本发明提出了一种实用的染布装置，包括机壳、喷淋装置、第一压辊装置、第一过滤装置、第二压辊装置、第二过滤装置、导向轮和染料储箱；喷淋装置、第一压辊装置、第一过滤装置、第二压辊装置和第二过滤装置从上至下依次设置；第一过滤装置和第二过滤装置均滑动安装于机壳内，第一过滤装置的第二端端侧与其第二端的底部均设有导向轮，第一过滤装置的第二端的上方设有第一下压辊，第一下压辊与第一压辊装置的第一上压辊配合，第二过滤装置的第二端端侧与其第二端的底部均设有导向轮，第二过滤装置的第二端的上方设有第二下压辊，第二下压辊与第二压辊装置的第二上压辊配合。本发明染色效果，染色均匀牢固，节省染料。

一种实用的染布装置
技术领域
本发明涉及染整机械技术领域，尤其涉及一种实用的染布装置。
背景技术
布料在我们的生活中应用非常广泛，不仅可以用来制作衣物，也可以作为装饰材料使用，不管应用在哪个领域，布料的染色都起到了相当重要的作用。
现有染布装置中，多采用浸染的方式进行染布，这种方式比较浪费染液，同时在染布过程中，难以对染液中布料留下的污物进行清理，影响染料效果。
采用喷淋方式进行染色，这种方式比较节省染料，但是现有技术中，采用该方法的染布装置，喷淋效果不理想，染色布牢固性欠佳，染色不够均匀，染色中的杂质也难以清理。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题，本发明提出了一种实用的染布装置。
本发明提出的一种实用的染布装置，包括机壳、喷淋装置、第一压辊装置、第一过滤装置、第二压辊装置、第二过滤装置、导向轮和染料储箱；
机壳的一侧壁设有布料进口和第一开口，布料进口靠近机壳顶壁，第一开口位于布料进口下方，机壳的上述侧壁的相对侧壁上设有布料出口和第二开口，布料出口靠近机壳底壁，第二开口位于布料出口上方，第一开口的高度高于第二开口的高度；
喷淋装置、第一压辊装置、第一过滤装置、第二压辊装置、第二过滤装置和导向轮均设置在机壳内，喷淋装置、第一压辊装置、第一过滤装置、第二压辊装置和第二过滤装置从上至下依次设置；
第一过滤装置滑动安装于机壳内，第一过滤装置可从第一开口处滑进或滑出机壳，第二过滤装置滑动安装于机壳内，第二过滤装置可从第二开口处滑进或滑出机壳，第一过滤装置的第一端至第二端的方向为第一过滤装置的滑进方向，第二过滤装置的第一端至第二端的方向为第一过滤装置的滑进方向，第一过滤装置的第二端端侧与其第二端的底部均设有导向轮，第一过滤装置的第二端的上方设有第一下压辊，第一下压辊与第一压辊装置的第一上压辊配合，第二过滤装置的第二端端侧与其第二端的底部均设有导向轮，第二过滤装置的第二端的上方设有第二下压辊，第二下压辊与第二压辊装置的第二上压辊配合；
染料储箱与喷淋装置通过第一管连接，第一管上设有泵。
优选地，第一过滤装置包括第一边框、设于第一边框两侧的第一滑条和固定于第一边框内侧的第一过滤网，机壳内壁上设有与第一滑条配合的第一滑槽；
第二过滤装置包括第二边框、设于第二边框两侧的第二滑条和固定于第二边框内侧的第二过滤网，机壳内壁上设有与第二滑条配合的第二滑槽。
优选地，第一过滤装置的第一端和第二过滤装置的第一端均设有把手。
优选地，机壳内还设有第三过滤网，第三过滤网位于第二过滤装置的下方，第三过滤网的高度低于布料出口高度。
优选地，包括第二管，第二管第一端与染料储箱连通，且第二端与机壳连通，第二管第二端位于第三过滤网的下方。。
优选地，第一压辊装置包括第一弹性支架，第一弹性支架第一端与机壳内壁固定，且第二端与第一上压辊连接；
第二压辊装置包括第二弹性支架，第二弹性支架第一端与机壳内壁固定，且第二端与第二上压辊连接。
优选地，喷淋装置包括喷淋盒，喷淋盒对着第一过滤装置的面上设有若干喷淋孔，若干喷淋孔呈阵列布置。
本发明中提供的一种实用的染布装置，通过在机壳内从上至下依次设置喷淋装置、第一压辊装置、第一过滤装置、第二压辊装置和第二过滤装置，使染液对布料第一遍上色后，落入第一过滤装置过滤上并经过过滤后再对布料进行第二遍上色，然后落入第二过滤装置上并经过过滤后，再对布料进行第三次上色，经过多次过滤和上色，使布料上喷淋的染料无杂质，上色均匀；
在第一过滤装置的第二端和第二过滤装置的第二端分别设置了第一下压辊和第二下压辊，通过第一压辊装置的第一上压辊和第一下压辊的配合，以及第二压辊装置的第二上压辊和第二下压辊的配合，分别对经过第一次上色后第二次上色前的布料，以及经过第二次上色后第三次上色前的布料进行压紧处理，使染色更加透彻，更加牢固，同时，挤出布料中多余的染液，从而也达到了节省染液的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，图1为本发明提出的一种实用的染布装置的结构示意图。
参照图1，本发明提出的一种实用的染布装置，包括机壳1、喷淋装置2、第一压辊装置3、第一过滤装置4、第二压辊装置5、第二过滤装置6、导向轮和染料储箱7；
机壳1的一侧壁设有布料进口8和第一开口9，布料进口8靠近机壳1顶壁，第一开口9位于布料进口8下方，机壳1的上述侧壁的相对侧壁上设有布料出口10和第二开口11，布料出口10靠近机壳1底壁，第二开口11位于布料出口10上方，第一开口9的高度高于第二开口11的高度，布料在外部动力的作用下，从布料进口8进入机壳1内，从布料出口10穿出机壳1。
喷淋装置2、第一压辊装置3、第一过滤装置4、第二压辊装置5、第二过滤装置6和导向轮均设置在机壳1内，喷淋装置2、第一压辊装置3、第一过滤装置4、第二压辊装置5和第二过滤装置6从上至下依次设置。
第一过滤装置4滑动安装于机壳1内，第一过滤装置4可从第一开口9处滑进或滑出机壳1，第一过滤装置4的第一端至第二端的方向为第一过滤装置4的滑进方向，第一过滤装置4的第一端均设有把手，具体实施时，设置第一过滤装置4包括第一边框18、设于第一边框两侧的第一滑条19和固定于第一边框18内侧的第一过滤网30，机壳1内壁上设有与第一滑条19配合的第一滑槽20，拉动第一过滤装置4上的把手，可使第一过滤装置4沿第一滑槽20滑动。
第二过滤装置6滑动安装于机壳1内，第二过滤装置6可从第二开口11处滑进或滑出机壳1，第二过滤装置6的第一端至第二端的方向为第一过滤装置4的滑进方向，第二过滤装置6的第一端均设有把手，具体地，第二过滤装置6包括第二边框21、设于第二边框两侧的第二滑条22和固定于第二边框21内侧的第二过滤网31，机壳1内壁上设有与第二滑条22配合的第二滑槽23，拉动第二过滤装置6上的把手，可使第二过滤装置6沿第二滑槽23滑动。
第一过滤装置4的第二端端侧与其第二端的底部均设有导向轮，第一过滤装置4的第二端的上方设有第一下压辊12，第一下压辊12与第一压辊装置3的第一上压辊13配合，具体地，第一压辊装置3包括第一弹性支架26，第一弹性支架26第一端与机壳1内壁固定，且第二端与第一上压辊13连接，第二过滤装置6的第二端端侧与其第二端的底部均设有导向轮，第二过滤装置6的第二端的上方设有第二下压辊14，第二下压辊14与第二压辊装置5的第二上压辊15配合，具体地，第二压辊装置5包括第二弹性支架27，第二弹性支架27第一端与机壳1内壁固定，且第二端与第二上压辊15连接，第一弹性支架26和第二弹性支架27的设置，在其弹力的作用下，可使多种厚度的布料通过第一上压辊13和第一下压辊12之间，以及第二上压辊15和第二下压辊14之间，布料通过布料进口8进入，穿过喷淋装置2和第一过滤装置4之间，进入第一上压辊13和第一下压辊12之间，通过导向轮改变布料走向，布料穿过第一过滤装置4和第二过滤装置6之间，再进入第二上压辊15和第二下压辊14之间，然后通过第二过滤装置6上的导向轮改变方向，布料最终从布料出口10穿出。
当第一过滤网30和第二过滤网31上有较多杂质时，可通过拉出第一过滤装置4和第二过滤装置6分别对第一过滤网30和第二过滤网31进行杂质清理。
染料储箱7与喷淋装置2通过第一管16连接，第一管16上设有泵17，喷淋装置2包括喷淋盒28，喷淋盒28对着第一过滤装置4的面上设有若干喷淋孔29，若干喷淋孔29呈阵列布置，在泵17的作用下，染液从染料储箱7进入第一管16，再从第一管16进入喷淋装置2的喷淋盒28，并从喷淋孔29喷出，染液喷淋至喷淋装置2和第一过滤装置4之间的布料上，进行第一遍上色，染液穿过布料再经过第一过滤装置4的过滤，喷淋到第一过滤装置4和第二过滤装置6之间的布料上，进行第二遍上色，染液穿过布料再经过第二过滤装置6的过滤，喷淋到第二过滤装置6下方的布料上，进行第三遍上色，在第一遍上色后第二遍上色前，通过第一上压辊13和第一下压辊12的挤压使染液进入布丝，同时挤出多余的染料，在第二遍上色后第三遍上色前，通过第二上压辊15和第二下压辊14的挤压使染液进入布丝，同时挤出多余的染液，这样不仅使染色牢固，还可节省染料。
本实施方式中，机壳1内还设有第三过滤网24，第三过滤网24位于第二过滤装置6的下方，第三过滤网24的高度低于布料出口10高度，上述结构中，还包括第二管25，第二管25第一端与染料储箱7连通，且第二端与机壳1连通，第二管25第二端位于第三过滤网24的下方。；在第三过滤网24的过滤后，进入机壳1底部的染色为干净的染液，通过第二管25将机壳1底部与染料储箱7连接，在泵17的作用下，机壳1底部的染液可进入染料储箱7，进行循环印染，可以节省染液。
染料储箱7、喷淋装置2和机壳1通过第一管16和第二管25形成循环回路，对染液进行循环使用，达到节省染料的目的。

1.一种实用的染布装置，其特征在于，包括机壳(1)、喷淋装置(2)、第一压辊装置(3)、第一过滤装置(4)、第二压辊装置(5)、第二过滤装置(6)、导向轮和染料储箱(7)；
机壳(1)的一侧壁设有布料进口(8)和第一开口(9)，布料进口(8)靠近机壳(1)顶壁，第一开口(9)位于布料进口(8)下方，机壳(1)的上述侧壁的相对侧壁上设有布料出口(10)和第二开口(11)，布料出口(10)靠近机壳(1)底壁，第二开口(11)位于布料出口(10)上方，第一开口(9)的高度高于第二开口(11)的高度；
喷淋装置(2)、第一压辊装置(3)、第一过滤装置(4)、第二压辊装置(5)、第二过滤装置(6)和导向轮均设置在机壳(1)内，喷淋装置(2)、第一压辊装置(3)、第一过滤装置(4)、第二压辊装置(5)和第二过滤装置(6)从上至下依次设置；
第一过滤装置(4)滑动安装于机壳(1)内，第一过滤装置(4)可从第一开口(9)处滑进或滑出机壳(1)，第二过滤装置(6)滑动安装于机壳(1)内，第二过滤装置(6)可从第二开口(11)处滑进或滑出机壳(1)，第一过滤装置(4)的第一端至第二端的方向为第一过滤装置(4)的滑进方向，第二过滤装置(6)的第一端至第二端的方向为第一过滤装置(4)的滑进方向，第一过滤装置(4)的第二端端侧与其第二端的底部均设有导向轮，第一过滤装置(4)的第二端的上方设有第一下压辊(12)，第一下压辊(12)与第一压辊装置(3)的第一上压辊(13)配合，第二过滤装置(6)的第二端端侧与其第二端的底部均设有导向轮，第二过滤装置(6)的第二端的上方设有第二下压辊(14)，第二下压辊(14)与第二压辊装置(5)的第二上压辊(15)配合；
染料储箱(7)与喷淋装置(2)通过第一管(16)连接，第一管(16)上设有泵(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实用的染布装置，其特征在于，第一过滤装置(4)包括第一边框(18)、设于第一边框两侧的第一滑条(19)和固定于第一边框(18)内侧的第一过滤网(30)，机壳(1)内壁上设有与第一滑条(19)配合的第一滑槽(20)；
第二过滤装置(6)包括第二边框(21)、设于第二边框两侧的第二滑条(22)和固定于第二边框(21)内侧的第二过滤网(31)，机壳(1)内壁上设有与第二滑条(22)配合的第二滑槽(23)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的实用的染布装置，其特征在于，第一过滤装置(4)的第一端和第二过滤装置(6)的第一端均设有把手。
4.根据权利要求1所述的实用的染布装置，其特征在于，机壳(1)内还设有第三过滤网(24)，第三过滤网(24)位于第二过滤装置(6)的下方，第三过滤网(24)的高度低于布料出口(10)高度。
5.根据权利要求3所述的实用的染布装置，其特征在于，包括第二管(25)，第二管(25)第一端与染料储箱(7)连通，且第二端与机壳(1)连通，第二管(25)第二端位于第三过滤网(24)的下方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的实用的染布装置，其特征在于，第一压辊装置(3)包括第一弹性支架(26)，第一弹性支架(26)第一端与机壳(1)内壁固定，且第二端与第一上压辊(13)连接；
第二压辊装置(5)包括第二弹性支架(27)，第二弹性支架(27)第一端与机壳(1)内壁固定，且第二端与第二上压辊(15)连接。
