本发明涉及一种药物透皮吸收剂的制备及应用，其特征是由下述原料药重量百分比制成：积雪草提取物0.01-0.05％、防风提取物0.5-1％、三七提取物0.5-1％、没药提取物0.05-0.1％、苦地丁提取物0.5-1％、天然冰片2-3％。本发明皮肤吸收剂的有益效果：将中药原料药进行炮制后提取物提出后在远红外线诱导下进入皮下组织，通过皮上、皮下增加药物吸收，对于各种原因引起的动、静脉炎、伤口、感染、瘢痕达到最佳治疗效果。

技术领域本发明涉一种药物透皮吸收剂的制备及应用。
背景技术
目前药物透皮吸收剂大部分为西药制成，因外用药物透过皮下进入组织吸收效果有限，提高药物透皮吸收功能，对于各种原因引起的动、静脉炎、伤口、感染、瘢痕的临床研究提出了重要课题。目前临床治疗对于皮下组织效果有限，往往不能达到理想效果，不但增加了患者病情迁延，而且对患者身心都带来不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述问题而提供一种透皮吸收效果好、副作用少使用方便。
本发明皮肤吸收剂的有益效果：将中药原料药进行炮制后提取物提出后在远红外线诱导下进入皮下组织，通过皮上、皮下增加药物吸收，对于各种原因引起的动、静脉炎、伤口、感染、瘢痕达到最佳治疗效果。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明一种药物透皮吸收剂的制备及应用，其特征是由下述原料药重量百分比制成：积雪草提取物0.01-0.05％、防风提取物0.5-1％、三七提取物0.5-1％、没药提取物0.05-0.1％、苦地丁提取物0.5-1％、天然冰片2-3％。
制备工艺：先将以上7味按固体药粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀，加渗透调节剂搅匀，再按1∶10加糊精浓缩相对密度为1.25～1.30(50℃)的清膏。即得。以上7味均来之国内目前已成熟技术的提取物(什邡市巨邦植物原料有限公司生产)含量在98％以上
本发明制备按药典规定加渗透调节剂：氯化钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、硼砂或硼酸电解质或为甘油或葡萄糖非电解质。设备远红外线照射器(山东勤晋生源医疗器械有限公司)。
本发明中药积雪草提取物从积雪草中提取精制的五环三萜类化合物，主要含有积雪草苷(Asiaticoside)及羟基积雪草苷(Madecassoside)。积雪苷应用于各类创伤能加速伤口肉芽组织形成，促进伤口愈合，并能抑制成纤维细胞无序增生、减少疤痕。积雪苷霜剂只能在创伤面修复后使用，主要的作用是防止疤痕增生。防风提取物含升麻苷(C37H54O11)和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷(C22H28O10)。来源于伞形科植物防风Saposhnikoviadivaricata(Turcz.)Schischk.的干燥根。功能与主治：解表祛风，胜湿，止痉。用于感冒头痛，风湿痹痛，风疹瘙痒，破伤风。三七提取物来源于五加科植物三七Panaxnotoginseng(Burk.)F.H.Chen的干燥根。含人参皂苷Rb<[1]>(C54H92O23)和人参皂苷Rg<[1]>(C42H72O14)。功能与主治：散瘀止血，消肿定痛。没药散瘀定痛，消肿生肌。用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭，产后瘀阻，癥瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡。苦地丁清热解毒，散结消肿。用于疔疮肿痛，痈疽发背，痄腮丹毒......。天然冰片含龙脑(C10H18O)功能与主治：开窍醒神，清热止痛。天然冰片抑菌、抗炎作用，体外实验并均能显著抑制大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀；异龙脑对巴豆油耳廓肿胀亦有抑制作用.提示它们对液体的渗出和组织水肿等炎肿过程有抑制作用。以上药物配伍，相得益彰。
本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，经过多年临床应用验证，有效率为100％，治愈率90％以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施病例对本发明作进一步描述：
实施例1：制成清膏：积雪草提取物0.01-0.05％、防风提取物0.5-1％、三七提取物0.5-1％、没药提取物0.05-0.1％、苦地丁提取物0.5-1％、天然冰片2-3％、氯化钠0.5-1％、磷酸二氢钠0.5-0.8％。制备方法同上述即得清膏。
实施例2：制成滴剂：积雪草提取物0.05％、防风提取物1％、三七提取物0.5％、没药提取物0.1％、苦地丁提取物0.5％、天然冰片2％、氯化钠0.5-1％、甘油5％制成滴剂。其制备方法同实施例1.即得滴剂100ml。
临床疗效总结
一、一般资料：本发明的中药，多年来临床上应用，治疗病人上百例，效果频佳。
二、临床适应证：
三、疗效判断：
治愈：临床症状完全消失。
好转：临床症状得到好转。
无效：病情未能控制。
四、服药方法：取膏剂，每日1剂，早、晚两次局部外敷。
五、典型病例：
1.患者张XX，女，35岁。2012年6月就诊。脑外伤头皮血肿，包块6X8cm，经当地医院治疗不见好转，患者要求用治疗1疗程，临床症状完全消失。半年后随访无瘢痕。
2.患者于XX、女、48岁。2014年6月就诊。主诉糖尿病足，右足皮肤发紫，用消炎药不见好转，而且逐渐蔓延。患者要求用本发明中药治疗2疗程，临床症状完全消失。半年后随访无反复。
3.患者黄XX、女、62岁。2014年10月就诊。静脉化疗外漏，用硫酸镁外敷不见好转，患者要求用本发明中药治疗3天，临床症状完全消失。
六、五治疗效果：病例选择其中男性38例，女性22例；年龄最小18岁，最大72岁，平均35岁。病程最短1天，最长15年。经统计有效率100％，治愈率90％以上。

1.一种药物透皮吸收剂，其特征是由下述原料药重量百分比制成：积雪草提取物0.01-0.05％、防风提取物0.5-1％、三七提取物0.5-1％、没药提取物0.05-0.1％、苦地丁提取物0.5-1％、天然冰片2-3％。
2.根据根据权利要求1一种药物透皮吸收剂的工艺制备，其特征是先将以上7味按固体药粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀，加渗透调节剂搅匀，再按1∶10加糊精浓缩相对密度为1.25～1.30(50℃)的清膏。即得。
3.一种药物透皮吸收剂的工艺制备，其特征是加渗透调节剂：氯化钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、硼砂或硼酸电解质或为甘油或葡萄糖非电解质。
