本发明涉及机械加工设备领域，尤其是一种多功能涂料喷嘴，它包括喷嘴本体、雾化腔、混合腔，所述的喷嘴本体与雾化腔连接，在雾化腔上设置有高压空气进管，所述的雾化腔与混合腔之间通过连接管连接，在连接管上设置有止回阀，在混合腔内设置有搅拌机构，在混合腔上连接有若干根涂料进管和一根空气进管，每根涂料进管对应一根涂料；在涂料进管上均设置有流量计和控制阀。其结构简单，使用方便，操作极为简单，而且能有效的提高转换效率，进而提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工设备领域，尤其是一种多功能涂料喷嘴。
背景技术
目前在大部分机械设备上均需要喷涂一些涂层，以起到防护作用。而某些设备上可能需要多种涂料、甚至某些区域需要多种涂料混合后进行喷涂；则需要操作工人频繁更换喷涂装置，甚至反复配制涂料。造成加工效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种结构简单，能快速更换不同涂料、快速配制复合涂料的多功能涂料喷嘴。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的多功能涂料喷嘴，它包括喷嘴本体、雾化腔、混合腔，所述的喷嘴本体与雾化腔连接，在雾化腔上设置有高压空气进管，所述的雾化腔与混合腔之间通过连接管连接，在连接管上设置有止回阀，在混合腔内设置有搅拌机构，在混合腔上连接有若干根涂料进管和一根空气进管，每根涂料进管对应一根涂料；在涂料进管上均设置有流量计和控制阀。
本发明所得到的多功能涂料喷嘴，在使用某一种涂料进行喷涂时，只需打开该涂料对应的涂料进管上的控制阀，并根据流量计上的流量显示控制喷涂速度，简单方便，而更换涂料时只需关闭和打开对应的控制阀即可，操作简单，提高效率；而当需要进行复配涂料喷涂时，同时打开多种涂料对应的控制阀，并通过流量计和控制阀实现各涂料之间的比例，简单精准。其结构简单，使用方便，操作极为简单，而且能有效的提高转换效率，进而提高生产效率。

实施例1：
如图1所示，本实施例描述的多功能涂料喷嘴，它包括喷嘴本体1、雾化腔2、混合腔6，所述的喷嘴本体1与雾化腔2连接，在雾化腔2上设置有高压空气进管4，所述的雾化腔2与混合腔6之间通过连接管3连接，在连接管3上设置有止回阀5，在混合腔6内设置有搅拌机构7，在混合腔6上连接有若干根涂料进管8和一根空气进管11，每根涂料进管8对应一根涂料；在涂料进管8上均设置有流量计9和控制阀10。

1.一种多功能涂料喷嘴，其特征是：它包括喷嘴本体、雾化腔、混合腔，所述的喷嘴本体与雾化腔连接，在雾化腔上设置有高压空气进管，所述的雾化腔与混合腔之间通过连接管连接，在连接管上设置有止回阀，在混合腔内设置有搅拌机构，在混合腔上连接有若干根涂料进管和一根空气进管，每根涂料进管对应一根涂料；在涂料进管上均设置有流量计和控制阀。
