本发明提供一种改性三元乙丙橡胶,其重量配比为EPDM?75份,IIR?25份,防老剂RD?1份,防老剂BLE-W?1份,ZnO?3份,白炭黑10份,炭黑N550?30份,炭黑N330?10份,石蜡油5份,微晶蜡2份,DCP?3份,双二五硫化剂1份,纯碱2-4份。本发明的三元乙丙橡胶硫化制品的硬度控制在+4以内。

一种改性三元乙丙橡胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶的配方及其硫化方法,具体涉及一种三元乙丙橡胶的配方及其硫化方法,尤其是一种高温时硬度变化小、硫化速度快、耐热性能好三元乙丙橡胶的配方及硫化方法。
背景技术
三元乙丙橡胶(Ethylene-Propylene-DieneMonomer,简称:EPDM)是乙烯、丙烯以及非共轭二烯烃的三元共聚物,1963年开始商业化生产。每年全世界的消费量是80万吨。EPDM最主要的特性就是其优越的耐氧化、抗臭氧和抗侵蚀的能力。由于三元乙丙橡胶属于聚烯烃家族,它具有极好的老化特性。在所有橡胶当中,EPDM具有最低的比重。它能吸收大量的填料和油而影响特性不大,故可以制作成本低廉性能优异的橡胶化合物。
但是,三元乙丙橡胶由于分子结构中双键较少,在橡胶硫化加工过程中,往往由于硫化程度等问题影响其生产的橡胶制品(产品)性能。用于压路机减震件时,三元乙丙橡胶在高温下硬度变化大,导致性能指标不能满足减震块对于橡胶要求在高温下耐受高频小振幅振动与低频大振幅振动相叠加的场合的使用。
专利CN201310542940“汽车空调软管外胶层用三元乙丙橡胶组合物”提供了一种三元乙丙橡胶配方,在150℃下硬度变化+5邵尔A,然而拉伸强度变化率为13.8%,强度下降较大。专利CN201210381910“一种极限温度达到175度的用于汽车胶管的三元乙丙组合物”也提供了一种三元乙丙橡胶配方,在175℃下硬度变化保持在10以内,然而拉伸强度较低。在本申请人之前的专利CN201310396107“一种低压缩变形、高弹性的三元乙丙橡胶”的基础上进一步降低EPDM橡胶的高低温硬度差异。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种改性三元乙丙橡胶配方及硫化方法。本发明所要解决的技术问题为采用合理配合,使三元乙丙胶硫化制品高温时硬度变化小、硫化速度快、耐热性能好且机械强度较高,满足压路机减震块的应用条件。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种三元乙丙橡胶,其重量配比如下:
本发明的硫化条件为150℃×40min。
由于IIR在高温时属于软化型,而EPDM则属于硬化型,两者并用,可使相应配方的胶料在高温时硬度变化变小。
还可以加入促进剂TMTD1.5-2份,采用促进剂TMTD在高温时能提高EPDM的耐老化性。
Na2CO3(纯碱)有利于加快硫化速度,提高胶料的耐热性能。pH大于7,对橡胶硫化起促进作用,能缩短胶料的硫化时间,另外,纯碱本身是一种热稳定性物质,对提高胶料的热稳定性极好,对提高金属与橡胶粘合也有帮助,用量2~4份
超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)与三元乙丙橡胶的分子结构相似,相容性较好,可以提高橡胶的耐磨性能,耐候老化性能,弹性和耐低温性能,用量5~10份。
