本发明涉及一种汽车内饰泡沫组分,具体涉及一种汽车环保内饰聚氨酯组合料;包括质量份数比100:60~100:100的A、B组分;所述A组分为聚醚多元醇,B组分为改性异氰酸酯;在A、B组分混合之前,要在A组分中加入组合物C,组合物C包括低散发型硅油、低挥发型催化剂、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和水;组合物C中与A的质量份数比为A?90~110份、低散发型硅油1~2份、低挥发型催化剂0.5~1份、三乙醇胺1~2份、二乙醇胺1~2、水3~4份;本发明具有低VOC、环保和不易燃的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车内饰泡沫组分,具体涉及一种汽车环保内饰聚氨酯组合料。
背景技术
现在汽车的泡沫内饰大多使用聚氨酯成分,目前全球汽车OEMS体系的中出现的问题以及以后技术发展的趋势:1、目前产品的VOC较高,需要降低产品VOC(主要VOC要求标准:VDA278)。2、达到环保要求,降低泡沫散发中甲醛和乙醛的含量。3、为提高产品质量,需要降低泡沫密度,减轻重量,节约成本。4、提高安全性和环保等级,需要难燃、低发烟量、低烟毒。5、降低表面的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种环保的汽车环保内饰聚氨酯组合料。
本方案中的汽车环保内饰聚氨酯组合料,包括质量份数比100:60~100:100的A、B组分;所述A组分为聚醚多元醇,B组分为改性异氰酸酯;在A、B组分混合之前,要在A组分中加入组合物C,组合物C包括低散发型硅油、低挥发型催化剂、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和水;组合物C中与A的质量份数比为A90~110份、低散发型硅油1~2份、低挥发型催化剂0.3~1份、三乙醇胺1~2份、二乙醇胺1~2、水3~4份。
进一步,A、B组分的量份数比100:60。
进一步,所述A组分的聚醚多元醇为难燃级聚醚多元醇。
进一步,组合物C中与A的质量份数比为A100份、低散发型硅油1.5份、低挥发型催化剂0.5份、三乙醇胺1.5份、二乙醇胺1.5、水3.5份。
与现有技术相比较本产品的优点有:降低了产品VOC,达到国家标准;并且降低了甲醛和乙醛的含量,达到了环保要求,并且降低了产品易燃度,使本产品达到难燃、低发烟量、低烟毒标准。并且提高了产品的表面的细腻和平滑度,降低了产品表面缺陷,提高了产品的质量。
具体实施方式
实施例1
汽车环保内饰聚氨酯组合料,包括质量份数比100:80的A、B组分;A组分为江苏长华聚氨酯科技有限公司生产的难燃级聚醚多元醇,B组分为万华化学(北京)有限公司的改性异氰酸酯;在A、B组分混合之前,要在A组分中加入组合物C,组合物C包括低散发性硅油(D2525)、S80低挥发型催化剂(C225)、AS45、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和水;组合物C中与A的质量份数比为A100份、低散发性硅油1.5份、低挥发型催化剂0.5份、AS450.07份、三乙醇胺1.5份、二乙醇胺1.5、水3.5份。混合后反应釜搅拌2小时。

1.汽车环保内饰聚氨酯组合料,其特征在于:包括质量份数比100:60~100:100的A、B组分;所述A组分为聚醚多元醇,B组分为改性异氰酸酯;在A、B组分混合之前,要在A组分中加入组合物C,组合物C包括低散发型硅油、低挥发型催化剂、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和水;组合物C中与A的质量份数比为A90~110份、低散发型硅油1~2份、低挥发型催化剂0.5~1份、三乙醇胺1~2份、二乙醇胺1~2、水3~4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车环保内饰聚氨酯组合料,其特征在于:A、B组分的量份数比100:60。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车环保内饰聚氨酯组合料,其特征在于:所述A组分的聚醚多元醇为难燃级聚醚多元醇。
4.根据权利要求2所述的汽车环保内饰聚氨酯组合料,其特征在于:组合物C中与A的质量份数比为A100份、低散发型硅油1.5份、低挥发型催化剂0.5份、三乙醇胺1.5份、二乙醇胺1.5、水3.5份。
