Abstract

本发明涉及一种焊带镀锡冷却设备,特征是:包括风筒,风筒的上下端均设有允许焊带经过的开口,在风筒的底部侧部设有进风口,风筒的进风口通过风道与压力风机的出风口连接,压力风机的进风口和蒸发器通过风道连接。所述蒸发器通过铜管与压缩机连接。在所述风筒的底部安装转向器。所述转向器为圆锥状,并且圆锥的顶部和底部设有允许焊带经过的开口,风筒的底部进气口正对着转向器的圆锥形底部,圆锥的顶部朝向风筒上端的开口。所述风筒安装于定位架上。本发明利用压缩机制造低温空气,再使用压力风机将冷气送进风筒,同时改变进入冷气的流向,由横向变为纵向向上,极大地减少冷却时间,降低焊带冷却段的长度,同时提高了冷却效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种焊带镀锡冷却设备,属于光伏焊带制造设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前光伏焊带制造行业中焊带镀锡冷却设备多为风冷,即利用风扇吹送自然风冷却镀锡焊带。现有的该种冷却设备直接利用自然风,因自然风温度较高,所以焊带的冷却段的长度较长,冷却时间长,并且冷却效果随气候变化而波动,导致产品质量不够稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种焊带镀锡冷却设备,利用压缩机制造低温空气,再用压力风机将冷气送进风筒,达到快速冷却焊带的目的。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,一种焊带镀锡冷却设备,特征是:包括风筒,风筒的上下端均设有允许焊带经过的开口,在风筒的底部侧部设有进风口,风筒的进风口通过风道与压力风机的出风口连接,压力风机的进风口和蒸发器通过风道连接。
进一步的,所述蒸发器通过铜管与压缩机连接。
进一步的,在所述风筒的底部安装转向器。
进一步的,所述转向器为圆锥状,并且圆锥的顶部和底部设有允许焊带经过的开口,风筒的底部进气口正对着转向器的圆锥形底部,圆锥的顶部朝向风筒上端的开口。
进一步的,所述风筒安装于定位架上。
本发明所述焊带镀锡冷却设备,利用压缩机制造低温空气,再使用压力风机将冷气送进风筒,同时改变进入冷气的流向,由横向变为纵向向上,极大地减少冷却时间,降低焊带冷却段的长度,同时提高了冷却效率,产品质量相比传统冷却方式更加稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1~图3所示:所述焊带镀锡冷却设备包括压缩机1、蒸发器2、压力风机3、风筒4、转向器5、铜管6等。
如图1~图3所示,本发明所述焊带镀锡冷却设备包括安装于定位架上的风筒4,风筒4的上下端均设有开口,焊带由一端的开口进入,再由另一端的开口输出;在所述风筒4的底部侧部设有进风口,风筒4的进风口通过风道与压力风机3的出风口连接,压力风机3的进风口和蒸发器2通过风道连接,蒸发器2通过铜管6与压缩机1连接;在所述风筒4的底部安装转向器5,转向器5为圆锥状,并且圆锥的顶部和底部设有贯通的开口,可以允许焊带经过,圆锥的顶部朝向风筒4上端的开口;所述风筒4的底部进气口正对着转向器5的圆锥形底部。
本发明的工作原理:镀锡焊带从风筒4和转向器5中间穿过,设备启动,压缩机1开始工作,制造液态制冷剂送入蒸发器2,液态制冷剂在蒸发器2内汽化,蒸发器变冷,压力风机3从蒸发器2中抽取低温空气送入风筒4,气流经过转向器5时,气流的流向改为纵向向上从风筒顶端喷出,从而快速降低镀锡焊带的温度。
本发明使用压缩机制造低温空气,再用压力风机向风筒送入高速冷气,极大地减少冷却时间,降低焊带冷却段的长度,提高冷却效率;当横向进入的冷空气冲击到风筒底端内置的转向器,将气流从横向冲击变为纵向向上冲击,改变冷气进入时的流向,由横向变为纵向向上,减少气流对镀锡铜带的冲击,以降低镀锡铜带的振幅和振动频率,因此提高了冷却效率的同时,产品质量相比传统冷却方式更加稳定。

1.一种焊带镀锡冷却设备,其特征是:包括风筒(4),风筒(4)的上下端均设有允许焊带经过的开口,在风筒(4)的底部侧部设有进风口,风筒(4)的进风口通过风道与压力风机(3)的出风口连接,压力风机(3)的进风口和蒸发器(2)通过风道连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的焊带镀锡冷却设备,其特征是:所述蒸发器(2)通过铜管(6)与压缩机(1)连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的焊带镀锡冷却设备,其特征是:在所述风筒(4)的底部安装转向器(5)。
4.如权利要求3所述的焊带镀锡冷却设备,其特征是:所述转向器(5)为圆锥状,并且圆锥的顶部和底部设有允许焊带经过的开口,风筒(4)的底部进气口正对着转向器(5)的圆锥形底部,圆锥的顶部朝向风筒(4)上端的开口。
