技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物涂层整理用涂层材料。
背景技术
织物涂层整理,从狭义来讲是将涂层材料涂刮到织物表面的加工过程。织物涂层的涂布方式则要根据产品要求、所用涂层剂的特性来选择。涂层整理的主要目的是改善织物的手感、外观和风格,赋予织物保温、抗菌、隔音、导电、闪光、反光等特殊功能。在我国,涂层加工技术对于橡胶、造纸等行业并不属新工艺,但在纺织印染工业中应用涂层技术,还只是近几年扩大发展起来的,所以还存在许多不足,成膜性差、水洗牢度差,而且成本高,不能满足要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种织物涂层整理用涂层材料,有效增加了手感,防风,使织物更有弹性,牢度更好,而且使织物具有阻燃效果,节约成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是,一种织物涂层整理用涂层材料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
纳米碳酸钙5-8份,羧基丁苯乳液6-9份,成膜助剂7-15份,金属粉3-7份,石蜡6-10份,抗水剂0.6-1.2份,增稠剂3-7份,钛白粉15-25份,片状云母粉12-26份,空心陶瓷微珠16-24份,稳定剂5-8份,复合抗氧剂4-7份,红泥10-20份,二甲基甲酰胺8-16份,色粉3-7份,丁酮8-22份。
