本发明公开了一种橡胶材料的配方,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:水乳化有机硅脱模剂10-12?份,纳米氧化锌7.5-10.6份,炭黑3.5-8.7份,增塑剂2.7-3.8份,无机填料1.6-2.4份,多官能团活性单体助交联剂6.8?-8.5份,丙烯酸酯1.25-3.42份。本发明的橡胶材料主要适用于制作电线绝缘材料,采用上述配方,将原料配合好,采用现有工艺进行混炼、挤出成型、硫化即可;采用本发明配方制得的电线等产品,均能符合PAHs?检测要求,确保消除消费者和使用者的安全隐患;不仅环保而且成本低、耐用性好,有利于节约能源和提高经济效益。

Description

一种橡胶材料的配方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶材料,尤其是涉及一种橡胶材料的配方及其制备方法,属于橡胶生产领域。
背景技术
PAHs(多环芳香族碳氢化合物)指一大类含有多环的碳和氢原子的有机化学物质,是一种环境污染物,在空气、土壤、水和食物中无处不在。PAHs通常存在于石化产品、橡胶、塑胶、润滑油、防锈油、不完全燃烧的有机化合物中等,是一种高致癌的物质。现在德国政府强制规定所有在德国政府出售的电动工具必须经过检验其中不含有过量的PAHs,要进入德国市场的电器产品必须通过专业的检验机构的对产品中PAHs含量进行检测。在这种情况下,现有的用于生产电线、插头等橡胶材料配方中,很多因为含有过量PAHs而无法通过检测,给生产商带来极大困扰,也给消费者和使用者带来很大的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种橡胶材料的配方及其制备方法,不仅环保而且成本低、耐用性好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种橡胶材料的配方,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
水乳化有机硅脱模剂10-12份,纳米氧化锌7.5-10.6份,炭黑3.5-8.7份,增塑剂2.7-3.8份,无机填料1.6-2.4份,多官能团活性单体助交联剂6.8-8.5份,丙烯酸酯1.25-3.42份。
优化的,上述橡胶材料的配方,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
水乳化有机硅脱模剂10份,纳米氧化锌7.5份,炭黑3.5份,增塑剂2.7份,无机填料1.6份,多官能团活性单体助交联剂6.8份,丙烯酸酯1.25份。
优化的,上述橡胶材料的配方,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
水乳化有机硅脱模剂11份,纳米氧化锌8.7份,炭黑5.4份,增塑剂3.2份,无机填料1.9份,多官能团活性单体助交联剂7.6份,丙烯酸酯1.95份。
优化的,上述橡胶材料的配方,其炭黑是N220炭黑和N330炭黑的混合物。
优化的,上述橡胶材料的配方,其增塑剂至少有一种选自邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或者邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
优化的,上述橡胶材料的配方,其多官能团活性单体助交联剂为三丙烯基异三聚氰酸酯或三烯丙基氰尿酸酯。
一种橡胶材料的的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量将全部原料在搅拌混合机内混炼12-16分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)混合后的物料加热至120-130摄氏度;
(3)将步骤(2)得出的物料放入绞碎机内进行绞碎,加工至直径小于0.2cm的颗粒;
(4)在500-600rpm的转速下分散处理,搅拌均匀;
(5)将步骤(4)得出的颗粒加入挤出机中挤出成型。
本发明的橡胶材料主要适用于制作电线绝缘材料,采用上述配方,将原料配合好,采用现有工艺进行混炼、挤出成型、硫化即可;采用本发明配方制得的电线等产品,均能符合PAHs检测要求,确保消除消费者和使用者的安全隐患;不仅环保而且成本低、耐用性好,有利于节约能源和提高经济效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明为一种橡胶材料的配方,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
水乳化有机硅脱模剂10份,纳米氧化锌7.5份,炭黑3.5份,增塑剂2.7份,无机填料1.6份,多官能团活性单体助交联剂6.8份,丙烯酸酯1.25份。
炭黑是N220炭黑和N330炭黑的任意比例的混合物。增塑剂选为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。多官能团活性单体助交联剂为三丙烯基异三聚氰酸酯。
一种橡胶材料的的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量将全部原料在搅拌混合机内混炼12分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)混合后的物料加热至120摄氏度;
(3)将步骤(2)得出的物料放入绞碎机内进行绞碎,加工至直径小于0.2cm的颗粒;
(4)在500rpm的转速下分散处理,搅拌均匀;
(5)将步骤(4)得出的颗粒加入挤出机中挤出成型。
实施例2
本发明为一种橡胶材料的配方,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
水乳化有机硅脱模剂11份,纳米氧化锌8.7份,炭黑5.4份,增塑剂3.2份,无机填料1.9份,多官能团活性单体助交联剂7.6份,丙烯酸酯1.95份。
炭黑是N220炭黑和N330炭黑的混合物。增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。多官能团活性单体助交联剂为三烯丙基氰尿酸酯。
一种橡胶材料的的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量将全部原料在搅拌混合机内混炼14分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)混合后的物料加热至124摄氏度;
(3)将步骤(2)得出的物料放入绞碎机内进行绞碎,加工至直径小于0.2cm的颗粒;
(4)在540rpm的转速下分散处理,搅拌均匀;
(5)将步骤(4)得出的颗粒加入挤出机中挤出成型。
实施例3
本发明为一种橡胶材料的配方,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
水乳化有机硅脱模剂10-12份,纳米氧化锌7.5-10.6份,炭黑3.5-8.7份,增塑剂2.7-3.8份,无机填料1.6-2.4份,多官能团活性单体助交联剂6.8-8.5份,丙烯酸酯1.25-3.42份。炭黑是N220炭黑和N330炭黑的混合物。增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。多官能团活性单体助交联剂为三烯丙基氰尿酸酯。一种橡胶材料的的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(4)在600rpm的转速下分散处理,搅拌均匀;
(5)将步骤(4)得出的颗粒加入挤出机中挤出成型。本发明的橡胶材料主要适用于制作电线绝缘材料,采用上述配方,将原料配合好,采用现有工艺进行混炼、挤出成型、硫化即可;采用本发明配方制得的电线等产品,均能符合PAHs检测要求,确保消除消费者和使用者的安全隐患;不仅环保而且成本低、耐用性好,有利于节约能源和提高经济效益。

1.一种橡胶材料的配方,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:
水乳化有机硅脱模剂10-12份,纳米氧化锌7.5-10.6份,炭黑3.5-8.7份,增塑剂2.7-3.8份,无机填料1.6-2.4份,多官能团活性单体助交联剂6.8-8.5份,丙烯酸酯1.25-3.42份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶材料的配方,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:
水乳化有机硅脱模剂10份,纳米氧化锌7.5份,炭黑3.5份,增塑剂2.7份,无机填料1.6份,多官能团活性单体助交联剂6.8份,丙烯酸酯1.25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶材料的配方,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:

5.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶材料的配方,其特征在于:所述增塑剂至少有一种选自邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或者邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶材料的配方,其特征在于:所述多官能团活性单体助交联剂为三丙烯基异三聚氰酸酯或三烯丙基氰尿酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的橡胶材料的的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量将全部原料在搅拌混合机内混炼12-16分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)混合后的物料加热至120-130摄氏度;
(3)将步骤(2)得出的物料放入绞碎机内进行绞碎,加工至直径小于0.2cm的颗粒;
(4)在500-600rpm的转速下分散处理,搅拌均匀;
(5)将步骤(4)得出的颗粒加入挤出机中挤出成型。
