本发明涉及一种复合滤芯。
背景技术
目前的复合滤芯只有一个外壳,外壳内通过设置多种的过滤物质,即形成复合滤芯,这些复合滤芯只有一组进出水口,如果需要多条水路的水质分别进行过滤,则需要安装多个复合滤芯,造成诸多不便。还有,目前的复合滤芯的进水口和出水口分别位于滤芯两端,导致水路连接错乱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单、合理,安装方便、至少具有两种过滤功能的复合滤芯。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种复合滤芯,包括设有至少两套过滤装置的滤芯本体,其特征是,各套过滤装置均分别设有将其固定的支撑部件,各套过滤装置呈直线排布、并相对固定。此款复合滤芯可以根据用户的需求,将不同功能的过滤装置接驳在一起,即可形成具有多种过滤功能的复合滤芯。
本发明的目的还可以采用以下技术措施解决:
作为更具体的方案,所述各套过滤装置分别设有独立的外壳、过滤模块和滤水通道,过滤模块和滤水通道设置在外壳内,滤水通道依次包括进水腔和出水腔,进水腔和出水腔之间通过其相应的过滤模块连通。由于具有至少两条滤水通道,所以,可以与多条水路连接。
所述过滤模块包括由筒状滤芯和设置在筒状滤芯两端的端盖构成,过滤模块外周与外壳内壁之间形成所述进水腔,筒状滤芯的内腔为所述出水腔。
所述滤芯本体的同一端分别对应各套过滤装置的进水腔和出水腔设有进水口和出水口,以便于滤芯本体的安装。
作为更进一步的方案,所述滤芯本体设有两套过滤装置,两套过滤装置分别为第一过滤装置和第二过滤装置,第一过滤装置内设有第一进水腔和第一出水腔,第一过滤装置外的一端设有第一进水口、第一出水口、第二进水口和第二出水口,第一过滤装置外的另一端与第二过滤装置的一端连接,第二过滤装置的另一端与滤芯盖密封连接;第二过滤装置内设有第二进水腔和第二出水腔,第二进水腔和第二出水腔通过导流管分别与第二进水口和第二出水口连通。
所述第一过滤装置包括第一外壳和第一过滤模块,第一外壳一端设有所述第一进水口、第一出水口、第二进水口和第二出水口,第一外壳另一端敞开;第一过滤模块设置在第一外壳内,第一过滤模块包括第一筒状滤芯以及设置在第一筒状滤芯两端第一端盖、第二端盖,第一筒状滤芯外周与第一外壳内壁之间形成所述第一进水腔,第一筒状滤芯内腔为第一出水腔;所述第二过滤装置包括第二外壳和第二过滤模块,第二外壳一端设有底板、并与第一外壳的敞开端密封连接,第二外壳另一端敞开、并与所述滤芯盖密封连接;第二过滤模块设置在第二外壳内,第二过滤模块包括第二筒状滤芯以及设置在第二筒状滤芯两端第三端盖、第四端盖,第二筒状滤芯外周与第二外壳内壁之间形成所述第二进水腔,第二筒状滤芯内腔为第二出水腔;所述导流管内设有进水通道和出水通道,导流管穿过所述第一出水腔,进水通道两端分别与第二进水口和第二进水腔连通,出水通道两端分别与第二出水口和第二出水腔连通。
所述第一筒状滤芯由内外两层构成,其内层为第一碳棒滤层,外层为初过滤层。
所述第二筒状滤芯为碳棒滤芯。
所述第一端盖位于靠近所述第一外壳一端处,第一端盖表面对应第一筒状滤芯的内腔设有第一套管,导流管穿过第一套管,第一套管与第一筒状滤芯的内腔之间形成有第一过流间隙,第一套管与导流管之间形成第二过流间隙,第一过流间隙和第二过流间隙共同构成所述第一出水腔。
所述第三端盖靠近第一过滤装置处,第三端盖表面对应第二筒状滤芯的内腔设有第二套管,第二套管与第二筒状滤芯的内腔之间形成有第三过流间隙,第二套管内形成有过流通道,第三过流间隙和过流通道共同构成所述第二出水腔。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)此款复合滤芯可以根据用户的需求,将不同功能的过滤装置接驳在一起,即可形成具有多种过滤功能的复合滤芯;
(2)此款复合滤芯的各套过滤装置均独立设有滤水通道,各滤水通道可以分别与不同的水路连接,避免现有技术中多条水路分别需要过滤时,每条水路均安装滤芯的不良现象,同时也能节省空间体积;
(3)此款复合滤芯中每条滤水通道的进水口和出水口均位于滤芯本体的一端,使得与之连接的水路排布在复合滤芯一端处即可,水路布置更合理、清晰。

参见图1至图4所示,一种复合滤芯,包括设有两套过滤装置的滤芯本体,两套过滤装置分别为第一过滤装置20和第二过滤装置10,第一过滤装置20内设有第一进水腔75和第一出水腔,第一过滤装置外的一端设有第一进水口55、第一出水口52、第二进水口53和第二出水口54,第一过滤装置20外的另一端与第二过滤装置10的一端连接,第二过滤装置10的另一端与滤芯盖1密封连接;第二过滤装置10内设有第二进水腔25和第二出水腔,第二进水腔25和第二出水腔通过导流管6分别与第二进水口53和第二出水口54连通。其中,第一进水腔75的水流方向见图4中J1箭头(实线箭头)所示,第一出水腔的水流方向见图4中C1箭头(虚线箭头)所示;第二进水腔25的水流方向见图5中J2箭头(实线箭头)所示,第二出水腔的水流方向见图5中C2箭头(虚线箭头)所示。

所述滤芯盖1顶部设有把手11,所述第一外壳5一端还设有盖板4,盖板4设有定位槽41,盖板4还对应所述第一进水口55、第一出水口52、第二进水口53和第二出水口54分别设有孔位,所述第一外壳5一端外周设有凸扣51。

1.一种复合滤芯,包括设有至少两套过滤装置的滤芯本体,其特征是,各套过滤装置均分别设有将其固定的支撑部件,各套过滤装置呈直线排布、并相对固定;
所述各套过滤装置分别设有独立的外壳、过滤模块和滤水通道,过滤模块和滤水通道设置在外壳内,滤水通道依次包括进水腔和出水腔,进水腔和出水腔之间通过其相应的过滤模块连通;
所述滤芯本体的同一端分别对应各套过滤装置的进水腔和出水腔设有进水口和出水口;
所述过滤模块包括由筒状滤芯和设置在筒状滤芯两端的端盖构成,过滤模块外周与外壳内壁之间形成所述进水腔,筒状滤芯的内腔为所述出水腔;
所述滤芯本体设有两套过滤装置,两套过滤装置分别为第一过滤装置(20)和第二过滤装置(10),第一过滤装置(20)内设有第一进水腔(75)和第一出水腔,第一过滤装置外的一端设有第一进水口(55)、第一出水口(52)、第二进水口(53)和第二出水口(54),第一过滤装置(20)外的另一端与第二过滤装置(10)的一端连接,第二过滤装置(10)的另一端与滤芯盖(1)密封连接;第二过滤装置(10)内设有第二进水腔(25)和第二出水腔,第二进水腔(25)和第二出水腔通过导流管(6)分别与第二进水口(53)和第二出水口(54)连通。

所述导流管(6)内设有进水通道(62)和出水通道(61),导流管(6)穿过所述第一出水腔,进水通道(62)两端分别与第二进水口(53)和第二进水腔(25)连通,出水通道(61)两端分别与第二出水口(54)和第二出水腔连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述复合滤芯,其特征是,所述第一筒状滤芯由内外两层构成,其内层为第一碳棒滤层(72),外层为初过滤层(73)。
4.根据权利要求2所述复合滤芯,其特征是,所述第二筒状滤芯(22)为碳棒滤芯。
5.根据权利要求2所述复合滤芯,其特征是,所述第一端盖(71)位于靠近所述第一外壳(5)一端处,第一端盖(71)表面对应第一筒状滤芯的内腔设有第一套管(78),导流管(6)穿过第一套管(78),第一套管(78)与第一筒状滤芯的内腔之间形成有第一过流间隙(76),第一套管(78)与导流管(6)之间形成第二过流间隙(77),第一过流间隙(76)和第二过流间隙(77)共同构成所述第一出水腔。
6.根据权利要求2所述复合滤芯,其特征是,所述第三端盖(24)靠近第一过滤装置(20)处,第三端盖(24)表面对应第二筒状滤芯(22)的内腔设有第二套管(23),第二套管(23)与第二筒状滤芯(22)的内腔之间形成有第三过流间隙(26),第二套管(23)内形成有过流通道(27),第三过流间隙(26)和过流通道(27)共同构成所述第二出水腔。
