Claims (9)
- 红外线金属蜂窝燃烧板的碰焊模具,其特征在于:所述的红外线金属蜂窝燃烧板的碰焊模具包括有上模(11)以及下模(12);上模(11)包括有上安装板(13)、绝缘板(14)、上导槽板(15)、上电极(16)、上动力元件(17)以及锥体模芯(18),上安装板(13)与绝缘板(14)固定连接,绝缘板(14)与上导槽板(15)固定连接,上导槽板(15)的导槽与上电极(16)的导轨动配合连接,使上电极(16)可以于上导槽板(15)的导槽移动,上动力元件(17)与绝缘板(14)固定连接,动力元件(17)的动力头与锥体模芯(18)连接,锥体模芯(18)的外圆锥面(19)位于上电极(16)的内圆锥面(20)内,锥体模芯(18)的外圆锥面(19)与上电极(16)的内圆锥面(20)接触;上导槽板(15)与上电极(16)之间设有压缩弹簧(22),压缩弹簧(22)被压缩于上导槽板(15)与上电极(16)之间,锥体模芯(18)向下移动时,锥体模芯(18)克服压缩弹簧(22)的弹力推上电极(16)移动,将圆环(5)与瓦楞形圆环(6)夹紧焊接在一起;下模(12)包括有下模板(24)、下导槽板(25)、下电极(26)与下动力元件(27),下导槽板(25)与下模板(24)固定连接,下电极(26)的导轨与下导槽板(25)的导槽动配合连接,下动力元件(27)的外壳与下模板(24)固定连接,下动力元件(27)的动力接头与下电极(26)固定连接,利用下动力元件(27)推下电极(26)移动,将圆环(5)与瓦楞形圆环(6)夹紧焊接在一起。使用时,将上模(11)安装于碰焊机的上压板,下模(12)安装于碰焊机的底板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的红外线金属蜂窝燃烧板的碰焊模具,其特征在于:所述的上电极(16)由多个组合构成,每个上电极(16)之间设间隙,上导槽板(15)设有多个,每个上导槽板(15)的导槽与一个上电极(16)的导轨动配合连接,多个上电极(16)组合后的外侧面为圆柱面(28),多个上电极(16)组合后的内侧面为圆锥面(29);每个上电极(16)与每个上导槽板(15)之间设有压缩弹簧(22),锥体模芯(18)向上电极(16)的圆锥面(29)下压时,多个上电极(16)沿锥体模芯(18)的径向方向水平移动;下电极(26)由多个组合构成,每个下电极(26)之间设间隙,下导槽板(25)设有多个,每个下导槽板(25)的导槽与一个下 电极(26)的导轨动配合连接,下动力元件(27)设有多个,每个下动力元件(27)与一个下电极(26)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的红外线金属蜂窝燃烧板的碰焊模具,其特征在于:所述的上电极(16)包括有前上电极(30)、后上电极(31)、左上电极(32)以及右上电极(33),上导槽板(15)包括有前上导槽板(34)、后上导槽板(35)、左上导槽板(36)以及右上导槽板(37);前上导槽板(34)的导槽与前上电极(30)的导轨动配合连接,后上导槽板(35)的导槽与后上电极(31)的导轨动配合连接,左上导槽板(36)的导槽与左上电极(32)的导轨动配合连接,右上导槽板(37)的导槽与右上电极(33)的导轨动配合连接;前上导槽板(34)与前上电极(30)之间、后上导槽板(35)与后上电极(31)之间、左上导槽板(36)与左上电极(32)之间以及右上导槽板(37)与右上电极(33)之间设有压缩弹簧(22)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的红外线金属蜂窝燃烧板的碰焊模具,其特征在于:所述的下电极(26)包括有前下电极(38)、后下电极(39)、左下电极(40)以及右下电极(41),下导槽板(25)包括有前下导槽板(42)、后下导槽板(43)、左下导槽板(44)以及右下导槽板(45),下动力元件(27)包括有前下动力元件(46)、后下动力元件(47)、左下动力元件(48)以及右下动力元件(49);前下电极(38)的导轨与前下导槽板(42)的导槽动配合连接,后下电极(39)的导轨与后下导槽板(43)的导槽动配合连接,左下电极(40)的导轨与左下导槽板(44)的导槽动配合连接,右下电极(41)的导轨与右下导槽板(45)的导槽动配合连接,前下动力元件(46)的动力接头与前下电极(38)连接,后下动力元件(47)的动力接头与后下电极(39)连接,左下动力元件(48)的动力接头与左下电极(40)连接,右下动力元件(49)的动力接头与右下电极(41)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的红外线金属蜂窝燃烧板的碰焊模具,其特征在于:所述的上电极(16)设有上电源连接头(21),用于与碰焊机的焊接电源接头连接;下电极(26)设有下电源连接头(23),用于与碰焊机的焊接电源接头连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的红外线金属蜂窝燃烧板的碰焊模具,其特征在于:所述的上动力元件(17)以及下动力元件(27)为气缸,气缸设有气压装置,气压装置设有控制线与碰焊机的控制器连接,用于控制上动力 元件(17)以及下动力元件(27)的工作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的红外线金属蜂窝燃烧板的碰焊模具,其特征在于:所述的上动力元件(17)以及下动力元件(27)为液压缸,液压缸设有液压装置,液压装置设有控制线与碰焊机的控制器连接,用于控制上动力元件(17)以及下动力元件(27)的工作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的红外线金属蜂窝燃烧板的碰焊模具,其特征在于:所述的上电极(16)与瓦楞形圆环(7)的接触面积大于瓦楞形圆环(7)的瓦楞内尖角(8)与圆环(6)接触面积;下电极(26)与瓦楞形圆环(7)的接触面积大于瓦楞形圆环(7)的瓦楞内尖角(8)与圆环(6)接触面积。
- 根据权利要求1所述的红外线金属蜂窝燃烧板的碰焊模具,其特征在于:所述的红外线金属蜂窝燃烧板的碰焊模具(28)工作原理是:安装时,将红外线金属蜂窝燃烧板的碰焊模具(28)安装于碰焊机上,上模(11)与碰焊机的上压板连接,下模(12)与碰焊机的底板连接;上电极(16)以及下电极(26)与碰焊机的电极接头连接;上动力元件(17)以及下动力元件(27)与气压装置或者液压装置连接,气压装置或者液压装置设有控制线与碰焊机的控制器连接;工作时,将圆环(6)以及瓦楞形圆环(7)放入下模(12)内,同时,使圆环(6)位于瓦楞形圆环(7)内,瓦楞形圆环(7)的瓦楞内尖角(8)与圆环(6)接触,瓦楞形圆环(7)与下电极(26)接触;操作碰焊机下压,上模(11)跟随上压板下降到位停止,将上模(11)的上电极(16)压入到圆环(6);上电极(16)压入到圆环(6)后,控制器控制上动力元件(17)带动锥体模芯(18)下压,锥体模芯(18)的外圆锥面(19)与上电极(16)的内圆锥面(20)接触,锥体模芯(18)下降克服压缩弹簧(22)弹力推动上电极(16)径向水平移动,使上电极(16)与圆环(6)内表面紧密接触;同时,控制器控制下动力元件(27)带动下电极(26)向圆环(6)轴线水平移动,使下电极(26)与瓦楞形圆环(7)的外表面紧密接触;利用下电极(26)以及上电极(16)将圆环(6)以及瓦楞形圆环(7)夹紧于下电极(26)与上电极(16)之间,使瓦楞形圆环(7)的瓦楞内尖角(8)与圆环(6)紧密接触;通过时间控制,下电极(26)以及上电极(16)将圆环(6)以及瓦楞形圆环(7)夹紧后,控制器控制碰焊机放电碰焊,电流由上电极(16) 经瓦楞形圆环(7)的瓦楞内尖角(8)与圆环(6)紧密接触位置回到下电极(26),将瓦楞形圆环(7)的瓦楞内尖角(8)与圆环(6)碰焊在一起;碰焊机放电碰焊后,控制器控制上动力元件(17)带动锥体模芯(18)上升到上限位停止,上电极(16)在压缩弹簧(22)的弹力作用下复位;同时,控制器控制下动力元件(27)带动下电极(26)复位;将完成碰焊的瓦楞环(5)于下模(12)取出。
