Abstract

一种拉环模具加工工艺,主要依靠对工序选择安排,刀具的选择,加工余量、主轴转速、进给速度的控制,关键工步间穿插检测步骤:a.采用模具钢真空热处理加工,使硬度达到HRC58-60;b.留加工余量0.3mm,精磨角尺加工毛坯成外方形状,加工精度达0.01mm以内;c.以上一步加工后的零件为定位基准面,进行内部轮廓的半精加工成型,采用球刀,留0.5mm加工余量,机器转速控制在20000r/min至21000r/min;d.进行真空热处理,使工件达到HRC58-60;e.六面角尺加工外方形轮廓,留0.02mm余量,保证零件的平行度和垂直度要求均在0.005mm内,上面与侧面的垂直度<0.003㎜;f.采用数控机床装夹,选用超硬陶瓷刀具,机器转速25000r/min进刀速度1200mm/min,按程序走刀;g.进行精密成型磨加工外形到尺寸公差以内。

一种拉环模具加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生产易拉罐拉环的模具的加工工艺。
背景技术
由于拉环模具成型部分形状特殊,为保证成型和表面合格都采用电火花加工内部凹槽的轮廓,先要加工电极,再进行电火花加工的一系列步骤,再抛光,效率低,大批量生产产生烟雾污染,且电火花加工后产生变质层需进一步去除,所用设备通用性较差,造成成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种拉环模具的加工工艺方法,使拉环模具的加工工作效率高,减少烟雾污染,所用设备为通用设备,成本低。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案,一种拉环模具加工工艺,主要依靠对工序选择安排,刀具的选择,加工余量、主轴转速、进给速度的控制,关键工步间穿插检测步骤,具体方案如下:
a.采用模具钢真空热处理加工,使材料硬度达到HRC58-60的加工要求;
b.原材料留加工余量0.3mm,精磨角尺加工毛坯成外方形状,加工精度达0.01mm以内;
c.以上一步加工后的外方形零件为定位基准面,进行内部轮廓的半精加工成型,采用球刀,留0.5mm加工余量,机器转速控制在20000r/min至21000r/min,用三坐标测量仪检测成型部分;
d.进行真空热处理,务必使工件达到HRC58-60;
e.六面角尺加工外方形轮廓,留0.02mm余量,六面角尺加工以保证零件的平行度和垂直度要求均在0.005mm内,上面与侧面的垂直度<0.003㎜;
f.采用数控机床装夹,选用超硬陶瓷刀具,机器转速25000r/min进刀速度1200mm/min,按程序走刀,走刀完成后用三坐标测量仪检测数据并在轮廓仪上面检测成型形状;
g.卸下工件,进行精密成型磨加工外形到尺寸公差以内;
本发明的优点是:加工过程全部采用通用设备,采用成型加工和数控机床,大大提高加工效率,全程产生的烟雾污染大大降低,且能达到要求的技术标准。

具体实施方式
一种拉环模具加工工艺:
a.采用SKD11工具钢,真空热处理加工,使材料硬度达到HRC58-60的加工要求;
b.原材料留加工余量0.3mm,精磨角尺加工毛坯成外方形状,加工精度达0.01mm以内;
c.以上一步加工后的外方形零件为定位基准面,在加工中心上进行内部轮廓的半精加工成型,采用球刀,留0.5mm加工余量,机器转速控制在20000r/min,用三坐标测量仪检测成型部分;
d.进行真空热处理,使工件达到HRC58-60;
e.六面角尺加工外方形轮廓,留0.02mm余量,六面角尺加工以保证零件的平行度和垂直度要求均在0.005mm内,上面与侧面的垂直度<0.003㎜;

Claims (3)

1.一种拉环模具加工工艺,其特征在于:
a.采用模具钢真空热处理加工,使硬度达到HRC58-60;
b.原材料留加工余量0.3mm,精磨角尺加工毛坯成外方形状,加工精度达0.01mm以内;
c.以上一步加工后的外方形零件为定位基准面,进行内部轮廓的半精加工成型,采用球刀,留0.5mm加工余量,机器转速控制在20000r/min至21000r/min;
d.进行真空热处理,务必使工件达到HRC58-60;
e.六面角尺加工外方形轮廓,留0.02mm余量,保证零件的平行度和垂直度要求均在0.005mm内,上面与侧面的垂直度<0.003㎜;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种拉环模具加工工艺,其特征在于:在c步骤半精加工成型后在三坐标测量仪上检测成型部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种拉环模具加工工艺,其特征在于:在进行精密成型磨加工之前用三坐标测量仪检测数据并在轮廓仪上面检测成型形状。
