二醇脂肪酸,继续搅拌40分钟;
Ⅲ再继续放入甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合物、烷基苯磺酸钠、土木香粉末、水杨酸钠,继续搅拌25分钟;
Ⅳ将搅拌后的材料自然脱气,然后流延成膜并烘干,含湿量小于等于8%,烘干温度为108-133℃,烘干过程中相对食物为50-62%,膜的厚度根据需要制定。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的材料在高温、低温都可以溶解,而且材料没有多余的有害物质,不会对土壤等造成伤害,并且其中有的材料是土壤所需的,不会造成环境污染,方法合理、容易降解、危害小。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种可降解的压纹农药包装膜,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
PVA600份、水溶性葡聚糖120份、钙粉25份、领苯二甲酸二辛酯5份、石墨10份、磷酸锌溶液22份、熊胆粉末4份、聚乙烯醇11份、均聚聚丙烯10份、丙二醇脂肪酸1份、甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合物5份、烷基苯磺酸钠2份、土木香粉末4份、水杨酸钠1份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ加入去离子水700份,加热至沸腾,然后放入搅拌设备中,再依次加入PVA、水溶性葡聚糖、钙粉、领苯二甲酸二辛酯、石墨、磷酸锌溶液,搅拌60分钟;
Ⅱ再继续加入熊胆粉末、聚乙烯醇、均聚聚丙烯、丙二醇脂肪酸,继续搅拌40分钟;
Ⅲ再继续放入甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合物、烷基苯磺酸钠、土木香粉末、水杨酸钠,继续搅拌25分钟;
Ⅳ将搅拌后的材料自然脱气,然后流延成膜并烘干,含湿量小于等于8%,烘干温度为108-133℃,烘干过程中相对食物为50-62%,膜的厚度根据需要制定。
实施例2
一种可降解的压纹农药包装膜,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
PVA650份、水溶性葡聚糖145份、钙粉35份、领苯二甲酸二辛酯7份、石墨15份、磷酸锌溶液20份、熊胆粉末3份、聚乙烯醇15份、均聚聚丙烯10份、丙二醇脂肪酸1份、甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合物6份、烷基苯磺酸钠1份、土木香粉末3份、水杨酸钠2份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ加入去离子水780份,加热至沸腾,然后放入搅拌设备中,再依次加入PVA、水溶性葡聚糖、钙粉、领苯二甲酸二辛酯、石墨、磷酸锌溶液,搅拌60分钟;
Ⅱ再继续加入熊胆粉末、聚乙烯醇、均聚聚丙烯、丙二醇脂肪酸,继续搅拌40分钟;
Ⅲ再继续放入甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合物、烷基苯磺酸钠、土木香粉末、水杨酸钠,继续搅拌25分钟;
Ⅳ将搅拌后的材料自然脱气,然后流延成膜并烘干,含湿量小于等于8%,烘干温度为108-133℃,烘干过程中相对食物为50-62%,膜的厚度根据需要制定。

PVA550-650份、水溶性葡聚糖120-145份、钙粉20-35份、领苯二甲酸二辛酯3-7份、石墨7-15份、磷酸锌溶液20-30份、熊胆粉末3-8份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、均聚聚丙烯10-15份、丙二醇脂肪酸1-4份、甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合物3-6份、烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份、土木香粉末3-8份、水杨酸钠1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解的压纹农药包装膜,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ加入去离子水650-800份,加热至沸腾,然后放入搅拌设备中,再依次加入PVA、水溶性葡聚糖、钙粉、领苯二甲酸二辛酯、石墨、磷酸锌溶液,搅拌60分钟;
Ⅱ再继续加入熊胆粉末、聚乙烯醇、均聚聚丙烯、丙二醇脂肪酸,继续搅拌40分钟;
Ⅲ再继续放入甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合物、烷基苯磺酸钠、土木香粉末、水杨酸钠,继续搅拌25分钟;
Ⅳ将搅拌后的材料自然脱气,然后流延成膜并烘干,含湿量小于等于8%,烘干温度为108-133℃,烘干过程中相对食物为50-62%,膜的厚度根据需要制定。
