本发明涉及一种铝管两用挂具,包括一横杆以及设置在横杆两端的挂架,所述挂架由一铝型材折弯形成一个U字形;所述铝型材的横截面为U形,该U形的两个顶端分别设置有等腰梯形第一凸起和第二凸起,且第一凸起和第二凸起在与U形的交界处圆滑过渡,并在第一凸起和第二凸起的上表面上开有沿铝型材延伸方向设置的导流槽;该U形的下端中心设置有一矩形第三凸起,且第三凸起在与U形底部的交界处圆滑过渡,并在该第三凸起的下表面设置有波浪形锯齿结构。本发明的优点在于:采用该挂具能够顺利实现镀锌和电镀,可根据实际生产选择相应方式,降低挂具使用数量。

一种铝管两用挂具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种挂具,特别涉及一种铝管两用挂具。
背景技术
挂具是电镀不可缺少的工具,挂具在电镀生产中主要起导电、支撑和固定零件的作用,挂具和电极相连接,使电流较均匀地传递到零件上进行电镀。在某些情况下,由于溶液性能限制镀层的均匀分布,还可依靠挂具来弥补。因此,挂具的结构将直接影响到镀件的质量。
电镀挂具应具有足够的机械强度和良好的导电性能,并要求重量轻、面积小、坚固耐用、装卸零件方便、装载量适当等。
铝管在进行阳极氧化处理时,一般需要先挂置在挂具上,然后将挂具与阳极的导电体电连接后放置于电解液(例如,硫酸电解液)中进行氧化处理。现有的用于挂置铝管的挂具,只是单一的竖直挂杆,这种挂具对铝管固定都是对其两端的夹持,因而该挂具在对铝管固定的过程中容易占据铝管外壁所需电镀的面积,影响电镀效果;此外,这种挂具只能适用于铝管的电镀,不适用于铝管的镀锌处理,因而会增加挂具数量,增加成本。
因此,研发一种能够顺利实现镀锌和电镀,可根据实际生产选择相应方式,降低挂具使用数量的铝管两用挂具是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够顺利实现镀锌和电镀,可根据实际生产选择相应方式,降低挂具使用数量的铝管两用挂具。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种铝管两用挂具,其创新点在于:包括一横杆以及设置在横杆两端的挂架,所述挂架由一铝型材折弯形成一个U字形;所述铝型材的横截面为U形,该U形的两个顶端分别设置有等腰梯形第一凸起和第二凸起,所述第一凸起和第二凸起的上底宽度均为单边U形宽度的1/2,第一凸起和第二凸起的下底宽度均为单边U形宽度的2/3,且第一凸起和第二凸起在与U形的交界处圆滑过渡,并在第一凸起和第二凸起的上表面上开有沿铝型材延伸方向设置的导流槽;该U形的下端中心设置有一矩形第三凸起,该第三凸起的宽度为U形整体宽度的1/2,且第三凸起在与U形底部的交界处圆滑过渡,并在该第三凸起的下表面设置有波浪形锯齿结构。
进一步地,所述挂架的折弯处对称开设有圆形通孔。
本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明的铝管两用挂具,挂架横截面的第一、二凸起在与待电镀铝管接触时,电流分布均匀,确保电镀质量;第一凸起和第二凸起的上表面上开有沿铝型材延伸方向设置的导流槽,能够让电镀液顺利的通过,进一步提升电场分布,提升电镀质量;第三凸起有利于与夹子的锯齿配合,防止夹子松脱;此外,挂架的折弯处对称开设有圆形通孔,有利于电镀过程中排水;
(2)本发明的铝管两用挂具,挂架由横截面为U形的铝型材折弯而成,在进行批量镀锌时,可直接在铝型材的U型槽内嵌入限位横杆,即将各限位横杆水平放置,其两端分别伸入两侧铝型材的U形开口内,在相邻的限位横杆之间放入待镀锌的产品,顺利实现批量镀锌;采用该挂具能够顺利实现镀锌和电镀,可根据实际生产选择相应方式,降低挂具使用数量。

下面的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例
本实施例的铝管两用挂具,包括一横杆以及设置在横杆两端的挂架1,如图1所示,挂架1由一铝型材折弯形成一个U字形,在挂架1的折弯处对称开设有圆形通孔2;
如图2所示,铝型材的横截面为U形,该U形的两个顶端分别设置有等腰梯形第一凸起3和第二凸起4,第一凸起3和第二凸起4的上底宽度均为单边U形宽度的1/2,第一凸起3和第二凸起4的下底宽度均为单边U形宽度的2/3,且第一凸起3和第二凸起4在与U形的交界处圆滑过渡,并在第一凸起3和第二凸起4的上表面上开有沿铝型材延伸方向设置的导流槽5;该U形的下端中心设置有一矩形第三凸起6,该第三凸起6的宽度为U形整体宽度的1/2,且第三凸起6在与U形底部的交界处圆滑过渡,并在该第三凸起6的下表面设置有波浪形锯齿结构。
本实施例的铝管两用挂具,如图3所示,架横截面的第一、二凸起在与待电镀铝管7接触时,电流分布均匀,确保电镀质量;第一凸起3和第二凸起4的上表面上开有沿铝型材延伸方向设置的导流槽5,能够让电镀液顺利的通过,进一步提升电场分布,提升电镀质量;第三凸起6有利于与夹子的锯齿配合,防止夹子8松脱;此外,挂架1的折弯处对称开设有圆形通孔2,有利于电镀过程中排水;
如图4所示,挂架1由横截面为U形的铝型材折弯而成,在进行批量镀锌时,可直接在铝型材的U型槽内嵌入限位横杆9,即将各限位横杆9水平放置,其两端分别伸入两侧铝型材的U形开口内,在相邻的限位横杆之间放入待镀锌的产品,顺利实现批量镀锌;采用该挂具能够顺利实现镀锌和电镀,可根据实际生产选择相应方式,降低挂具使用数量。

1.一种铝管两用挂具,其特征在于:包括一横杆以及设置在横杆两端的挂架,所述挂架由一铝型材折弯形成一个U字形;所述铝型材的横截面为U形,该U形的两个顶端分别设置有等腰梯形第一凸起和第二凸起,所述第一凸起和第二凸起的上底宽度均为单边U形宽度的1/2,第一凸起和第二凸起的下底宽度均为单边U形宽度的2/3,且第一凸起和第二凸起在与U形的交界处圆滑过渡,并在第一凸起和第二凸起的上表面上开有沿铝型材延伸方向设置的导流槽;该U形的下端中心设置有一矩形第三凸起,该第三凸起的宽度为U形整体宽度的1/2,且第三凸起在与U形底部的交界处圆滑过渡,并在该第三凸起的下表面设置有波浪形锯齿结构。
