Abstract

本发明涉及一种外置式电极陶瓷封装外壳,包含有可以相互盖合在一起的陶瓷底座和上盖,所述陶瓷底座包含有阳极法兰、瓷环、阳极密封碗和外置阳极电极,所述阳极法兰同心焊接于瓷环的上端面,所述阳极密封碗同心焊接于瓷环的下端面,所述阳极法兰、瓷环和阳极密封碗自上至下叠合同心焊接,所述外置阳极电极置于阳极密封碗内;所述上盖包含有阴极密封碗和外置阴极电极,所述外置阴极电极置于阴极密封碗内。本发明中阳极密封碗与阴极密封碗设计可以轻松实现电极的替换功能,电极不需要钎焊,从而降低了对电极材质的要求,面对器件的不同的应用场景,可选用铝电极取代铜电极;陶瓷外壳重量降低50%以上,成本可降低30%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力电子器件技术领域,特别涉及一种外置式电极陶瓷封装外壳。
背景技术
传统电力电子器件主要是指晶闸管,在许多关键领域仍具有不可替代的作用,尤其是随着变流装置容量的不断增大,对高压、大电流的高端传统器件的需求巨大,但近年来随着IGBT、MOSFET等新型电力电子器件的发展,中小功率晶闸管的市场空间被逐步压缩,竞争趋于激烈,成本问题开始凸现。
陶瓷外壳作为器件的关键部件,约占器件总成本的30%。自晶闸管发明至今,陶瓷封装外壳电极都采用高导无氧铜材质,相对而言,虽然无氧铜的导电导热性能、真空钎焊性能较佳,但价格较贵,面对激烈竞争的市场环境,需要一种新的材料来取而代之。
另一方面,装置的集成化,轻型化,小型化已成为器件技术迭代的一种趋势,因此陶瓷外壳结构设计和优化也势在必行了。
一个比较好的方案是用铝电极取代铜电极,因为铝的导电导热性能与铜接近,如果能用铝电极取代铜电极,将革命性降低成本,并大幅减轻装置重量,但铝的熔点很低,钎焊温度与器件工作温度差距不大,可靠性不能保证。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种外置式电极的陶瓷封装外壳,避开了不同材质电极的真空钎焊难题,实现不同材质电极的替代功能。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种外置式电极陶瓷封装外壳,包含有可以相互盖合在一起的陶瓷底座和上盖,所述陶瓷底座包含有阳极法兰、瓷环、阳极密封碗和外置阳极电极,所述阳极法兰同心焊接于瓷环的上端面,所述阳极密封碗同心焊接于瓷环的下端面,所述阳极法兰、瓷环和阳极密封碗自上至下叠合同心焊接,所述外置阳极电极置于阳极密封碗内;
所述上盖包含有阴极密封碗和和外置阴极电极,所述外置阴极电极置于阴极密封碗内。
优选地,在所述外置阳极电极和阳极密封碗之间以及外置阴极电极和阴极密封碗之间分别设置有阳极密封圈和阴极密封圈。
优选地,所述阳极密封碗与阴极密封碗采用无氧铜带冲制而成。
优选地,所述外置阳极电极和外置阴极电极为铝电极。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明中阳极密封碗与阴极密封碗设计可以轻松实现电极的替换功能,电极不需要钎焊,从而降低了对电极材质的要求,面对器件的不同的应用场景,可选用铝电极取代铜电极;陶瓷外壳重量降低50%以上,成本可降低30%以上。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,本实施例中的一种外置式电极陶瓷封装外壳,包含有可以相互盖合在一起的陶瓷底座1和上盖2,所述陶瓷底座1包含有阳极法兰1.1、瓷环1.2、阳极密封碗1.3和外置阳极电极1.4,所述阳极法兰1.1同心焊接于瓷环1.2的上端面,所述阳极密封碗1.3同心焊接于瓷环1.3的下端面,所述阳极法兰1.1、瓷环1.2和阳极密封碗1.3自上至下叠合同心焊接,所述外置阳极电极1.4置于阳极密封碗1.3内。
所述上盖2包含有阴极密封碗2.1和和外置阴极电极2.2,所述外置阴极电极2.2置于阴极密封碗2.1内。
为了防止外置阳极电极1.4和外置阴极电极2.2在装配之前易脱落的问题,在所述外置阳极电极1.4和阳极密封碗1.3之间以及外置阴极电极2.2和阴极密封碗2.1之间分别设置有阳极密封圈1.5和阴极密封圈2.3。
阳极密封碗与阴极密封碗采用无氧铜带冲制而成,外置阴、阳电极可选用铝和电解铜或其它适合的材质。
除上述实施例外,本发明还包括有其他实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效替换方式形成的技术方案,均应落入本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种外置式电极陶瓷封装外壳,包含有可以相互盖合在一起的陶瓷底座(1)和上盖(2),其特征在于:所述陶瓷底座(1)包含有阳极法兰(1.1)、瓷环(1.2)、阳极密封碗(1.3)和外置阳极电极(1.4),所述阳极法兰(1.1)同心焊接于瓷环(1.2)的上端面,所述阳极密封碗(1.3)同心焊接于瓷环(1.3)的下端面,所述阳极法兰(1.1)、瓷环(1.2)和阳极密封碗(1.3)自上至下叠合同心焊接,所述外置阳极电极(1.4)置于阳极密封碗(1.3)内;
所述上盖(2)包含有阴极密封碗(2.1)和和外置阴极电极(2.2),所述外置阴极电极(2.2)置于阴极密封碗(2.1)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外置式电极陶瓷封装外壳,其特征在于:在所述外置阳极电极(1.4)和阳极密封碗(1.3)之间以及外置阴极电极(2.2)和阴极密封碗(2.1)之间分别设置有阳极密封圈(1.5)和阴极密封圈(2.3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种外置式电极陶瓷封装外壳,其特征在于:所述阳极密封碗(1.3)与阴极密封碗(2.1)采用无氧铜带冲制而成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种外置式电极陶瓷封装外壳,其特征在于:所述外置阳极电极(1.4)和外置阴极电极(2.2)为铝电极。
