本发明公开了一种暖气片铸造工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一:制备型砂,型砂包括泥土砂、硅砂、膨润土、煤粉,各物质的质量百分比为:泥土砂45%‑60%、硅砂35%‑46%、膨润土1.5%‑5%、煤粉2%‑4%;步骤二:制备砂箱,使用上下两个分型式砂箱,砂箱为钢制框格化结构,两端位置加装定位与夹紧卡具;步骤三:将型砂装入砂箱中,利用型砂制成形腔,并在成形腔侧面上设置至少三个浇口;步骤四:预备熔液,使熔液温度在1450℃~1500℃间;步骤五:将熔液注入成形腔内。本发明步骤合理,可很好的解决现有铸铁暖气片在铸造工艺上所存在的不足,保证了1米以上铸铁暖气片的铸造加工。

一种暖气片铸造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铸造工艺,具体的说是一种适用于长度较长的铸铁暖气片制造的铸造工艺。
背景技术
采暖散热器在北方地区使用广泛,其一般由多片暖气片组合而成。现阶段灰铸铁采暖散热器(下简称铸铁散热器)的铸造仍以传统的铸造方式为主,其产品高度基本上局限在1米以内,形成了在纵向空间的浪费。无法与钢制、钢铝及铜铝等高系列产品相媲美,影响了该种类产品的装饰性和人们对节约空间的要求,但铸铁散热器有其先天的耐防腐,散热舒适的特点。基于上述理由,铸铁散热器仍有很大的市场需求。现有的铸铁散热器的铸造工艺较为简单,其采用的方式为:于散热器底面进行单浇口式的倾斜浇注,其特点是:成型速度快,成品率稳定,该工艺针对1米以内的产品效果是比较好的,但对于1米以上的产品由于充型距离加长,底部压力加大等原因将使成品率大大降低,并会出现随着铸件加长成品率降低速度加剧的情况,直至无法成型。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有铸铁暖气片在铸造工艺上所存在的不足,提供一种适用于长度较长的铸铁暖气片制造的铸造工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案包括以下步骤:
步骤一:制备型砂,型砂包括泥土砂、硅砂、膨润土、煤粉,各物质的质量百分比为:泥土砂45%-60%、硅砂35%-46%、膨润土1.5%-5%、煤粉2%-4%。
步骤二:制备砂箱,使用上下两个分型式砂箱,砂箱为钢制框格化结构,两端位置加装定位与夹紧卡具。
步骤三:将型砂装入砂箱中,利用型砂制成形腔,并在成形腔侧面上设置至少三个浇口;
步骤四:预备熔液,使熔液温度在1450℃~1500℃间;
步骤五:将熔液注入成形腔内。
本发明步骤合理,可很好的解决现有铸铁暖气片在铸造工艺上所存在的不足,保证了1米以上铸铁暖气片的铸造加工。
具体实施方式
为方便对本发明作进一步的理解,现举出实施例,对本发明作进一步的说明:
实施例:
实施例1:
制作尺寸规格为75*50*1300mm厚度为3.5mm的产品,按照质量百分比:泥土砂47%、硅砂44%、膨润土5%、煤粉4%来配制专用的型砂,定做特制的砂箱200*150*1700mm的砂箱一对,在型体一侧加装三个浇注口,造型完毕后置于水平地面上,安放砂芯与支承后合模,夹紧后进行浇注,铁水温度为1467℃。现以制作成品10片。
实施例2:
制作尺寸规格为70*45*1500mm厚度为4mm的产品,按照按照质量百分比:泥土砂52%、硅砂42%、膨润土4%、煤粉2%来配制专用的型砂,定做特制的砂箱200*150*1900mm的砂箱一对,在型体一侧加装四个浇注口,造型完毕后置于水平地面上,安放砂芯与支承后合模,夹紧后进行浇注,铁水温度为1487℃。现以制作成品15片。

1.一种暖气片铸造工艺,适用于纵向长度超过1米的铸铁暖气片的铸造工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:步骤一:制备型砂,型砂包括泥土砂、硅砂、膨润土、煤粉,各物质的质量百分比为:泥土砂45%-60%、硅砂35%-46%、膨润土1.5%-5%、煤粉2%-4%; 步骤二:制备砂箱,使用上下两个分型式砂箱,砂箱为钢制框格化结构,两端位置加装定位与夹紧卡具; 步骤三:将型砂装入砂箱中,利用型砂制成形腔,并在成形腔侧面上设置至少三个浇口;步骤四:预备熔液,使熔液温度在1450℃~1500℃间;步骤五:将熔液注入成形腔内。
